You will be able to find milk teas, hot teas, fresh fruit teas, fresh milk sea salt cream teas, iced fruit tea, sugar cane juices, passion fruit juices, fruit smoothies with cream, freshly squeezed coconut milk, and coffee. I went with the Dragonfruit Green Apple Fruit Smoothie with Crema. I've been looking for the cheese foam but haven't found it in Argyle yet. This crema was a sea salt cream and hit the creamy spot. The dragonfruit green apple was juicy and refreshing. They sealed the top and gave a straw to poke through but I much prefer a sipping lid so I can get cream and smoothie at the same time. I was excited to try another new boba shop in this area. The menu is expansive and there are lots of different types of hot teas, fresh fruit teas, milk teas, smoothies, sugarcane juices, and passion fruit juices. Hubby asked the worker prior to ordering if the amount of sugar could be customized (I always order 0% sugar since I have a low tolerance for sugary drinks). The lady taking his order told him they could but when he returned home my white winter milk tea was 100% sugar and I could not get past the taste of getting a mouthful of sugar to actually see if I enjoyed the flavor of the tea or not. Hubby got the golden buckwheat milk tea which was okay but he found the flavor to be a little unusual (couldn't put his finger on it). I really want to give them the benefit of the doubt since they are a new establishment. I do agree with the other Yelpers that the drinks are on the pricier side and there are plenty of other boba tea shops nearby. read more

I was so sad when Bingo Tea left Argyle and a subpar option replaced my favorite boba shop. Thankfully discovered Top Tao on a recent pho stop and I'm happy to say I have a new go-to in the area! Love, love, LOVE, the coconut milk-based drinks. It's a touch of creaminess that went really well with the different flavors I tried. Each drink comes with a free topping- I highly recommend grass jelly. I tried the crystal boba, but it's a strange texture and not as chewy as standard bubbles. The drinks are on the sweeter side, and they don't read instructions on delivery orders (the only time I tried asking for a custom sugar level) so keep that in mind if you're not ordering in person! I am updating my original review to 5 stars. You can customize the level of sweetness. This is great, I did 50% and that made a world of difference. In my opinion it was just okay, definitely something that is easy to make at home. Expensive for what it is. I ordered a peach oolong boba. Taste wise: didn't taste any peach. NOTE: all boba is extra $0.50 which is pretty standard I suppose but for an already expensive beverage... I'd expect one topping to be included already on the $5 price tag. My cup wasn't even completely full, I'd say there's 20% missing??? The total came out to be about $14 for two drinks. This place has changed owners. I still love their boba. But the cleanliness of this place has gone downhill. The old owner kept this shop clean even their bathroom. Today I visited and I used the bathroom. The bathroom was a hot mess, the toilet and the sink was soooo dirty. No one restocked toilet paper and the paper towel. If I think ahead enough, I order ahead and it's always ready for me when I arrive. When I don't, the wait for the teas isn't too long. As for COVID, they have safety measures up.
