Alex quickly figured out that the issue was with the door and that it was due to misaligned hardware from the installation. He resolved the issue and also gave me some tips regarding the dishwasher. I had mentioned to them that my building had strict requirements for insurance and Sal sent over a COI within less than 24 hours of our call that met my building's approval. Sal was very responsive over the phone and scheduled an appointment for a 2 hour window. Alex, the technician came during that time window and also gave me a call 20 minutes before his arrival to give me a heads up. I love how communicative the entire NY Viking Team is.
