I'm not really sure how I feel about this place. It has lots of great reviews so I was excited, but it didn't quite meet expectations. It felt very hectic and incomplete (parts of the floor were just plywood with furniture placed on top, an empty display case except for a few bottles and one row of chips). When we ordered, we were told they had no bagels for the bagel sandwiches even though there were a couple left in the display, and another employee came out and told us they did have some, but only a few different flavors. We overheard some confusion with other guests too, like not knowing what flavors the donuts were. The display did not label the flavors of each kind. We ordered an egg, sausage, and cheese bagel sandwich and a cheese and ham croissant. Both were yummy, and the croissant was big! My only complaint here was that the cheese was American and had that rubbery oily feel to it. With an $11 croissant, I was expecting a little bit higher quality of cheese. We also got a maple bar that was pretty yummy. Nice and light, but the flavor didn't stand out when comparing to other maple bars. I would probably come back to try another donut, but I don't see myself coming here to hangout.

I haddent noticed this place before and i am super glad i noticed it today going to the urgent care next door i ordered the peach iced tea lemonade , croissant sandwich and a maple bar and the lady up front was nice and gave me a free donut since it was my first time and let me tell you everything was delicious the tea was so nice and refreshing the maple bar was not to sweet and nice and airy and fluffy like the name and the croissant sandwich was super filling and yummy i will be returning and for my plus size friends it is plus size approved with alot of open space and comfy seating for everyone to enjoy !

What a cute little cafe! This would be a wonderful place to catch up with friends and/or do work. I definitely will come back for the vibe! I don't have any photos of the donuts (classic glazed donut and cinnamon twist) because the moment I got in my car, I inhaled them. Oops. They were so soft, I feel like you could roll them up, squish them, and fit it all in your mouth. I don't know if that's a good thing for donuts, but it was so delicious, fresh, and fluffy! Also the icon for the cafe is adorable- sometimes it looks like a frog, sometimes it looks like a bear. It's kinda like that one rabbit/duck photo. The matcha was super good but it was a teensy bitsy powdery. I forgot to ask for soy milk but otherwise it was super good, had the perfect sweetness! I feel like this place will become really popular with the local high school. If so, good luck, but hey, that means a lot of business! So glad this opened up in factoria, now I have a new regular spot to hit up :3

I'm always gonna have room for something sweet. And definitely if that something sweet is a donut. The shop is very relaxed and chilled vibe. Lots of comfy sitting. We tried just a small handful of donuts. The maple bar was decent. It was fresh and the glaze was nice. I also got the taro cream filled donut. They retrieved the donut from the case and took it to the back to fill it fresh with taro cream. This cream filling almost took my breath away. One, I wasn't expecting much. Two, I wasn't ready. The cream was super light, fresh, sweet and creamy, and just balanced perfectly. I thoroughly enjoyed every bite and was sad when it was gone. I'll definitely be back to try more items. Glad to see a cute and delicious donut spot in Factoria!

Delicious donuts! Like the name suggests, the donuts are soft and fluffy. I got a dozen and enjoyed the assortment. My favorite were the mochi ones.

This spot has gone through several ownership changes, but I think Fluffy Donut will be the one to stick. Great donuts and bagels, and a fun atmosphere here. Very cozy spot to relax in. Staff is also very nice and quick to meet you and take your order. Their "Too Good To Go" packages at the end of the day are a great value also, and they have been the best place to handle Too good to go orders so far since I started using that app about a year ago, I live close, and this place will definitely be one of my go to local spots!

Do you have those moments where you drive by a place a thousands times and notice that a new sign has gone up? Well this place caught my eye after grocery shopping a few doors so I stopped in and much to my surprise they've got some nice donuts and the croffles are a must! I had the blueberry and banana croffles and each were very good and they make them to order so you're not getting something that's been sitting around. Also grabbed a few donuts and each was very good. The two ladies who helped me were very nice so the service was good. The interior was clean and they've got various size tables and chairs woth some lounge chairs too and had K-Pop humming in the background. They've got a decent amount of donuts to choose from and a nice variety of sandwiches and bagels too that I'll need to hit up now that it's on my "go to" list.

My neighbor surprised us with a box of donuts from here at 8PM, and WOW...I didn't expect it to still taste this fresh and moist at that time. These donuts were so soft, fluffy, and not overly sweet. You can really taste the freshness in every bite. Can't wait to stop by the shop myself next time I'm in Bellevue!

This is a great addition to Factoria! They have fresh cream donuts that is so viral right now without the 30 min wait. Breakfast and bingsu too! Highly recommended!

Definitely coming back soon to try their breakfast items. We came in during their soft opening and we're glad we did! Such a cute shop and new addition to the plaza. We were greeted by friendly staff who answered all our questions and even made recommendations about trying the fresh cream donuts which I got Taro and it was sooo good. There was a nice selection of donuts and coffee. I tried the Jeju Island Matcha Latte and it was a nice smooth flavor. Can't wait to go back soon :)

We just found this brand new donut shop and it's AMAZING. The donuts are the fluffiest, lightest, melt-in-your-mouth donuts ever -- you can tell they're made fresh daily. The mochi donuts are so good, and the donut holes are perfectly airy and addictive. Even the bagels are better than Einstein Bagels by far! The shop itself is so cute and nice inside. And the ladies working there are so sweet and welcoming. We've already gone back twice and will definitely be going back again!

Extremely disappointed. I posted the above earlier at 3-stars, but I was too hasty posting before getting our food, expecting that even though the menu changed, the quality wouldn't. Sadly the bagel sandwiches aren't nearly stuffed to what they used to be and even the orange juice had extra pulp. My biggest complaint is still that there were no indicators in the store until we were trying to order. It is so frustrating to try to pivot when we're standing in front of the cashier with drinks in hand just trying to be on our way.

I thought that was a really good deal. There is a large parking lot behind the restaurant. You have to walk down either a few stairs or a ramp to get to the front door.

The bagels were delicious and toasted perfectly. It came with whipped butter and raspberry jam on the side. The pastrami omelet was very large and came with a generous serving of potatoes. ALso tried the pastrami and corned beef breakfast bagel, which was packed with almost like an omelet tucked inside a bagel. Also got a side of hand made chicken sausage which was okay. Tasted healthy. The one disappointment was the vanilla latte. It tasted more like it came from an automated coffee machine than a traditional espresso machine and lacked the flavor and quality I was expecting. Most things are self-serve here, including finding your own seating, grabbing silverware, getting water, and pouring drip coffee. As we were leaving, a live musician was getting set up to play, Which added a really welcoming atmosphere. The inside is nicely decorated and family friendly, with lots of children's books around to help keep little ones entertained. The prices are definitely on the higher side, but the portions are large. Food tastes good, large portions, cozy atmosphere, and live music, I'd come back again though I'd probably skip the latte next time.

I went on a Saturday morning around 1030 and there was only a small line, which moved very quickly. This is not a cafe - you are here to buy bagels and the fixings. Okay, they also sell coffee and tea, muffins, and a yummy chocolate chip cookie. (Had to try one if I'm coming all the way from downtown!) Bagels were baked perfectly.
