Exceptional service from the moment I walked in. I greeted and sat almost immediately. Tommy did my feet and was very thorough. Jackie did my nails and even got me to try something different by adding glitter (I would've never done that) and it came out amazing. I was offered a water, they had drink and snack station and everybody was so nice and pleasant! It's a plus that this place is clean and has plenty of options from colors, styles, and options to choose from.

I went to get a mani and pedi on Saturday. When I got home one of the gel nail polish popped off one of my fingers. I called and I had to go back on Sunday to get it repaired. I live clear across town. Then I got home after getting the one nail replaced and another nail has lost the gel on it now. I'm not going to go back because I will waste more in gas than if I just have them redone. I will not go back to this place. I paid good money and they should have lasted more than a few hours. read more

I am from out of town and was looking for a place to get my nails done. Top Nails was near me and best decision I EVER made! I fell in love. The shop is very clean and maintained. They have a check-in point system. Hassle free walk-in but I did call in ahead of time. Jackie was AMAZING! Such great pedicure service. Very gentle but cleaned up my toes wonderfully. Ok. Here it goes, ladies. When you make an appointment, you might have to wait after your appointment (because I did.. only 15 minutes), so plan accordingly! After that, you will love what you left with. I went to the Meadow Malls to shop and wanted my nails done. The nail shop in the mall is closed WHAT?! I remember there was a nail shop next door. My first and last time coming here, I told the lady I wanted burgundy nails and she gave me a dark red color. Before putting the acrylic on, she didn't even cut my natural nail or my cuticles. Then I told her I wanted coffin shape and she said she couldn't do that because of how short I got my nails. I've been to this nail salon 2 previous times and it happens all the time!! Mind you this salon is the reason I switched to home based nail techs. I had family come in town and wanted to get pedicures (this was the only place available to assist right away). I always ask for prices beforehand to avoid getting scammed, the man at the front cashier says he needs to make a phone call to ask for pricing for "acrylic fill" (weird he doesn't know the price?) so while he's on the phone they take me to my seat and the man doing my toes asks what im getting and ask for a fill and he proceeds to tell me it will be $85 (im stunned) but then the guy from the cashier comes up and says for the fill it's $35 so then I get upset because it's happened before when they tell me different prices. I ask him to stop and he gets nervous telling me to relax and that they'll give me a price at the end, so I raise my voice and ask him to stop again and to give me the actual price because again they do this to me all the time. He looked stunned, knowing he got caught. They then proceeded to charge me $55. I let him finish my toes (bad job by the way he got acrylic under my natural nails leaving them damaged) and I walked out my my family members and I left NO TIP!! I will let everyone I know to not come here!! I'm so disappointed that I've caught them doing this 3 TIMES ALREADY. That's not the worst part, my family member now needs to go to a doctor's office due to an infection in both toes! I'll be posting pictures soon and visiting this place to speak with the manager and owner read more

Found my new nail spot! I needed a gel mani for a work event the next day, with a specific color needed. I made a same day appointment for 4:30. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly. I immediately started looking for the color I needed but was having difficultly narrowing down options, and Helen jumped right in to help. I sat down to get started still not sure which one would match best, and Helen was so kind to try 3 different colors (on one finger) to get as close as we could. She was patient and kind, and an amazing human to boot! We had a lovely chat, she is a remarkable young woman! It was all good vibes, and she did an amazing job (my nails are not long). This is a clean and friendly place but the nail tech I seen is so ruff my hands hurt for like a week and she cut me deep this time. I have seen her once before I tried to give her the benefit of doubt and go back and see her again. Her nail work is really nice but she dry cuts your cuticles and is ruff. Pedicures are on the pricey side and they're OK I do know my sister paid $95 for a Manny Petty which is already pulling off a day later. Not to professional I did have to wait a little bit so she can deal with some personal conflict between her and another employee but this is my opinion do what you want with this. read more

ok lets get the negatives out of the way first - I made an appointment, I still had to wait almost another hour. the manger took other customers he knew ahead of me - but I understand I was asking for specialty nails not everyone could do. prices were up there but so was the quality of work - you get what you pay for. The results - totally worth it. absolutely fantastic nails. the quality of the work was exceptional. I am a 6-3" man who was dressing drag for an event and this was my first time with nails. full acrylics. could not be happier, I can't be anywhere without women pawning and gloating over how much they love my black hand pink nails. highly recommended. read more

What's NOT OK is the reception personnel taking it upon themselves to sign me up for the Prepaid Wax Package for $594 with a credit card I had on file for my regular service, when I SPECIFICALLY asked them to call me to remind about the promo before it expired. Next thing I know I have $148.50 coming out of my account on a regular basis and I NEVER signed up for this!! All because the front reception area personnel was having an internal "contest" to sign up clients around the holidays. Misuse and unauthorized use of customer's credit cards without their consent or a SIGNED contract for services is a NO-NO! I haven't had the mental bandwidth to deal with this just yet, nor has my schedule permitted.

So I went to update my review, and strangely, can't find it.... HORRIBLE don't go. Just look at some of the nail pictures they have posted already. Went here to get 2 nails repaired, ended up with the worst nails ever. The guy was rude and told me he couln't do any of the designs I wanted ( I asked for a simple glitter fade) kept trying to get me to use the ugly blue gel he had on his desk. I had long beautiful nails he filed down to short squatty nails, after I told him to leave them long. He had an attitude and was rude. Hopefully my other review surfaces, I was told businesses couldn't remove reviews. Beware, sounds like that's how they have a 4.5 star rating still.. DON'T go here, go to hot nail across the street instead. I usually go there but the wait was too long, I now know why Top Nails was empty. : ( read more
