So I made an appointment at Nails Infiniti and upon arrival was greeted and seated. A lady named Sue(Su possibly), did my pedicure. They asked me which pedicure and I had no idea and they presented me with 3 prepackaged boxes, $45, $55 and $65. I choose the $45 as they all seemed similar. The box had like 4 or 5 packets inside, I.e., foot soak, sugar scrub, lotion,... I basically got the works and an amazing massage and a perfect gel pedicure. All the ladies seemed very nice. Unfortunately, my experience didn't match the level of service I was expecting. During my manicure, the nail polish had become thick, and the technician added liquid to the bottle before applying it. By the very next day, both my manicure and pedicure were already chipping and peeling. I was also concerned about the cleanliness. My hand was rested on an old plastic container, and the soaking/dipping bowl appeared to be a mortar-style bowl rather than standard salon equipment. Combined with visibly dirty towels, I had concerns about sanitation. The staff was kind and welcoming, which is why this is difficult to write. I hope this feedback is taken constructively because I think the people are wonderful, but the cleanliness and quality of the service need improvement.

Located between a popular Tex-Mex restaurant, UPS and a dog groomer all of which I regularly frequent I'm surprised it took me this long to notice this place. I typically wait a few services before reviewing a nail salon but my experience last Sat was so good I wanted to share to give this business the boost it deserves. The salon is stunning and on a Sat afternoon I was able to walk in and get a mani/ pedi right away. They have a great drink menu/bar with a limit of 2 drinks and their Viet iced coffee was delicious!
