Victor has reached out to me and resolved the issue of my stolen Power Beats Pro during my move in the beginning of the year 2020. First, let me tell you about Victor... Victor V is a calm, collected, very courteous and customer-oriented individual. He first called me to apologize for the hiccup, and told me the person responsible for the missing item received disciplinary action as his business is meant to reflect a positive image that create lasting trust and partnerships with all his clients. I felt bad that someone or perhaps several people for that mattered might have lost their livelihood during these challenging times with steady employment in the midst of this pandemic. Victor felt very sorry for my bad experience and even offered to reimburse more than what I spent to settle the matter; he even insisted. I told him that although I appreciate his offer, I would be happy if I could just get the same headphones back. To my surprise, he went to the store the same day and bought the headphones. Today, I learned a valuable lesson after my interaction with Victor V. I have learned that when a tree gives you a bad fruit, do not cut the tree down. Rather, remove the bad apple from the lot of good fruits. Us, as customers have a tendency to give bad reviews out of frustration without even giving business owners a chance to address and resolve an issue. From now on, I vow to contact business owners and make several attempts before even thinking of writing a review that may negatively impact their business(es), hence their livelihood. 9/19/14 I recently moved from my small one bedroom apartment after 10 years of living there. I was amazed at how much 'stuff' I accumulated in such a small living space! After looking over everything I thought it would take a mover much longer than the time Top Notch quoted me for the job. Much to my surprise, they came in there with a friendly attitude and a smile and finished the job in the exact timeframe they estimated! I called Top Notch Movers on a Saturday afternoon looking for someone to pick up a bedroom set and deliver it to my third floor apartment. Victor said he could do it that same day and within a couple hours he was at my house with the furniture. He quoted me a more than reasonable price and when the job took longer than expected due to the tight squeezes and quick turns he didn't add any extra charges. Due to the unbelievable service we received we called him to do an out of state move for a friend early the next day and he agreed to do it with a more than reasonable fee. Top Notch Movers deserves the name they have because they are certainly "Top Notch" in my book. Victor and his worker Josh are professional, patient, humorous, friendly, and treated us like family. My dealing with Top Notch Movers turned into a nightmare. I contacted this company in February and set up a specific day and time for moving. I spoke to owner, Jalila Guerina who assured me that they would arrive on time and with the right number of movers. They took my money and then showed up 3 hours late and 2 men short. Rushed through and threw boxes of fragile property on top of each other and then once they were packed and gone, didnt show up at our new house and Jalila called and claimed she had not calculated the cost correctly and demanded more money or they wont deliver the property. My husband got upset and told them he would call the police. They just dumped the boxes in front of the house and broke antique furniture. This was a complete nightmare. We were in a very tight spot trying to find a mover at the very last minute. The moving company we hired originally agreed to move my elderly mother to northern Maine with a early morning pick-up as it's a long drive and my mother is elderly and needed to start early for her day to go well. When the original moving company told us they would see us around 2:00PM we went into panic mode. We called Top-Notch movers and they agreed to help. I think everyone reading this would agree that it is damn near impossible to find a mover the same day. Top-Notch movers came and moved my mom and she was very happy to say the least. The crew was on time, very professional, organized and very accommodating. The price was fair considering the contingencies we placed on them. I did last minute moving from 2 bed apt. I called him at 8:30pm night before. He assured work will be done. Nothing is packed and everything was a mess at my apartment. I was not sure how to move all that stuff. He planned and did all that job too. Victor is so friendly and proffessional. He finished all the moving in very reasonable time. He made it so quickly and easily that I didnt felt any pain of moving. I dont know about other moving companies but victor is definitly the best without a doubt. I contacted them on very short notice (Monday morning for a move on Wednesday afternoon) to move two very rare and very heavy (over 500lbs) arcade cabinets and they were extremely courteous and prompt with their service. They were always keeping in touch and working with me throughout the whole time. They wrapped my two arcade cabinets better than I've seen anyone do it, in less than 20 minutes, and delivered right on time and did an excellent job getting them into my apartment and unwrapping them in less than 3 minutes. If you need to move arcade cabinets these are the best in town and for very cheap rates. Highly recommended. read more

Guys did a short move for me today. They arrived at my storage locker early, were very friendly and professional. I chose them on price, in that they were about 40% cheaper than the company that did my major move for me and to my surprise were every bit as good. I hired them to move a desk and large bookcase and when they moved the bookcase into a tight spot they were very helpful moving things around to get it in right. I was going to call "got junk" to pick up stuff that we didn't want and top notch took it for a fraction of what "got junk" would charge. Highly recommend Top Notch and I would use them again. My move with Top Notch Movers was the best decision j made , i called them in a sort notice and I was lucky enough to be able to book with them and they accommodated my unexpected move of a big house of 3 floors and made me stress free.
