I'll admit that this place has grown so popular the quality and customer service is at its lowest. They overbooked me Saturday. What's the point of an appointment if I'm not seen within 15 minutes. The place was packed, I rescheduled for Monday. Apparently both Susan and Michelle were not happy working past 5pm. Susan made my big toes bleed, she had to put hydrogen peroxide multiple times, didn't say sorry once. She couldn't get the right color even though I told her the exact number. She said ti take a picture of it because there are 4 trays of color. If she really wanted to she should have walked to the area where they have the colors. I was nice and just went for back up 2 color. I just got done with a 10 hr hospital shift. I didn't want to walk back and forth to show her which 217 I was talking about. She did a poor job putting on nail polish. I kept quiet and just hoped Michelle would do better. She did not. She knicked me twice with the nail buffer, never said sorry just patched it up with glue. Who puts glue on a cut?! She just kept talking to her husband in Vietnamese. Normally they're nice, I kept going back because once upon a time they provided great quality. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. The picture clearly shows a nude background, when I told her she dismissed me and said go pick a color. Why ? Aren't you the expert? Do you not know how to recreate a simple design ? I have no idea if the nude I pick will be too translucent or too dark. After I saw her get up from her chair and dismiss me to go choose the color I again tried to not lose my cool. I got up but came and sat right back down because again I'm tired working a 10 hr hospital shift. I just told her just make it clear. Clearly she didn't feel like working so why reschedule me after you overbooked me on Saturday ? If they don't feel like seeing customers after 5pm they shouldn't book. But it's all about making profit. My feet still have cuticles and are rough. My nails look absolutely horrible, and I have super glue on the cuts Michelle left me. I truly wanted to pamper myself, I feel like things would have been different had I made a scene but I somehow thought they would try to make up for the cuts and that I didn't make a scene but that wasn't the case. I never got an I'm Sorry for filing to hard and cutting you!? I'm sorry we overbooked you and you're here a second time and we treat you like a nuisance when I'm a paying customer. read more

Vivian was great!! She got me in and started within 10 mins on short notice and I'm so glad I came when I did because it got really busy! The service was really nice too, she asked how thick I liked my acrylic and kept me apart of the process by continuously asking if I liked everything, which is rare! The only downside is they are really pricey on designs some single nail designs run $10 which is ridiculous especially being the designs are a bit dated. When I came in I had a botched nail job, I like my nails long and stiletto shape; it's difficult to perfect this look. They took off the old nails and redid them, I couldn't have been happier. The shape of my nails has always been even and beautiful. I come in biweekly without fail, I always get a pedicure, fill, and gel on both hands and feet; somehow their prices manage to never kill my budget even when I get the 3D Art Deco nail art. Went in about week ago to get my nails done. I absolutely loved Michelle. She took very good care of my nails (they are natural) and she fixed two that had broken. They were busy on the Sunday that I went in but they work FAST. A previous salon I had gone to asked me to wait an hour, no thanks. I chose a French fade that glow in the dark. My sister was also with me and she chose a lovely silver chrome. I loved my nails so much I also went ahead and got a pedicure. I have been coming here for years and it is not the same as it used to be. Last two times I've come my nails broke. this time i went in for a fill and my pointer broke and all paint was peeling off. I come back with my receipt to get them fixed and notice i was charged for a full set instead of a fill i ask for it to be fixed and he says he only charged me fill. I asked why my receipt says full set and its $10 more than the price of the fill and he started making up excuses and saying they charges me for a different kind of color after i specifically spoke to him about using only the regularly priced gel. I complained yesterday and today, 3 days after my last fill there, another nail has broken. Three times to be disappointed is too many and for them to act like they didn't charge me extra is outrageous. I wouldn't risk it. I gave enough chances. read more
