My group of 6 shared a couple of pitchers of beer, a pitcher of sangria, the hummus platter, mac n cheese bites, and injectable donut holes over a couple hours of game play. All the food was phenomenal. The amount of donut holes you get in one order is a lot; I wish you got more of the mac n cheese bites though (there are only six, so one savory bite for everyone). I have been to this specific location a couple times this summer. Once was a Sunday morning with my friend (who was here in town for a Coldplay concert) to relax and kill some time before his flight home from his visit, and the other was last night celebrating a birthday. Obviously, Saturday night is a completely different experience than Sunday morning. The venue is absolutely packed, and there's different diverse groups of people here for various reasons. It is welcoming, families with kids were here and we were here to have some fun and had some people in our group who are not golfers whatsoever- and they had a great time. Considering how busy it was, we didn't wait very long. Originally we had a booth on the ground floor, and a person in our group wanted to be higher so that they could see better. No problem, we sat at the bar and waited for one to open up- which was much quicker than I thought. We ate and had a LOT of drinks. Our server was Ann, and she absolutely crushed it for our group. We had the trip of dips (salsa, guacamole, and queso), the buffalo chicken dip, and pretzel bites. The birthday boy had tacos, and they looked very tasty. I have to admit, the queso here is really tasty- spicy at the end but just addictive. It's obviously easy to enjoy while golfing too. I enjoyed a carafe of the sangria with a friend, which was light and fruity with a peach flavor. My friend doesn't drink a lot, and she loved it. Ann literally crushed it for us last night. Never needed to ask for refills, the wait for our drinks was negligible, and our food was lightning fast. We probably should have eaten more, looking back- but sometimes the fun outweighs important things. Ann made our evening even more special, and she deserves a shout out. We also interacted with a manager in training, I don't remember his name but I do recall he was from Alabama. Super friendly, and helped us when checking out since I had a coupon, gift card, and bonus card from our last visit. All in all, the place was packed but yet we didn't feel like we had to wait very long for anything, nothing was wrong, and for a Saturday night even the people who weren't golfers had a great time! Came in with a group of 6, reserved a slot and then watched the games begin. Attendants couldn't get the check-in system to work (can they ever get it to work the first time? I have never seen it.). Told us all that if we downloaded the App it would work better. We all did, and of course, didn't work at all. The sent us downstairs to the lobby to check in with them, and the first thing they said was "oh God, don't ever use the App". Topgolf is a driving range combined with a "fun" arcade atmosphere. And unlike a driving range, anybody can come here and look foolish hitting golf balls. The purpose of this place is for fun. But I guess you can use it as to work on your game. People do come with their set of clubs. I'm not sure if they bought clubs just for Topgolf. If they did, that's some dedication. Since they have a fun atmosphere, the inside looks like a high-end sports bar. The food and drinks are similar to a high-end sports bar. You can get wings, nachos, burgers, and other greasy, American bar-food stuff you know and love. Each station has a server and you can order like at a restaurant. The station is where your group can hit the ball, eat, drink, and hang out. They also provide you with clubs from woods, iron and wedges. For a casual player they're fine. How does this work? You first pick a game on the screen. They have a lot of games to choose from. Honestly, for me, most of them are the same: hit the ball to some location. And you get points depending on how close you get to the target. Then the person with the highest points win. You wave your club in front of the infrared to dispense your ball when it is your turn. Then you can either hit it off the artifical turf mat or the rubber tee. It doesn't really matter. You can hit it off wherever on the mat. The golf ball has some device (rfid?) to track where it is. When you hit it, you can see the ball on the screen. It's cool how it can track it accurately. I came here for a company "team-building" activity. And like Andretti's, Whirly Ball, Bowling, Zip-lining etc. This is a great place to do a team-building event for a company. It's a great place for any get-togethers like birthday parties, dates, church function, graduation, funeral, or whatever. It's okay if you suck. Because a lot of people do suck. This is for casuals and serious players alike. The point is to have fun. And is it fun? Yes, it's pretty fun. I loved my experience here. My daughter came in with her service dog today and was denied entry.  Her dog is a seizure alert service dog.   According to the EDA - you are not allowed to ask for ID.  She was asked and she produced the ID.  She was still refused. Top Golf's website clearly states that no pets are allowed ONLY service dogs.  Yet her service dog was not allowed.  This is false advertising!  Not sure how you are getting away with calling your establishment Service Dog friendly yet are refusing letting a service dog in. read more

