She was pulling my hand closer to her and I felt like she didn't want to be uncomfortable and even told me to move my chair a certain way. Of course we both had bleeding skin after that. The polish lasted less than 3 days. You don't ever cut dry cuticles. They should know this. They also don't disinfect the instruments the way they should be. Not a good experience.
