Went in yesterday and bought a new bow. It had been 15 years since I had shot a bow. The two guys who greeted me were super friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. I shot 8 or more bows before deciding on my purchase. There was no pressure on how much or how little money I was spending. Ended up with a great bow, and I would encourage anyone looking to buy a bow to check these folks out. I will go back. read more

Incredible customer service. They spent several hours with me over a span of three days helping me select the perfect bow. I shot probably half the bows in the shop with absolutely no pressure. What can I not say about Don the Owner and the rest of the people that work there? I have been going to their Shop since they were out in Sisters Oregon and I live in Bend. For me it is always worth the drive to get their knowledge and their help with anything and everything that deals with my Bow or Hunting. They have always been kind and helpful when I call or have come in. I see there is a Hewitt guy on here that is spewing a Bad Review???? I do not understand it until I looked at his other reviews and he hates every one. I took my bow in to get a new string about 5 months ago and just now got it back only because I stopped in to pick it up. They neglected to call me about 3 months in so I stopped by to check on the progress, only to find out they never even ordered the part. They said they would order it and call me the following week regardless. About 2 months had passed with no phone call so I decided to go in and pick it up, where they told me they couldn't even get the part. I was blown away with how horrible their communication was and poor customer service as well. I would definitely NOT recommend going to this business. read more

Amazing service, my new shop even though it's a little further than others. My bow has been paper tuned by others but I've never been able to get field points to group with my broadheads. Stopped by on a whim for something else and when the topic came up the guy said to bring it in. Within a few minutes he had it dialed and said it was no big deal when I tried to pay. I gave him a tip even though he tried not to take it, you deserve it sir: you earned your shop this review, my future business and you sure as hell earned a few bucks from me. It would've been a good shop if they'd charged me a few bucks for his time but they really set themselves apart with that good old fashioned customer service that is so rare these days by offering me a few minutes of their time and expertise just for stopping by. This shop is - by far - the best I've ever done business with. I had just recently purchased my bow from another local shop when I found them. I WISH I had found them first, as I would definitely have purchased from them. In spite of the fact that I bought from a competitor, Justin has been amazing! His knowledge and customer service are far beyond any other pro shop I've worked with in the past. He tuned up my bow, undoing a mistake by the shop I bought from, and dialed it in at no charge. I have purchased a few items from them now (including a bow for my son) and this great customer service has been the same from our first interaction through today. I'm about to build another bow for myself and Justin and Top Pin definitely have my business. If I could give them more than five stars I definitely would. What I can say that they've earned my business for as long as I'm still able to draw a bow. If you're anywhere near central Oregon this shop is where you want to do business. read more

Such a great pro shop. They've helped me with two bow purchases in the last year and countless bow maintenance trips. The first one was my first bow ever and they were very patient and helpful throughout the process recommending not only what would be the best options for me but also which would meet my budget requirements. After that they outlined pros and cons of accessories and weren't pushy at all towards any one brand or company. They answered all my questions and spent plenty of time making sure i understood what i was choosing. After that when i decided to upgrade my bow from entry level to a more long term option they were extremely patient as i shot almost every bow in the shop to determine what felt the best for me and what i liked the most each bow being setup to my liking and then advice and insight on the pros and cons of each bow. During my multiple stops in there for bow maintenance..they've been very prompt with service and not only have performed the needed maintenance/service but have always been available to answer questions and teach me how to perform certain things on my own. I've had experience with basically all of their employees and have never had a bad experience. In other pro shops i always feel pushed towards a specific brand or company and they've never done that. They're quick to offer expertise and insight into all the equipment they carry as well as what else is available. I definitely won't be purchasing a bow or getting my bow worked on anywhere but here. Nice selectionof equipment .. Hoyt dealer and repairs. Decent indoor range.. Just took to long to have anyonce available to help me as they were very busy withother customers and some range shooters. That and the timeit took to put on new Winners choice strings was longer than expected.. Need to give them another shot before changin my average rating and making permanent decision.
