Been going to this salon for over a year. Last appointment was terrible. They charged me $80 for a generic full set no special designs just one color. Last time before that they only charged me $60 for the same exact thing. I finally went somewhere else and was only charged $50 and my nails look completely natural and manageable. This spot is right in the middle of South Omaha and they charge outrageous!! prices for any of there services. They do good work but not nothing out of the ordinary that makes them stand out and similiar to any other nail place you could go to for half the price in any area of Omaha. If you want to spend in the upward of $170.00 for a regular pedicure and artificial nails with no bling-just a french manicure--this is your place and that's with no tip. If you come here for a pedicure, ask for the younger guy. When I came here for the first time, he did my toes and they looked amazing!! With gel, they lasted for over a month and still looked great. I went back today with a friend and the guy was doing her toes and a lady did my toes. The lady finished my toes before my friend and I got to the salon 7 min after my friend did and had to wait an extra 5 min for them to put me in a seat. So around ~15 min late, but my toes were finished first. I noticed how the guy took his time scrubbing and cleaning my friend's nails and feet. He did the same thing when I was here the first time. The lady just rushed through and it wasn't very relaxing. My toes also don't look as good as the first time. I've always felt men had better attention to detail when it comes to self-care things and this is true for pedicures at this place. The almond shaping was done perfectly, but the dip powder started cracking away from my nail within days. I normally get a Shellac Manicure and Pedicure Number 2 and from start to finish it is extremely relaxing and just makes you feel as though you defined self care. Price wise they are a little high, but I feel like you get what you pay for. During my first visit, I noticed that most of the people joining me were regulars which was comforting because we all know that when people repeatedly bring their business something is being done right! I live with in walking distance of this salon so out of convenience I decided to give it a try based on the photos that are posted. I came in for a manicure and pedicure. I was turned off the second I walked in, but tried to not be irrational. It was small, looked dirty, crowded full of people who were not getting services done, and it took a minute for anyone to even greet me. Once I sat down in the pedicure chair I was annoyed that the girl right next to me was trying to face time someone as I was there to try to relax and not be so close to someone having a personal conversation. Here is the worst part- WHEN KIM TOOK OUT HER TOOLS, THEY WERE RUSTY. ESPECIALLY THE CLIPPERS. I should have got up and left, I honestly don't know why I didn't. I guess I was shocked and didn't want to cause a scene. The pedicure was mediocre. I then had a shellac removal with a basic manicure. That went fine until I was getting my card out. I accidentally ruined my thumb nail on the lamp. Instead of fixing the nail, the technician tried fixing it with 6 layers of polish which honestly pissed me off. I had to literally ask 5+ times to redo the nail before the owner, Michelle asked what the problem was and had her redo it. I'm angry at myself for spending almost $60 here. Requested gel manicure and regular polish pedicure. Ended up with dip on my nails which turned out thick, messy, and chipped. The lady who did my toes was great, but the polish was still messy. However, my nails were so bad I will not go back. They were not cut to the same length, the dip is uneven, the dip in on my skin and missing parts on my nails. I had high expectations based on the reviews, but this was bad. Probably the worst manicure I have ever had. I had to hold back tears. Not to mention I paid almost $200 dollars for two people. I was highly unsatisfied with the service of my gold French tip acrylic nail set. I was charged over price. I understand the economy is bad right now but there is no way you can change $120 for a full set of short/medium gold French tip acrylic nails. Not to also mention the place was unhygienic as my hands were placed on nail shavings from the customer prior. After a few days my nails are chipping and lifting. I was more than disappointed at the service and especially customer service. Since I paid for my nails I was assuming I was going to pick out my color but was rudely turned down when I politely suggested another color. I have had way better quality nails done for only $25 or less. And in way better establishments. The pedicure itself was $42 and I got the basic one. I feel like I made the mistake by telling them it was my first time.but typically when you tell a business that it's your first time coming they try to go above & beyond on customer service. Definitely was not the case in my situation. In total I paid $92 for nail designs diamonds or anyting. Straight polish. I don't ever leave reviews but with this place specifically it was my worst place ever I had an appointment for a manicure and a pedicure never got my my pedicure in total I waited 5 hours to have my manicure completed the first photo shows the first attempt of getting my nails done they were supposed to be a soft white coffin shape long and straight. John was one of the guys who helped Lisa also was bouncing back-and-forth doing my nails they were just switching off and every single one of my nails were curving down I complained about my nails and he said they said that's how they're supposed to look and they curved down cause theyre long and all that so to come to it I waited for a guy named Ben to fix my nails they told me I had to pay more money to get my nails fixed I was already irritated been there long enough they wanted me to pay $40 to get my nails fixxex and I told him no I kept arguing with them telling them I'm not paying any more money to get my nails done because I already paid $50 so came Down to it I ended up paying $20 for my nails to get re-done and fixed Ben never took my tips off he filed everything down to the bone it took him an extra two hours to fix my nails, four of my tips ended up cracking and breaking and instead of switching them he just put acrylic over it to fix the cracks in the brakes Then there was a few nails he his hand ran into because he was mad that he had to fix them the acrylic was still wet ran into my tips on my nails and broke my tips and told me it's my fault and he was rude about it he wasn't being gentle with my hands throwing them aroundI kept complaining that you know they're still curving I don't want them curved and they stated I had to tell him I wanted straight in the picture I showed them with straight nails I've never in my life have I ever Received a curve nail and when I mean curve my nail was literally pointing downwards so Ben ended up fixing my nails to where I thought they were fixed we had issues he was tell me I'm too picky that he fix them and that's how he's doing them he's not gonna fix them anymore and I told him they're not how I wanted them I've been here getting my nails done for a long time and I never even made it to get my pedicure i ended up paying him I thought they were OK then three hours four hours later my nails start bending they don't have enough acrylic on them so I will be contacting the owners daughter tomorrow read more

First time ever getting a full set, decided to go to this place due because it seems quaint. I went with my mother and when we arrived we were received with a snobby attitude from Micheal. Micheal attended me, and I showed her the pic I wanted. She immediately told me it would be $85, whit is WAY too much for a simple red tip nail design. When she began she put two layers of dip powder, my nails were HEAVY and CHUNKY. While she was attending me, she was talking to other clients asking them what color they wanted and what kind of services they want, losing her attention on my nails. When she was finished with my nails, they were all lifting, I told her they didn't look wrong and they were ugly. She got frustrated and started blaming me, saying dip powder is supposed to look thick and lifted. I immediately demanded for her to take them off because I wasn't going to pay $85 dollars for shitty nails. She got mad and started talking to her workers about me. In the end she told me it would be $45 to take them off, at this point I didn't want to make and more scenes and just left after paying to $45 take off fee. REALLY AWFUL EXPERIENCE. She has favorites who see attends well, one of her regular had an amazing design, I don't know why she couldn't deliver on mine. read more

I had a set done at another salon but I had an event to go to and I wanted to change the color super last minute so I decided to go to top nails as it is pretty close to me. As soon as I walked in Michelle the owner was extremely rude to me. She asked me where I got my nails done and I told her it was from another salon. If you go make sure to book with Michelle the owner, she is a great nail tech, but the other staff is horrible.
