They're super filling and can easily be a meal, but part of me thinks they're supposed to be snack-food, if that makes any sense. That said, I loved how vibrant and fresh the scallions were on the spicy salmon and the fish in both rolls tasted fresh. They separate their menu with different areas of the world. I ordered quesabirria tacos which is said to manage "La Cruda" (a hangover). That, I did not have but I will say is probably one of the most tastiest birria tacos I have had in a long time. We also ordered Colombian empanadas and salchipapas. They are typical Colombian street food dishes. They were excellent. We called in our order than picked it up where they were parked. It was easy, convenient, & friendly. Everything was perfection. So glad I was able to try them and I hope they come visit again soon!
