Our experience with Want Limo, our bus driver Adolfo, and the customer service team was extremely upsetting. Although a tip had already been included, Adolfo repeatedly asked several guests on the bus for additional tip money. He also stated that he would not leave the property until he received more money. This made our guests feel scared, uncomfortable, and pressured. Adolfo also arrived approximately 45 minutes late, causing us to miss most of our cocktail-hour photos and ultimately delaying our wedding by about an hour. When I contacted the company, I provided receipts showing that he was late, but they initially claimed that I was wrong and that he had arrived 45 minutes early. After I sent a screenshot of Adolfo admitting that he was running late, they responded that they could now speak with me about the situation, but they never followed up. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company. The driver's conduct and the customer service team's failure to address our concerns added unnecessary stress to one of the most important days of our lives. read more

After TWO stellar experiences with Want Limo, I will never look elsewhere to book a party bus or other transportation services. In 2018, my now husband and I hired Want Limo to transport our wedding party from Coto de Caza (South Orange County) to Riverside and back. Most recently I hired Want Limo again to celebrate my 39th birthday with girlfriends while thrift store hopping. (10/10 would recommend this activity!) From the initial contact with Chris through drop-off, I have ZERO complaints. Chris is EXTREMELY quick to respond to all of my questions and follow-ups and set clear expectations and communication. I admittedly did my due diligence to compare cost and spoke with several other companies, but no one could beat the value and all-inclusive pricing from Want Limo. The price he quoted me was all-inclusive of the price, taxes, and gratuities. What he quoted was exactly what I paid and there was ZERO pressure to provide additional gratuity. Because of the affordability, I was even able to upgrade last minute to the larger bus for more room for my passengers. The bus itself was pristine and beautiful. It was clean and appeared to be brand new. It was stocked as promised with waters and ice and we were able to bring our own snacks and drinks along. Our driver Nelly was probably the best part of the experience. She reached out via text message the day prior to confirm the route and arrived before the scheduled time at pick-up. She was kind and always helped each of the guests step in and out of the bus. She was always there when we wanted to move to the next location and drove extremely safe (which was one of my anxieties). The quote, contract, invoice, and payment process is extremely easy and clear-cut and updates are made and provided immediately upon discussion. As someone who is always extremely cautious and skeptic, I appreciated this level of detail. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Want Limo and will always use them moving forward. UPDATE: Wantlimo is denying and LYING that they were early when they called us stating they were running late. Mind you he was not 15 minutes late he was 45. Horrible experience with this bus company. They arrived 45 minutes late to my wedding, which made us over an hour behind schedule and delayed our ceremony. To make things worse, the driver then claimed we had never paid and tried to get an additional $2,000 plus a late fee, even though they were the ones who showed up late. If I could give no stars I would there were 15 of us we paid 1800 she took us to Temecula she went to the wrong winery had to reroute then took about 15 minutes in the parking lot to of Wilson creek then took us to another wrong winery had to reroute another 25 minutes wasted Nelly said she would give us to 3:30 so we came out at 3;30 and she said she left with all our stuff. The owner Chris did not offer any restitution he did not take any ownership in anything did not want to offer any money back or any customer service we now all have to get Ubers to get home which is costing 200 each and we need to get 3! read more

I used Want Limo for my wedding in Orange County and had a terrible experience. The limo driver did not follow the schedule appropriately and forgot to pick up the groom and groomsmen. As a result, our ceremony started very late and this mistake started the day off on a very rough start. The limo driver was also very rude and complained to my photographer about the location of our photos that he had to drive to. Leading up to the event, the main coordinator of the company gave me a ton of attitude on the phone for changing locations on the contract when I wasn't the right client who kept calling him about these changes. I also kept getting emails of the wrong contract for that same client, even after we talked on the phone and I emailed him multiple times about this mistake. read more

Absolutely 5 stars! Raymond was our driver for my daughters Sweet 16 birthday party and he was fantastic. He took pictures for the girls. He texted us parents to let us know where the girls were and what time they would be arriving. He helped the girls get their phones connected to the blue tooth so they could listen to music. He had water ready for them after roller skating. He was great! Chris was the one who handled the initial reservation and he gave us all the details and followed up to confirm everything.
