The system has operated superbly since then. I was especially impresses with Graham (from Nashville). Soon I will be installing a new Master bath toilet and will probably call them for that, as well as new faucets in the Master Bath area. These are not the cheapest guys but the job they do is excellent. That said, I signed up for a yearly twice a year maintenance visit, and their office does not do a great job of following up or letting the customer know what is going on or when they would like to come out. Next maintenance should be around October. Use 'em they do a good job. Not sure about their maintenance program.

They do a great job explaining what (if anything) is wrong. They take a lot of photos to provide evidence and they don't just speak out of their butt! They don't pressure you into getting anything that you don't need, however, they do give you recommendations on what might make things run smoother/better, but there is absolutely zero pressure to get any of these extra things. This time, Mario was the AC technician who came out and did the maintenance check on our HVAC and furnace; he also changed out the filter in the furnace. He was super nice, really knowledgeable and we will definitely be requesting him for future services.

I wanted to provide an update since the owner's response below does not reflect what has happened…read moresince my original review. The company stated that the waterproofing work was completed and documented. However, after that response was posted, new leaks continued to appear, including leaks in areas that had never leaked before. Additional damage occurred to my home, including hardwood flooring and interior finishes. The company also stated that it does not reinstall unsafe components. Yet I personally documented damaged and broken pillars being reused, and multiple workers told me they had objected to reusing them. Most importantly, the company has since involved its insurance carrier regarding the conditions and damages at my property. Their insurance consultant inspected my home on March 18, 2026. If the work was completed properly and there were no issues related to the project, I find it difficult to understand why an insurance claim was necessary in the first place. Since then, I have been repeatedly told to wait for the insurance process. Months have passed, no meaningful testing has been performed to determine the source of the continuing leaks, no repair plan has been provided, no leaking doors have been repaired or replaced, and the missing railings and pillars remain uninstalled. The most frustrating part is that my home is still left looking like an unfinished construction site while the company points to an ongoing insurance review as the reason for delay. I do not believe a homeowner should be expected to live with continuing damage and an incomplete project indefinitely while waiting for an insurance determination. I genuinely hoped this matter would be resolved after meetings with the company's ownership and licensing representative. Unfortunately, despite promises that things would move forward, very little has actually happened. I will continue to update this review as events unfold so that potential customers can make an informed decision.

Jesse and his crew nick and Gabrielle with top service plumbing have been handling all our plumbing issues for the last year and have done an amazing job every time we have them here. We have an older house so we recently needed a complete pipe reroute because our pipes were all going at the same time. Jesse got out here the same day we had multiple slab leaks and within the hour I called he had a crew here and was ready to go. They finished an entire pipe reroute in one day! Which I still can't believe they pulled off not to mention it was a Sunday and I believe it was jesses day off and they still made sure everything was done correctly and professionally. Super professional hard workers. First company we've had here in a long time where I feel like they actually cared about us and took care of me and my family. Jesse and the guys ending up being our Thanksgiving miracle. We are having construction done on our bathroom. The contractor was supposed to come back and set the toilet the day before Thanksgiving for my mother-in-law who is unable to go up and down the stairs. They never showed up. My husband spent all morning driving around town on Thanksgiving morning trying to find anyone who was open and sold wax rings so he could set the toilet. Everyone was closed. As he was driving he saw two plumbing trucks off the freeway. There were two guys hanging a banner for their plumbing company. It was Jesse with Top Service Plumbing. My husband drove over to where they were and explained the situation. They went to their van and grabbed a wax ring that they gave to my husband, asking for nothing in return. We moved to Wildomar in June 2016, and quickly realized the water is very hard here. The dishes came out with spots, we had water spots on the shower doors, our skin was itchy and dry. We researched several water softening and filtration systems, and decided on the Pelican combo system. We called several plumbers for a quote to do the installation. After talking with Jesse at Top Service Plumbing, we felt comfortable with his prompt response and his knowledge in water treatment systems. The night before our daughter and grandchildren were to arrive, our toilets and showers were backed up and disgusting. We were desperate. After Reaching Top Service, Jeff came and assessed the situation, limited some of the problems, but we agreed that the Top Service Team need to further explore our problems and our options. Jesse Partida arrived, after Jeff and others had taken pictures of the obstructions done by tree roots to very old pipes--70 year old pipes! It was an expensive fix, but needed to be done and we felt that they were doing it as economically as possible. Jeff and Tom were very hard workers, very pleasant while doing a very difficult job, digging deep, deep holes in the yard during the summer of July 2019. We called Top Service to have our broken shower and sink faucets replaced. I was in a time crunch, as I had out of town guests arriving. They came the next morning, evaluated the problems, got the parts and finished the job in one day! I was excited to have it fixed so quickly and efficiently. They wore shoe covers as not to get my floors dirty, cleaned up everything when they were done and the cost was very reasonable. Jesse checked out a few other issues we were having with our kitchen sink and water pressure and gave me an estimate for the future. They worked quickly, no milking the time. I can tell that Jesse is experienced and knows his stuff, but he is not pushy about the work, just explained the problems clearly and let us decide what we wanted to have done. Had two other plumbers look at my gas water heater and came up with all kinds of problems why it was going to cost me a lot more then what they quoted me on the phone. I found Top Service Plumbing on line and notice a lot of five stars. I gave them a call and spoke to a woman name Sommer. She was very helpful and polite. As for the service men that installed my new water heater, they were awesome. They came with in an hour and stayed late until the job was done. Because I'm having construction done in my garage they not only stayed late to get the job done but they also had to work in the dark with only flashlights. I am so impressed with this company that I had to write a review. Had an emergency or what we thought was an emergency and the guy that came out told us it was more than likely a couple valves that needed to be changed out. Something my husband could do. Instead of charging us he told my husband what to do. We offered to pay for a service call for them coming out, but he didn't even take that. They will be our go to plumbers when we do need someone. Not because they didn't charge us for this call, but because of their honesty. That says everything about this company. Honest, helpful and not self serving describes this plumbing company. My toilet clogged Friday night, I called and was told they would try to be out that night, I received a phone call, they could be out early Saturday morning. Jesse And his partner responded immediately to my request within 1 hour were at my residence trying to figure out the problem with my sink. They ended up clearing the drain within minutes and my sink was back to normal. We had a plumbing emergency here right before my sons wedding. Our house was full of family from the East Coast when our toilets and showers backed up. Jesse and his team are amazing. We had a major clog in our sewage line. Jesse and his team came out and cleared it but it needed to be replaced. Top Service worked all weekend to dig down 6 feet and run a new line as well as replace another line to the sewer. They made sure it was done professionally and quickly. Jesse made sure that I was satisfied with the work and ran a camera through the rest of the house to make sure there were no other problems. I will definitely use them again. read more

I originally just wanted the wax seal replaced in hopes that would fix it but Anthony told me there could be a hairline crack or roots growing in the sewer line. I chose to have them install a second toilet in my house and Anthony was absolutely correct, roots were definitely growing . I totally recommend this company to my neighbors as they are always there to answer the phone when help is immediately needed. I was given the quote over the phone and they did not do like other companies that Jack up the price once they start the job. Thank you Anthony, another outstanding job.
