We used Top Travel last night for a birthday celebration. When booking for the evening, Fransiscu was very responsive and accommodating and made the process very easy. Victor and his van drove a group of us to Pantages for a show. He showed up at the exact time we agreed upon and was waiting for us as soon as the show was done. His timing couldn't have been better. Victor was friendly, accommodating; and offered to make stops as needed. The bus was fully loaded with ice and water; clean upon arrival and, again, after the show for the ride home. All of the systems (air, music, lights etc) worked great and combines with Victor's professionalism and courteousness, made for an excellent night out! We will definitely be booking again! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. There is nothing Top about this company. My sister booked this for my birthday on Saturday, April 12th to Temecula. She booked it well in advance and she explained she may want to extend her reservation. They informed her that she would pay extra, which we were good with that. But then he decided to book another reservation at 6 in Riverside. Hello knowing the traffic on the weekend, why would book another reservation back to back? We had to change our plans and felt very rushed. Well, our day ended horribly when they called my sister as were waiting for our Dinner due to the time crunch, we ordered Dinner to go. He said that we were going to leave via Uber because the bus was leaving us. The whole party was stressed and my birthday was ruined. All of my gifts and our personal items were removed from the bus and left on the ground as we see the bus leaving. This was such a horrible experience. I will never use Top Travel Limousine and I do not recommend this company. The sad thing is that the Company keeps blaming my sister and are not taking any responsibility. Why would you book a reservation back to back in completely opposite directions. Logistically it doesn't make sense. Never again! read more

Driver was an hour late to pick up my wedding guests after the wedding and is telling me it's because I had poor communication. I hired Top Travel Limo for my wedding event this June, to pick up my wedding guests from the hotel before the event and later drop them off to the hotel after the wedding. The driver, Victor, texted me 4 times at the first pick up time while I was getting ready for my wedding, asking if he should be waiting for the guests to pick them up even though they didn't show up on the exact time. I didn't respond since I saw the text an hour late, and I thought he would've solved his question by then (and also because the answer was obvious - I hired the limo to pick up the guests to the event location, so it was only right he waited for them) He then was an hour late than the scheduled time to pick up the guests after the wedding. My parents and some of my guests who were going to take the limo waited for 30mins until my wedding planner gave them a ride. When I later requested for a refund of an hour he was late to the Top Travel Limo, they said he got a request to come late by someone else. That person was neither me nor one of my guests. When I confronted why he didn't comfirm with me about the change of the time, but followed someone else's request, he said it's because I didn't respond to his "text" earlier and I didn't give his number to the planner. The text his referring to which I didn't respond was about the pickup before the wedding and had nothing to do with the sudden change of time after the wedding. Top Travel Limo is saying it's 50% my fault on poor communication, and that "it's only fair" they'll only refund me back 50% of the hour he was late. I originally wasn't complaining to Top Travel Limo about the driver being late as it seemed to have been a miscommunication, but was just asking to refund back the hour. As they're now saying it's partially my fault, I'm stunned at their response. I'm leaving this review to warn anyone who is planning on hiring this limo company for their important event. read more

We booked the Sprinter van for my divorce party on 8/10/19. To say they did a fabulous job would be an understatement. The van was decorated with a cute "Finally Divorced" banner, there were drinks and waters available and the van is absolutely beautiful. We rode from Long Beach to Hollywood and we had an incredible time listening to music and enjoying our safe trip. Our driver Victor was very nice and accommodating, he explained how to use the iPad for the TVs, how to use the lights and how to play our music. I have not one complaint. Everything was perfect. He came and got us promptly when it was time to head home and was nothing but professional. Booking was a breeze with the owner, Franciscu. I bought $400 of Groupon that you had LIVE on the site and it says expired March 2020, but he says that deal is no longer available. Uhh then don't put the expiration date as March 2020. You used Groupon for free advertisement then not honor it. SHADY COMPANY. Do not recommend. They have no business ethics. We had a great time! Rented the Sprinter with limo seating that fit 12 people. We had it full with all 12. Didn't feel too cramped. We rented it to a wedding in Malibu and then back to Newport. The limo itself felt high quality with two large tv screens, great audio system, ice & drink area, and quality seats. Both drivers that we had were incredible friendly & accommodating, especially when we needed to pull over to use the restroom lol. Pricing was reasonable. It was not what I expected or hoped for. They should have been on time and outside of the Alaska baggage claim waiting. I told them I wanted five star service for my kids. They finally show up about 30 minutes after we landed. There was no driver boarding the party bus to explain to only two children how to use the functions (blue tooth, the iPad that was handed to them with no instruction or anything else) he just handed them an iPad and said good luck. After that, the ride was a bit jerky (again, an orientation of what to expect would be helpful). There were no diabetic drinks available. They should have also asked in my opinion. I have another ride booked on Saturday with this company and I sincerely hope they step it up more than the experience today. Otherwise....yeah. I'm just done. It was by far not the experience I hoped for my kids. They shouldn't have had to learn how to work the blue tooth or anything else. Beware of extortion!!! A group of 12 of us rented a bus for wine tasting and are being charged an extra $400 because we were DROPPED OFF 45 minutes late PLUS a surprise cleaning fee!!! Colleen was our driver and was very professional and kind. Reached out to me two days before, to introduce herself and confirm time and location of pick up. Everything went smoothly and was so hassle free. We used them again the following weekend for a party bus for 25. They subcontract out for larger buses, which I was nervous about, but Franciscu reassured me that he uses the same companies all the time for sub-contracts, so he knows them.
