The person who answered wasn't able to give me a price but provided me with the owner's cell phone number and recommended I call him. When I called, Erik was quick to answer the phone and asked what I wanted for the vehicle. He agreed to pay what I was asking and made the transaction as painless as it could be. He paid by Zelle for added convenience. Throughout the process, Erik kept in communication and NEVER ONCE delayed to respond. He was immediate in his response time and was accommodating--making a difficult situation feel less painful. I loved that car!! I highly recommend.

My mirror frame cover broke off of my 2013 Toyota Camry while going through the car wash. I tried googling and calling around local stores but couldn't find anything. Most places didn't want to be bothered with a "small job". The best advice I got was "just order something off eBay and hope it will match up". Erik on the other hand gave excellent customer service. He told me that this is a difficult to match paint and he wanted to make sure the part I got was as perfectly matching as possible to the OEM paint. He ended up ordering and installing this piece that was an identical match! The part came within a week and was installed the same day he received it. Very reasonably priced also. Would definitely go back for anything else related to my Toyota!

Huge selection of vehicles - somehow they aren't all picked and pulled like the bay area locations…read more Coming here isn't for the faint of heart - especially during the summer heat. Come with a hat and some water bottles and most importantly more tools than you think you will need. Check online to see inventory. Check by zip code and radius. No better place to get interior trim parts or other easily swapped out parts. I wouldn't recommend alternators or a/c compressors or items you can buy rebuilt from an auto parts store. For one thing labor to put them in isn't negligible. Tires I would also avoid. Unless its an emergency spare or maybe some other unusual case where you just need your car to roll. Check for date codes and sidewall damage. I once had to pay for a tire that was 20 years old just because I wanted the rim - that stunk - I paid for something I would have to pay $4 to get rid of at any tire shop. If you want some character building come here. Maybe you've got a young 18 year old in the family - new to life of cars. Come here to look around for crash safety - or come here to learn how to take things apart. I usually build confidence to work on my own cars once I've successfully taken something apart here. And with old brittle plastic you need practice and patience. The newest generation of humans are used to sitting around behind a computer in the a/c with soft hands and tech neck - bring them here as part of good parenting.

I purchased a 12-month warranty from this company, paying 20% more for what I thought would be…read morereliable protection. Now, they are refusing to honor it. Initially, I was told I had to return to the original store where I made the purchase, even though the warranty pamphlet clearly states that I can take it to any similar location. When I visited the North Antelope Road location, they made excuses to deny my claim, searching for reasons not to honor the warranty. In the end, they refused to process it, claiming the stamp had to be verified by the original seller. I then had to visit the Pick n Pull in Rancho Cordova on Sunrise Blvd, adding even more frustration to an already bad experience. On top of that, I had to remove the faulty transmission I bought from them and bring it back, which required hours of labor. When I finally got it to the location, I was told I had to search their yard for a replacement transmission--only to find out they didn't even have one available! Then, I was informed that the person I needed to talk to wasn't there and wouldn't be back until Friday--four days away--leaving me stuck with the transmission in the back of my car. This entire experience has been a nightmare of wasted time, effort, and frustration. I have serious doubts they will honor the warranty when I return, and it feels like they are just coming up with excuses to avoid replacing the part. I feel completely stuck and don't know what to do next. If anyone has advice or knows of any recourse I can take in this situation, I'd really appreciate your help. This feels wrong, and I need to figure out how to get some kind of resolution.

0 Stars - Misleading, Unprofessional, and Questionable Practices…read more This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I've had in the auto parts industry. I agreed to purchase a transfer case about a week ago. The listing clearly stated pickup in Hayward. However, once I moved forward, I was informed that the unit was actually in Sacramento and that I would need to pay an additional delivery fee to bring it to Hayward. Why advertise pickup in Hayward if the part is not physically there? That is misleading at best. I then agreed to drive to Sacramento to pick it up directly. Instead of accommodating that, I was told I must prepay by card before they would even remove the part from the vehicle. No cash option, no in-person transaction. Payment first. After agreeing to prepay, I was then informed that it would take 24 hours just to remove the part from the donor vehicle. This means they list and sell parts that are not even ready for sale. No preparation, no efficiency, no operational planning. Customer service is extremely poor. Communication is slow and unhelpful. There is no effort to make the process smooth or transparent. It feels disorganized and careless. The most questionable part: they are charging a core deposit on a used transfer case. This is not a remanufactured, rebuilt, or exchange unit. It is a used part from a salvage vehicle. Charging a core on a standard used part is highly unusual and makes no sense from an industry standpoint. Summary of issues: * Misleading pickup location * Additional unexpected fees * Mandatory prepayment policy * 24-hour delay just to remove a part * Core deposit on a used item * Poor communication * No customer-focused service If you value transparency, professionalism, and efficient service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Very disappointing experience.

The parts for my auto were exactly what was needed for the wind to continue "blowing through the jasmine in my mind" during the summer breeze (iykyk) . Service? What I had performed, not one auto repair shop I contacted would perform outside of the dealership. Let's just say, they are Infiniti Auto Whisperers too. The mechanics who did the repair - thank you so very much for your Star Trek performance of "going boldly where no other auto repair shop has gone before". Customer Service? They were great. Staff at the front counter, to the mechanics, and management. They answered my questions, informed me of warranty for parts and service, kept me up on status, listened, adjusted to my concerns, and were helpful for other items and/or referrals for my specific model. You will not be disappointed with Sac City Auto. I usually wait for a while after service before writing a review (if a business is worthy of my time for me to do so). I take this serious. This car is expensive on maintenance and honesty/integrity matters in a review and is appreciated - especially when an expensive decision is to be made. My due diligence in research has me satisfied and has led "me" to Sac City Auto before and again. The go to in Sacramento for the Infiniti Auto.
