I would absolutely recommend the Toledo, Ohio location over the Columbus location anytime of the day! I love how this location allows you to have unlimited free appetizers along with your meal. I love the artwork on the wall. We even celebrated a birthday here, and they brought out their panda astronaut mascot! The food is always fresh, the portions are just right so that you don't overeat. The staff isn't overbearing & will help you when needed. I love the sauce bar, if there's any extras that you don't see, just ask the bar keeper.

Was such a fun and unique experience and atmosphere!! Obviously you cook your own food and season and sauce how you like- they have a seasoning and sauce bar so you can pick out how you'd like your food to taste! So honestly if you don't like how the food turned out or tasted.. that's on you! The food was great and it was such a fun date night out for our first time going, definitely recommend and our server was amazing and so helpful We didn't wait long for our food to come out it was pretty quick- the menu is very diverse and large and there is a lot to choose from, some may think the prices are expensive but it is an all you can eat, the appetizers and entrees are all bottomless/ unlimited so you can order as much as you want! Although, i would be wise about your portion sizes because they do charge for wasted uneaten food ! Definitely recommend and will be back :)

So happy we tried this place! We were happy to have minimal wait for a table, such a fun atmosphere and the staff was excellent. We would drive an hour to our favorite spot but now that we've found this one 30 mins closer we are happy to have a new favorite! Will be back for delicious food!

My sister and I went both of us had never been. We just did the grill because there's no way we could eat both. We had a lot of fun and I thought the food was good quality and fresh. We ordered onions, mushrooms, asparagus, pineapple, lettuce, garlic, and kimchi for our veg. Beef bolgogi, miso pork belly, ribeye, and short ribs for our meats and we both concocted sauces. They had a variety of other meats and seafood but I didn't want chicken cross contamination and Im allergic to shrimp so we stuck with beef and pork.We also got white rice and chicken dumplings. Our waiter was super sweet and explained everything. He switched over our grill plates without us having to ask and brought refills when needed. The interior of the restaurant is decorated really fun and they had K pop playing on a TV. This place would be really great for date night or a dbl date. Be careful ordering because we got full really fast and I can see how it would be very easy to over order. Definitely check out the Boba menu. We both ordered brown sugar black milk tea with tapioca Boba. It was delicious!

This place is fantastic. Love the combination of hot pot and kbbq, and the all you can eat is incredible. This is a great place for groups and we've taken friends and family. You can order hot pot, kbbq, or both. There is a station where you can make your own sauces and then order proteins, veggies, etc to your heart's desire for your kbbq and hot pot. There's a great drink selection too and I believe they have bubble tea as well. There are whole bunch of different broth flavors and you get your own mini size which is nice, the only downside is not being able to try multiple broth flavors as some hot pot places have. However given the amount of food here, it's totally fine, and I always leave wishing I had more room to eat! Can't wait to come back here again!

Driving through Toledo on Christmas Day we find the top pot hot pot and BBQ. Table for 6 please! Your choices are only all you can eat. Can choose hot pot OR BBQ OR BBQ and hot pot. Just a note everyone at your table has to have the same thing! So since no one could decide we had BBQ and hot pot. It was fantastic!!! Broths were miso, Tom yum and chicken. We tried it all! Very good! Our favorites were spicy bulgogi, garlic shrimp, and the shrimp balls with ramen in hot pot. Portions are small so if many people want say mushrooms order 3-4. Booths and some large tables are available. Been to a few Korean BBQs but love this one with hot pot too! It was a little pricey esp since our children were counted as adults! But for a Christmas Day meal we loved it!

My friend and I decided to dine here at 2 in the afternoon on a Thursday. There were maybe 6 tables when we arrived. We were seated promptly and the hostess was also our waitress. She asked if we had dined here before and we told her no, so she explained what some of the menu items were and what they went with ( bbq or hot pot). She also told us to order a little at a time because they charge for food waste. We decided to get both the hot pot and BBq because it was only $5 more per person. Drinks are not included in this price. The sauce bar and the deserts are however included. It is time consuming. There is a time limit of two hours and we were there for the whole two hours and it was just my friend and her 4 year old son. I got the Szechuan spicy broth. I liked it but as the broth cooked down the peppercorns also cooked down. This made the broth slightly bitter. If I go back next time I will get something that is plain broth and just add Thai chilies in my dipping sauce instead. I couldn't tell you what item I like the best. They kind of all blend together as you cook and eat. The server was super attentive we had to turn her down like 6 times when she asked if we needed more food. The place was clean on the inside and outside. Actually when I was waiting for my friend I saw a worker picking up trash around the parking lot. I like hot pot because it's fun and you get to hang out with your friends but I always feel like I can't eat anymore but I'm not full ( maybe satiated is the word). My bill with a Diet Pepsi was $40 my friend only had to pay for hers because her son got to dine for free. The server took him to measure his height to see if we had to pay for him. He just got new shoes so we told him to slouch. Haha we were just joking around. I actually don't know how tall kids have to be to pay. If you do have to pay for the kids, it's only $13.99 anyways. We had a good experience, it's better than the place that is by Franklin Park mall. I don't even think it's there anymore.

