I tried this place a few times and I thought I was gonna make them my new nail salon home but unfortunately the money you spend they use cheap products or the dilute them to stretch. Let me say Jenny is good. But there's one girl that always has an attitude I guess she overseas the shop when the owner isn't there . She talks bad about u in her language as if we don't live in a word of language translation resources lol she should be careful doing that. Everyone isn't going to ignore it while paying you their money... anyways the lady I'm referring to whatever her name is did my dip.., 3-4 days later my nails felt like they were lifting so I went back and she fixed them with an attitude... 3 days later from that 2 more nails started lifting up so either her rude a** was just rushing because I didn't want to buy into another service she was trying to sell me or she's not equipped to do dips CORRECTLY! I've gotten my nails dipped for a while and never have I ever had nails lifting and wanting to POP right off within DAYS! And keep in mind we pay these people over $100 for just nails and feet alone so I see why people now rather find a solo nail tech /artist and pay int them for the same types of service for the same amount of money ! Sad to say I won't be returning to these people! read more

I got a refill and a pedicure today with shellac. Annie did the pedicure and from the get go I told her she was hurting me. She sliced my big toe all the way around and it was literally on fire. I'm not sure who did my hands, but she hurt me several times as well and just kept saying it's hot. I will not be back and nor will my friend. I'm probably going to have an infection from all the cuts. I am STILL bleeding. NOT OK!!! read more

After looking for the closest nail salon by my home, worst experience with pedicure. I was cut twice and left bleeding on my big toe by the older lady servicing me. I immediately stopped her as she was trying to cover it up, however the burning sensation wasn't a pleasant feeling. Lady at the front seemed sympathetic and orchestrated a switch of a new tech. After applying witchazel to my feet , the tech began applying the most vigorous pressure and file to my sore feet. The red flags of an empty shop on a Saturday should have cautioned me. Upon leaving the front desk whispered ,we applied 5% discount to add even more insult to injury. All in all I wouldn't even get my pups nails trimmed at this establishment! read more

I broke a nail right in half cleaning my vehicle and walked in to have all my acrylic removed as I was needing a fill anyway. I chose to just give my nails a break considering the broken nail. All the ladies were super kind, gentle and accommodating taking me right away. I did not get the name of the lady who did my service but she was beyond sweet and gentle. For a strip mall nail salon this place was great. I made a reservation for a pre Bridal Shower party and we got right in upon arrival. We were given our choice of beverage (champagne all around) as we had a fantastic service. Get the deluxe services, my pedicure was delightful! Neck wrap, hot stone massage and a great scrub. The only downfall was I picked shellac polish and they accidentally put regular on my toes. They were really nice about changing it out though and I would definitely come back. read more

Horrible service!! Lady that did my toes was okay, however the lady that did my hands was very rude. RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, and controlling!! They cut you and blame it on you saying that you move too much. I said something and they still go on and on about how you move and it's your fault. Like seriously?!! Don't come here if you want to be cut and be bleeding. ALONG WITH THAT, they try and tell you what to get to make it easier for themselves. My final complaint is that they make fun of you and even if it's their language it's so obvious because they say something after you talk and laugh. read more

I'm rating 4 stars because I had a bad experience here. Did not know this at the time, but they have a customer relations person working here. Tina saw my bad yelp review, and within 24 hours was contacting me to find a resolution. I don't live in the area, and she worked around it to remedy the situation. I've never seen this kind of commitment from anywhere I've gone. For anything, not just a nail salon. So if you're in the area give this place a try! read more

Walked in today in need of a major pedicure. It's been a long hard winter and it's time for these feet to see the sun again. Mary was wonderful. Her massage almost put me to sleep and her paint job was perfect. Lily gave me a great manicure as well. I think I have found my new go to spot and it doesn't hurt that it's so close to shopping Stop the presses I thought I was finished when Mary came up behind me, pulled my Jair up and proceeded to give me an amazing neck and shoulder rub. If I had any doubts about returning they are definitely gone. Can't wait to come back and brings some friends. Btw. Price was great too read more

