I had a clog in the master bathroom shower. Called Top Service Plumbing as I had used them once before about 4 years ago and they were great. They have a real person who answers the phone. She got me scheduled right away. Luis came out, calling 1/2 hour ahead to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. Luis is very professional, courteous, and cares about your home. He explained what he was going to do and showed me the results of what he found. He was very thorough with his explanations. While here, I had him check a sink that was draining slow, and he was able to clear that clog also. He provides tips on how to keep it clean and what not to do. We used Top Service Plumbing for a remodel. It was hard to believe how many times they had to come back to fix their mistakes that shouldn't have even happened. For example, four out of six toilets leaks, our master toilet was plumbed with hot water. The tub fixtures weren't installed properly, which we didn't know until the cleaning crew came, there was water everywhere and I had to pay for the cleaning crew to come back another day to clean these bathrooms. With all these mistakes and more, Jesse never took the time to call or to offer to take care of the extra expenses. He did keep sending people but they would never take a minute to check their work until my husband told them they weren't leaving until they walked the job with him. They will respond with nonsense, but gave me an exact quote, not a minimum quote (their minimum is $89). Quoted $165 for a super simple toilet replacement but when they arrived quoted $289 because I didn't have a supply line. A supply line is literally $5.89 and a full installation kit is a whopping $7.47 and I'm not a plumber buying in bulk. After not accepting $289, they offered to do it for $225 but I declined to pay $60 for $7.47 worth of parts. My plumbing has NO LEAKS AT ALL, yet they will say that it's leaking. I literally have not had any leaking or plumbing issues for the two years I've lived here. They will try to scam you. STAY AWAY! read more

We had a toilet overflow in our secondary restroom upstairs that led to water damage in December 2020. We called Top Service Plumbing and Luis came to our home same day and was able to thankfully stop the leak right away. We were very frustrated with the mess in our house due to the water damage, in addition to Covid Pandemic and with Christmas around the corner. Luis was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He lightened up the mood in our home and made the situation less stressful. Today, we had an unrelated plumbing issue and did not hesitate to call Top Service Plumbing and requested Luis. This plumbing company is outstanding. I had several issues with water leaks around the toilets. The owner, Jesse, investigated our problems and found that the original installations were incorrectly assembled during construction. This is the second time he has come to our rescue to correct problems. We cannot say enough about him, his staff and their expertise! Highly recommended for any plumbing issues. He is a strong Christian and demonstrates his faith in all he does. Worth noting here also are his professional connections. We will be doing some remodeling in the future and will most likely be utilizing the references he suggested. Great Company! We had another drain issue last week, this time in the kitchen. I called Jesse and explained our problem. He arrived about 4 hours later and snaked the drain through the outside clean out to open the drain. When they pulled the snake back out Jesse noted that a power flush would completely solve our problem. He scheduled a return visit for two days later as the equipment was in use on another job. I am so impressed with this company that I had to write a review. Had an emergency or what we thought was an emergency and the guy that came out told us it was more than likely a couple valves that needed to be changed out. Something my husband could do. Instead of charging us he told my husband what to do. We offered to pay for a service call for them coming out, but he didn't even take that. They will be our go to plumbers when we do need someone. Not because they didn't charge us for this call, but because of their honesty. That says everything about this company. Honest, helpful and not self serving describes this plumbing company. We needed our garbage disposal replaced and a new faucet installed. My husband uses Yelp and it's reviews to choose who we do business with. He chose Top Service because of the good reviews and the coupon offer. This was our first time using them... They came out and installed the faucet and disposal quickly and professionally. They did a great job! They even wore booties to protect the carpet. Also, I used the coupon offered on Yelp and got a great deal. I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs. Also change one of the parts for our kitchen sink that according to them cost $89 but we went to the store and only cost $5.99 . Be careful with them they are no honest with their quotes. I have had Jesse and team out twice to help out with different issues and all of my experiences have been great. The first time was to hydrojet the pipes. They came onsite and did the work quickly and efficiently. Due to me having such a good experience I also had them to a repiping under the kitchen sink and new faucet installation. Last night they came in on short notice to repair a leaking toilet that was coming through the ceiling. They worked quickly and I couldn't be more happy. The last thing you want to see when you are snaking a clogged drain is mud and gravel at the end of that snake because that means your pipe is broken. This broken pipe problem is magnified when its inside a restaurant and its causing the floor drain at the front of the restaurant, right under our soda machine to flood. I knew the break was not at the trap because it was recently replaced and we were able to get the snake far enough to know that the pipe was broken somewhere away from the trap under the concrete floor somewhere. Usually my stepfather is my savior for all repair needs, including plumbing issues, but this time he felt he was way out of his league and suggested I call a professional. He suggested I call someone to put a camera down the drains so we could find the break, he thought it would be more cost effective in the long run to do this. So I called Top Service Plumbing after reading all the great reviews and finding out they service one of my fellow tenants as well so I figured they had the experience to deal with my type of situation. Jesse and Adam came in a couple hours after I called and tried to put the camera down my pipes to no avail. My pipes were in such bad shape they could not push the camera down to find the break. I have to say that I was not shocked by this revelation, as I have had problems with my drains the entire time I have been at this location. We have changed a few floor drains that have been corroded since we still have galvanized steel pipes so I knew I would eventually face this problem, I was just hoping it would never happen (wishful thinking). Jesse suggested I hydrojet the pipes and add another cleaning duct, I knew I had to do both, he also gave me a quote for the repair. But I knew this quote wasn't going to be the end of it, I knew my problem was bigger than Jesse suspected since I have had countless issues with my drains. Jesse agreed to come back at 10PM after I closed my restaurant for the night to do the work. Jesse and Adam came back that around 9:45PM and started to cover the front of the restaurant to protect all surfaces from dust and debris, and even made a self-enclosure to contain the dust inside this makeshift room and Adam started the jackhammer, broke the floor and the break wasn't there but they kept digging to find it. Meanwhile Jesse was working on installing a cleaning duct on the other side of the wall. When I noticed they didn't find the break were we all thought it was my heart sank. Jesse kept telling me not to worry because he was still digging for it, but I just knew. I have a history with these pipes you see, and the minute my stepfather refused to do the work, I knew I was in trouble, because my stepfather can fix ANYTHING and he wasn't willing to touch this. To make a long story short, Jesse and Adam worked through the entire night, and finally finished the job the next day at 11:30AM, they even called an extra person to come in an help in order to speed up the process and allow me to open my business that day. They ended up replacing pipes in the front, the back, fixing the existing cleaning duct, and fixing previous work done by another plumber. They were very careful to protect all surfaces and contain all sand and gravel as best as they could. They even mopped the floor after before they left. He even went as far as taking picture of everything under the floor for future reference, and pointed out other issues I still have with pipes he did not replace. My stepfather came in towards the end of the job and Jesse went over what he did with him and my stepfather was very happy with what he saw. Unfortunately I could not have the additional pipes replaced then, but it is something I will do in the future, and Jesse will be the person I call to fix these pipes. read more

The first time we used Top Service it was for a rental we have, we were amazed at how fast and professional they were at such a reasonable cost. This time the water heater in our home was leaking and they came so quickly. The water heater was gone also it had been recalled.
