We had a very heavy Cybex Arc trainer delivered to our house through a bulkhead to our basement. The guys handles it - without a scratch! The selection of brands offered at Precision are top of the line. We have been very happy with the olympic bench, flooring, dumbbells, plates and bars we have purchased over the years. During the process I did realize a website named Strengthwarehouseusa.com had the same rack and bench, but at a cheaper price. Obviously, I like to support local AND they advertised a 100% price match guarantee on my quote, their website, and at the physical store location. So I put the items I wanted to buy on the websites cart and sent pics and the link to them so they could match and proceed with my $1500 purchase, but got an email just saying "cant match price". Was very bummed as they were STRONGLY advertising the price match guarantee. I like the business, but I do want to warn other customers that the price match guarantee they offer is a lie. So I am ordering the stuff I wanted from the site at a cheaper price, free shipping and no tax. I have no problem with them not matching prices, JUST DON'T ADVERTISE that! But service is good there. Josh helped me a couple of years ago and Vin helped me most recently. I have the feeling the owner declined to price match, and not Vin directly.

My wife and I own an old Nordic Trac treadmill that was left behind for us when we moved into our…read morehome about five years ago now. The machine is in the basement where we workout each night. Unfortunately the Nordic Trac finally crashed as it must be at least 10+yrs old now and was not running properly. We drove about 20min to the Hanover Washington Street Precision Fitness where I had called ahead just to get a better idea of what type of treadmills they have on site that we could buy. When we arrived we were nearly greeted at the door by two representatives that were expecting us and ready to show us the treadmill that fit our needs best with many options for us to consider. This was a great experience since we were actually speaking to someone who actually cared more about us and making sure this next treadmill is the right one for us and really went over all of the differences between treadmills making our decision process much easier. The price point was right on and they even gave me a bit of a better deal at the store too which basically made the delivery free! We got the delivery of our new treadmill later that week and the delivery/set-up crew was also spot on! They moved our old machine to the side and placed the new one down right where we wanted it. The best part of it all is, that the nice guys checked out my old Nordic Trac treadmill and were even able to fix it for the time being so this now gives me two treadmills and now easier for me and my wife to run together at the same time! They did not charge me any extra for moving old equipment and taking the additional 35min it took for them to go into the old treadmill and fix it! (they would have taken the old treadmill away for free anyways) Precision Fitness really looks to sell the right piece of equipment to the right person fitting your needs and doing so in a very professional way.