There was a bit of a wait - but that's what happens when the restaurant is awesome! The place is very casual and fun. Service was great- friendly and happy to help. We had both hot pot and bbq. Not one single thing was just "ok". It was all delicious, fresh and amazing. Just don't let your eyes get bigger than your stomach, because you'll have to pay for what protein you order but don't eat, but... You have 2 hours to get whatever you want as much as you want. I waddled out very satisfied with the food and the bill. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved it!!! Food was amazing, staff was nice and the establishment was very beautiful!!

I ordered iced tea and vegetable spring rolls to begin, and decided on Happy Family with chicken and shrimp for my entree. I like to wash my hands before eating and the restroom was scrupulously clean, which always makes a good impression. I was there at 4 pm so there were not a lot of people in the dining room yet and i could tell they were running a booming business in takeout calls. The starter came quickly with my drink, followed soon by my Happy Family meal, steaming hot! It is rare to get a restaurant meal hot these days and it was so appreciated. The spring rolls were delicious and the entree was perfect. The vegetables were crisp tender and fresh. The shrimp and chicken were cooked perfectly and all were served over a plentiful bowl of white rice in a large bowl in a light gravy. (Brown rice is also available if you desire). I had a doctor's appointment earlier so had not eaten that day and i devoured this meal. SO GOOD! There was enough that i could have taken some home but the food was so good i just kept eating. While i am not a drinker, QQ Kitchen does offer alcoholic beverages. Two workers came in, sat at the bar and enjoyed drinks with their meals. One of the men said to me, "Isn't this place great? Best food in Toledo!" I had to agree. The servers kept my iced tea filled and even gave me one to go. The bill was reasonable. This restaurant is highly recommended. Well trained, friendly servers, the owner was there cooking among his cooks, and it was a peaceful, yummy experience. There are also Thai and Korean menu choices here. Many vegetarian options are available, as well as "choose your protein" options. Plenty of parking as it is in a strip mall off Secor, wheelchair accessible, children and families welcome.

Tonight was our lucky night as we were seated within minutes of our arrival. QQ Kitchen is very unassuming upon entry. Small sitting area that was filled with people waiting for their take-out orders. The dining area is small and decor is simple. There is one TV monitor and tonight, "Triple D" (Diners, Drive-Ins, Dives) was on. How appropriate, huh? Menu has a lot to offer making it challenging to arrive at a snap decision. Many great choices. We started off with Spring Rolls. Very refreshing taste and the peanut dipping sauce was quite tasty. Our dinner selections: Drunken Noodles; and Pad Thai w Shrimp. Both these dishes were excellent and very fairly priced for the food quality and portion size. A great deal of foot traffic for take-out orders during the entire time we were in the restaurant. Good sign. We had a fantastic meal and we will definitely be back yo visit QQ Kitchen. Well done!

This place is aligned fairly well though with food in Korea though ie not highly westernized. This place is in the center of the college area on Liberty and State street. The selection is not extensive but the basics are here including BBQ. Side dishes are decent, Kimchi, which is fundamental to any Korean meal and varies by region, is always included and people have strong opinions about. Theirs is OK but not top notch. Other side dishes are decent. Whatever we ordered, BBQ, Yuk Gae Jang, Dol Sot Bi Bim Bap (Rice. Vegetables and beef inn stone pot), other was pretty good.....just like Seoul Garden used to be before ownership change. We used to go almost exclusively to Seoul Garden near the mall off Boardwalk but after ownership change stopped as the taste changed significantly and not for the better. Its nice to have The Seoul is an option. They have beer and soju (Ubiquitous Korean liquor in Korea that along with Kimchi is many Koreans blood) Environment of the restaurant is modern but still a bit cozy. Overall, definitely worth a try. While we are at it, I have spent allot of time in Japan on business (some vacationing too) and I know it's trendy to go there now especially with the exchange rate, and by all means go, allot to see and experience (and eat!) there. But don't overlook Korea. The two countries have a torrid history and don't want to admit they are similar in many ways....but they are and Korea is loaded with great places to go and food to eat. Traveling can be done on any budget, feel free to reach out if you want to learn more. Also love to hear from experienced travelers, love to learn of new places and things to do.
