Eventually, they pointed to a contract clause stating that water spots and swirls may still be visible. This is unacceptable, as paint correction is meant to *remove* these imperfections *before* coating. Their proposed 'solution' was inspecting the ceramic coat's performance, which doesn't address the core issue: the uncorrected paint. One of the products I routinely purchase from them was their Black on Black at $14.97 a can. I typically keep at least 2 cans on hand, but with my last couple of purchases the spray cans were defective, in that when you try to spray it, 40% of the product runs down your fingers and all over the can onto your garage floor creating a mess. When I originally took them back, (nearly full) I was given 2 new cans. A few months later when I finished up my previous stock and began to use the then exchanged cans, I discovered that they were defective as well. When I returned them to the store, I did not want an exchange, but thought maybe they had some other product II could try. Instead, I was told that they were aware of the defective sprayer issue, but (here's the kicker), This time they were only going to offer me a lousy 20% discount on something else and then take back my returnand asked if they were full so that they could place them back on the shelf! Are you kidding me? What? And sell them to the next unweary customer? This knowing all along that they were defective! - Who does business like that? I may have lost $30 to them on a sub-par, defective product, but they lost my business and everyone else I can tell about their defective product and business practices. Going forward, I will just purchase "Meguiars Classic Tire Shine" for $14.99, where you get three 15oz cans for $14.99 and the product is just as good. - I'm only sorry I dodn't discover this earlier.