Its a pretty dope spot. I've heard of Top Golf and all that stuff that goes on in here. All the fun stuff that happens. The whole scoring system is definitely a fun factor for this type of thing. It's not just hitting it the furthest anymore, but consistency is actually the key to this game. The whole automated system thing too is pretty dope. You dont have to walk over to grab balls from a basket. You just wave your club at the sensor and viola! A ball comes out of the contraption. It's like witchcraft! Our bayhost was also super friendly and frequently checked up on us. We found ourselves extending our time (to 2 hours) because we were having so much fun. Also, you have a TV in your bay that you can control through the touchpad .. so you can catch that game that you thought you were gonna miss by going here! Overall - Topgolf is always a great time. Great atmosphere (some top hits remixes), friendly staff, and a great new spin on driving ranges. Definitely recommend coming here to hang out with some friends. Fun family night at Top Golf, it was very crowded at 4 pm on a Saturday in February. While we had a 4:15 pm reservation we still were left to wait 25 minutes at the bar. Not that it's a bad thing it just did not make sense. We had to approach the counter THREE times before they offered us up a bay. They tried for the first floor but I requested the third. Our server Bradley S., was the best. He took our order and continuously checked in with us. Our drinks stayed filled and he was all around charming. We loved the new Angry Bird game it was thrilling to hit the ball and knock over the towers. Two thumbs up on that!! Topgolf is fun! Even for the non-golfer, it can be a fun place to chill, and a great place for big groups or two. We decided to come here on an early Saturday, 5pm reso cost around $27 to hold the bay. It's not cheap...then $47 an hour. So...it's really not a bad deal as long as you go with others, but we decided to hit by ourselves, so you're easily going to spend over $100 especially if you eat and drink. We just got drinks. Service was good. The weather was a bit cool, and they had the heaters going which really provide some good warmth. They play good music, and they have little TVs that you can pick different stuff to watch while playing. Genius. When we checked in, we were told our bay was not quite ready. Honestly I feel like that's a ploy to get you to the bar to buy a drink. Okay, we did...but I really think that's a purposeful move. I really love the atmosphere here, along with good music, and just makes for a nice chill evening. I didn't get too competitive, but was super happy to hit 100 and beat my boyfriend once. He was all about hitting the balls as far as they could go instead of trying to land them near the flags. We definitely would come back here, but need to go with some friends next time. Came during COVID-19 and was pleasantly surprised by the measures taken. Some of the common areas were closed where people can gather and play pool or hang out. ONLY 6 people allowed per bay so be prepared to get multiple bays if you have a large party. There were 8x5 plastic dividers between the bays to separate and promote social distancing. Bay service staff wore face masks and latex gloves. They tried their best to have as much contactless service as possible. Same experience as always, good booze and good food. Came mid day around noon for 2 hours with a group of 9. Had multiple pictures of beer and tons of food. All under $200 and we left taking ubers. Made reservations online which is the best way to guarantee a bay for your group. It can get really busy here so try to make your reservations at least a week ahead of the day your schedule to go. Once it gets close to your reserved time they will send out a text message to get an updated response if you are ready to be seated or push back your time. We played for an hour for $37 and added an extra 30 minutes for $24. Your able to choose other times on the screen if you want to play longer than an hour. Make sure you bring your membership card every time you come because you will be charged $5 if you need another one. They have some really good wings I ordered the Trio Wing with BBQ and Asian Sesame. They were so delicious and cooked just right! Due to COVID their is a max of 6 people per bay. I just had a casual birthday event there with some friends and family 2/17/24 and I had the best time! My host wasn't very engaging with me but I was more swept up in my guest to notice. I will say though my host was very fun and personable to my guests from what I heard from them, so I was very pleased to hear that. My event was from 11:30-1:30 and we had an absolute blast! We arrived just a little bit before our start time, and that check-in was quick and easy. (I do though recommend having anyone who hasn't gone to TopGolf before make an account before your trip just to speed