At first I was a little stunned by the price tag for attic insulation, an attic fan, and a bathroom vent. But I asked my buddy who does Hvacs and he said it was actually a very fair price. So I went ahead with the project. From start to finish my experience was 5 stars. They showed up on time, sealed up the house great, did a great job cleaning and insulating. The bathroom vent works great too. The original plan for the attic fan didn't work, so Leor came up with a great plan B. They came back the next week and did an amazing job, the outside of the house looks way better than before! Leor even came over and helped me connect the app with the fan and explain to me how it works and the settings he set it to and why. Very unprofessional. I asked for financing multiple times before installation, but after installation was completed they asked for all the money at once. The owner of the company proceeded to blame me for the miscommunication and bother me every single day onwards. He would even raise his voice and talk over me! Even though they should've taken care of the financing, I had to go out in my own to find my own way of financing.
