Back here again, came back this weekend as I've been following them in social media and I spy crayfish! As a big seafood lover I have to come and get my hands on some! We tried their new bubble tea and I honestly like it more than their old bubble tea. If you're big on tea and would like one that has a nice tea fragrant, yet doesn't taste diluted or taste like flavored milk. You should totally try their new bubble tea brand (Hitea). Personally I love their Boya green tea, it's fragrant and you can still taste the tea in it. Their crayfish was amazing too! But it does go out quick! Be sure to let your servers know if they are gone so they can get that refilled! Other than that, just another nice cold day remedy.

Fast and friendly service, all of the typicals that you find at hot pot. Sauce bar is pretty large as well. Their schezuan hot pot broth is very flavorful and spicy. If you tell them it's your birthday, someone will dress as a panda and sing to you.

Come hungry! We brought our family of six here for a special dinner, as it adds quickly. We chose just to do the hotpots to avoid open flame with the kids. There are so many options that everyone will leave happy. You can select anything you want from a large assortment of meats, veggies, and seafood. Additionally, they have a sauce station, appetizers and dessert buffets to grab as you'd like off of. They do have a warning not to over order as if you make too much in waste you will be charged an additional fee. There isn't any music playing, but you probably won't notice as there are a lot of fans running to vent the tables. It's louder but not too loud to have conversations.

The food was delicious. I had their egg rolls which were hot and crispy. The fries were crispy, hot, and hot. The service was fast and friendly and the waiters and waitresses always had smiles on their faces and were always in good vibes. They also continued to check in on us during our Karaoke session and were very thoughtful and mindful. The ambiance was energetic, warm, and friendly. This is the perfect spot to grab a meal with friends, family, or a significant other.

We've come here a couple times now and have been happy with the experience, service, and food every time! I've now tried both the bbq and hot pot. On this occasion, I tried the spicy broth. The spice level was 1-10, so I went with a 3. It is QUITE spicy even at 3 and I'm no stranger to spice. Personally, that one isn't for me, but my sister ordered the K-Town special broth which was very good and my husband ordered the miso one which was also tasty! I'd go with one of those next time I go. The beef brisket is a go-to for bbq. They have a ton of sauces so you can mix up whatever you'd like! We also like to get zucchini and onion to grill as well. The overall ambiance is very nice. It's tucked back in Hyde Park Plaza and feels like a nice spot to go for a special occasion. We will definitely be back!

My husband, myself, and my son went here for a late Valentine's Day meal and we had such a blast The food options were extensive as well as the sauce options at the sauce bar There is something for meat, eaters, and vegetarians alike. All of the food was fresh and brought to the table quickly. Our server was so kind, especially to our toddler and was so helpful when choosing what suit base we wanted There were some American options, such as pizza and french fries that were available in. This definitely helped with our toddler who is a bit hesitant with trying new food. Casual dining and there were quite a few families, couples and solo diners the entire time we were there Well, worth the money we enjoyed ourselves and stayed the entire two hours

Found this place on yelp, and after thanksgiving on Saturday, decided to try it. Wow, the place is pretty big inside. No need for reservation, we just walked in and got a booth. Ordered bbq plus hotpot. The price difference with only bbq is only 2 dollar per person. It turned out we made the right decision. Each of us have our own hotpot, while we share the big bbq station. We have 4 people, so we can have food instantly, no need to wait for the grill. It's wonderful! We had few rounds of steak plus their spicy salmon, really delicious. Also we got veggie tofu etc for hotpot, and you can't have different soup base for your hotpot, it's super nice and cook fast! We had a wonderful meal. Everyone is happy with my choice. And we think we are going to come back!

First time trying this place and it was amazing. Stopped in to have lunch and decided to try the Korean bbq. It was spacious inside and I was amazed how big the tables were. I really like the designs on their walls and the led lighting. Our server was amazing. She took the time to explain how it worked and very attentive. She was so patient and friendly. For lunch it's $19.99 and dinner was 32.99. For the lunch hot pot and Korean bbq was $24.99. It's an all you can eat for up to 2 hours for either hot pot or Korean bbq. I love how they offer bubble tea and the ruby bubble milk tea was amazing. There is a note that a 20% surcharge would be applied if you waste food, which is understandable. However, we cleaned our plates! Everything was delicious. You'll notice on the Korean bbq menu, certain items are limited to dinner only. If you go in for lunch, you can still order the dinner items but you will need to pay the difference. Needless to say, everything was spectacular. The lunch appetizer bar had cabbage kimchi, radish kimchi and seaweed salad. They offered a few options of fruit and dessert next to the dipping sauce station. We will definitely be back to try the hotpot next time!