First, I've been coming here for years... today I felt completely disrespected. I know the owner Vianna and have had the pleasure of working with her previously PLEASE CHECK YOUR CAMERAS IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME ... I came in at open after getting a babysitter for my baby for a full set square ... they didn't even have to remove nail polish nor nails. When I came in I was sat with NO ONE ELSE IN THE SALON AT ALL. And waited with almost 4 girls on staff as no one came forward to do my nails for almost 10 minutes .... A gentleman comes in after this time asking to get pedicure and they immediately start running his water as I sit there waiting. . . I got up and walked out ... I was polite, never rude to your staff at all it's just not my nature ... but I do expect to be attended to when there was no one else in the store and after waiting I do expect to be attended to before the guest who came after me . I've been coming here for almost ten years.... I'll never come back again. I went to ritz around the corner and they helped me there. Well... I made an appointment for 4 pm and it's 5:18 pm. No one is available to do my nails and they tried to convince me to do something I didn't want because it would be more convenient for them. Yes, I'm still sitting here, but I waited this long so guess I'm sticking it out this time, but I won't be coming back. They take appointments but have no scheduling system in place. This happens every-time I come here, but today has by far been the worst and longest I have waited. Honestly, just straight up disrespectful at this point. Maybe I should just walk out. read more

Came back here for the first time a few days ago. They renovated the space and it is much cleaner, brighter, and overall classy. I went with a deluxe pedicure and full acrylic set for my birthday! However, the nail tech who worked on my manicure managed to cut me 3 times repeatedly on the same fingers. I gave him a picture as a reference and I pointed out the several crooked nails. He said he'll fix them and after continually asking and informing him that the nails were still crooked he attempted to correct my nails and still managed to leave them crooked. I gave up asking because I needed to leave soon and as he finished up the nails on the sides of each acrylic nail you can see the drill markings and rough edges. I was very disappointed and am not one to argue, the nail tech who worked on my pedicure managed to cut my toe as well. The next few days my hands would sting due to all of the cuts they left me with. I will not be coming back here again! Do not come for acrylic nails. read more

How do you write a review for a nail salon.....there are sooooo many of them. I do have to say they try real hard to take care of everyone that comes in.....its about timing. if you make an appointment they are on top of it. If you walk in.. IT'S A WALK IN PEOPLE YOU TAKE YOUR CHANCES FOR GETTING IN QUICKLY. All I know is they are wonderful and they do a great job. I had oily nails and other places if I get my nails done they break within one week. But here they know what they are doing, it will last atleast 3 weeks. I love them!!!!! read more

Inconsistent quality but fast and friendly service. This place is also a bit more expensive than other nail places in the surrounding area. They let you create an online account and setup appts that way. I made two appts once over the phone for a friend and myself and our wait time was unreasonably long. They credited us $5 for our next service but we weren't too impressed by that days services. Kathy is great with pedicures, but don't come here at a busy time. Everyone else I've had there is average. I've had dips nails start to peel within the week and regular manicures look weeks old after a few days. I've started looking for a new nail place. read more

Went in as a walk in and i got seated in a decent amount of time, however i was waiting in the pedicure chair for 40 minutes before they even turned the water on and the water wasn't even warm. Nobody in the salon told me there was going to be a wait, and when i was about to walk out they told me they will be with me in a few minutes but i waited for an additional 20 minutes before someone came to start my pedicure. I said to not cut my nails and just file them, because i was trying to grow the big toe nails out a little and i left with my toenails way shorter and it was really frustrating. The nail tech was nice but the paint job is horrible and i paid an extra $15 just for shellac. I highly don't recommend this salon im extremely upset i wish i would've walked out. read more

I booked an appointment with Mimi, she was super friendly and explained everything she was doing. The appointment took 1hr 20 minutes for a full set of french dip nails with cuticle work. She also does ombré dip nails which I will be trying next time I go! Total was $60 not including tip. I would highly recommend coming here and seeing Mimi for your manicures as she also does shellac and acrylic! read more

Beware! I stopped by to get my eyebrows waxed. When I walked it no one greeted me. It was my first time there. So I walked to counter to sign in and the lady told me she would be me in a minute. A moment later I went to the back and the lady asked me if I wanted thick eyebrows or small? I said medium please! Just a shape up. She said ok. It took 25 minutes to do two eyebrows and top lip. She has my eyebrows so thin it's insane. Placing the wax on she didnt blow on it or anything. The wax wasn't hot. It was warm. I go pay and leave. I immediately realize I have a bad irritation between my eyebrows. I thought she left something on me. I jumped in my car and it's red. I get tiny bumps immediately so I put some creve lotion on it to cool down the area. I drive home. Once I make it my entire eyebrows area has a bad break out. My top only in certain areas. Their wax might be old? I'm not sure but don't get your eyebrows or lip waxed here. Not sure about the nails. But the wax do not do it. It's been a week since I went and my outbreak is barely clearly out. Glad I didn't have no where to go. Smh. read more