through check-in) The food wasn't just like a typical quick and easy fast food place, the food could be compared to a nice sit-down restaurant with many flavorful options.Anyways my small party package included space for 10-12 people (6 max per bay) and a $250 minimum food package, which worked out perfectly and left everyone satisfied. The bays were side-by-side with a middle open tables in the middle to eat and socialize. The area was clean and neatly organized when we arrived and we were served our food and drinks promptly after we ordered them! (10-15 min depending on how big the order was) Anyways I give my review 5 stars due the speediness of our service and the welcoming atmosphere of my visit. I went upstairs to the bar with 5 of my friends. We're here for a conference and all had the same name tags from the conference. We were told you had to go upstairs to get a drink. Each of them ordered a drink and paid for it and got served. I was the last one and was abruptly told that I could not be served upstairs, I had to go to the bar downstairs because I was with the conference. There is no bar downstairs. I went back down and asked the conference staff that were there. They said no one was serving any drinks down there. There was one drink that one person had seen, but not seen where it came from. I went back upstairs and was recognized by the same bar staff. I explained that 5 of my friends had literally just been served as I watched and then I was told no. I said that I could find no bar downstairs. I was told that I specifically was denied because differ staff had just arrived (not sure there were a few staff up there). Either way, it was clear that I was upset and just wanted to order a drink, and instead of choosing to satisfy the customer, I was simply again told that the only way to get a drink was to wade into the sea of people downstairs and attempt to find someone with whom I could place an order for a drink. It was right on the border of rude, without technically being rude. Either way, poor poor service and when a restaurant chooses to reject multiple times a clearly upset customer (all my friends had drinks and I had none). Also for walking upstairs from my lane (twice) and waiting for all my friends to order drinks in front of me, to then be denied, was much more of a punitive action than anything else. The Buford GA location sucks big time I have had several negative run ins with them & still gave them chance after chance. This last chance was my last I came there with my 3yr old son the hostess told us to sit in the bar area upstairs, we did & as employees looked at us & walked pass us we ended up sitting there for more than 10mins while being ignored. I decided to have lunch elsewhere & on my way out I confirmed with the hostess her instructions. They were correct! Each section holds up to 6 people, I feel 5 people is more comfortable. Every section has a TV monitor to not just to keep score, but also to show your swing and your ball placement on the field. For this review I have to divide this review up into three portions, Service, Food & the Golf. 1st The service; our guy was "Vern". Vern was excellent. Great speaker, fun as an employee & he really knew his stuff! He worked with the group & was very responsive as a service provider. 5* 2nd The food; Not good. Poor quality with a small selection. We had a preset menu. Conceptually...it was a good idea. Went to Topgolf Alpharetta this evening with a few friends for dinner and to some balls afterwards. You can even bring your win clubs if you wish or want to practice with that new club you bought but have yet to go to the driving range. The place was pretty busy but we still found open tables in the bar area. We ordered some drinks and looked over the menu. For drinks we got the red sangria, a Lagunitas IPA draft, corona and an angry orchard draft. Shortly thereafter we received the drinks and ordered food. The group ordered the fried chicken sandwich, pepperoni flatbread, pork trio and chicken trio with a side of fries. Our server Katie D. was very attentive to our needs and we had no issues with our service or the food. Everything came out quickly and the food was good. Everyone finished their plates and we ordered another round of drinks. We then walked to the front concierge to get our golf bay. The attendant quickly showed us to our bay and the four of us got swiped in on the machine and were ready to start swinging before I knew it. There was a lightning storm in the distance so was quite fun hitting the balls and seeing lightning strike! (Far away lol) We enjoyed playing a few of the preset games in the machine and hit some good balls. Near the end of our hour, the lights on the course started flashing with the music which gave it a different twist. A fun time for all, even if you are not a golfer. What a wonderful place! We took the kids to Top Golf for lunch and their first exposure to the game of golf. I enjoy playing golf and I have been playing since college. I have always wanted to take my kids golfing, but there is a steep learning curve with golf and we haven't taken the time. With Top Golf, you can eat, have fun, and learn to hit golf balls better.