Wonderful platter of food with our hotpot. Yum!

Love this place for KBBQ! For starters, my husband has a shellfish allergy and they were wonderful about accommodating him. We were able to pick from an extensive menu for our meals and every ounce of it was delicious and fresh. All meat and veggies were high quality. Our favorites were the beef belly and pork belly. The sauce and condiment bar was clean and yummy and offered us more options. Service was great and food was fantastic. We will certainly be back!

Great service great food the experience was great. Sitting was decent and all around 10/10. I literally have zero complaints even the bathroom was a 10/10 yall.

This is a new AYCE Korean BBQ/hot pot that just opened up! You get the option of one or the other or both. I like how Cincinnati is finally expanding their Asian food options - especially AYCE! Remember, this is a cook it yourself restaurant. A group of 3 of us went the week of their grand opening and boy was it busy. We waited for almost 2 hours just to be seated! Price is $29.99 - Hot Pot; KBBQ - $32.99 or BOTH for $2 more $34.99. You'll get the bang for your buck if you just do both so you can enjoy some soup with your bbq! Meat options were ok. Their pork belly weren't the thick pieces, but were super thin. Think of bacon. I did love the fact that there was the option of getting fishball with roe. There were a limited option for their sauce bar. Service was quick. A lot of young people are working here. I was impressed with how attentive our server was even with the many tables he had. Their drinks were refreshing. We had the virgin mojito and the alcoholic one. For those boba lovers, they also have a variety of boba options available. Lots of parking everywhere. I'd definitely recommend this spot for anyone HUNGRY!

I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or for a fun dining experience. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful. He regularly checked in and changed our grill out as it got charred. If you order the Dinner hotpot, BBQ, or both you get access to the full menu. On weekends they make you do the dinner option, but it was great to try their different cuts of meat! The atmosphere was great: huge variety of sauces and toppings. The meat was very good quality. Maybe a bit on the lean side for beef but I preferred that given the volume of food. The premium beef short ribs and angus chuck flap tail had better marbling, very tender and delicious. The price was definitely worth it for the fresh good quality meat and produce options! Included in the all you can eat were some made to order appetizers, an Ice cream bar, and several premade desserts and appetizers at the cold bar which were also pretty good! Much better than the premade dishes you'd find at a traditional buffet. The nice thing about the location too is there are several shops around the center that you can mosey around before or after eating and make a whole day of it

I went for lunch and they weren't very busy, the server checked on me multiple times and made sure to ask regularly if I needed anything else including more Hot Pot items or drinks. She also promptly cleared any empty dishes which kept the table tidy. Since I chose the Hot Pot only option this time, they placed a grill cover over the grill to add extra table space which is a nice option to add extra space, especially if there's a big group and getting a lot of food plates. The dining room is always super clean and warm. The music can be a bit loud at times, but not too bad and it adds a little privacy to your table and group. For the food, I can say I always enjoy eating here and I love the Matcha Milk Tea with Tapioca Bobas. I usually go for the K Town Special Broth and fix it up with chili oil, a couple sauces, peppers, onions, and spices. The versatility of everyone being able to create what they like makes this place great for large groups.

If you are not expecting it, it can be a shock for sure. He would frequently check in on us and make small talk, give us recommendations on the menu, how to order, even so far as to grab our stone bowls after they were served to stir them. For me, it was overbearing and I was not a fan of someone touching utensils after we were served without asking but I ended up still giving 5 stars because he meant well. Right after he continued bringing dumplings and serving them to us just to be nice! No additional charge, and he would've continued making them unless we refused after bringing 2 whole orders. When he learned it was our friends birthday he brought out moonpies and a bag of some korean snack just for her, even though they dont have dessert on the menu. Even as you walk in, you'll notice from the decore that is very much a small business. You have a button to press to notify the owner you're there, get drinks, and a QR code to order. That being said the service is very timely, high quality fresh food comes out super hot, and he was very nice. Be aware of the social experience because that is a big part of the restaurant.
