I bought tickets from here. 2 tickets and I specifically asked if she would be able to help me if I needed an earlier flight or add someone. So one of the flight they booked was delayed by a whole day and I asked if she could pay the hotels expenses of course the lady said no. I want to say how happy I am with this agency, they were super helpful with planning a 12 day Italy-Rome/Greece Cruise, back to Venice- Italy , for my Mother, Mother in law, and two Aunts - for a ladies trip. The ladies were extremely happy with their flight to Rome, and their extravagant Hotel rooms. Then they flew to Venice where they sailed on the Norwegian Star Cruise line to the beautiful islands of Greece , they loved the beautiful ship, it was amazing. The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable, with two connecting rooms for the ladies to share for 7 days as they cruised through the amazing islands of Greece . They then sailed back to Venice, and loved the hotel they had, it had great service, with amazing view. Throughout their entire trip, Tatev the travel agent, was consistently in contact with me, making sure that everything is perfect for the ladies, and that they are having an amazing time. She went out of her way to give us the comfort of knowing our mamas were safe and following itinerary as planned. She was very patient with all of during the planning and through the entire trip. My husband and I googled travel agencies that we open on Saturdays as well as had top ratings. Our search came up with Top Travel in Glendale. We took the time to drive to Glendale in order to talk with one of their representatives. We met with Tatev. During our meeting she seemed very interested in helping us plan our 25th anniversary to Greece. We ended our meeting with Tatev stating that she would put something together with several options and get back to me via e-mail no later than Tuesday (3 days after initial meeting. She also indicated to us that she would follow up with a phone call to find out if we had received the e-mail. It is now 10 days since our initial meeting and we have received no e-mail or phone call. Needless to say we are very disappointed. I've never written a review before but felt it was necessary under the circumstances. We will obviously be using another travel agency for our needs and will not recommend this agency to anyone. read more
