I've never been much of a golfer so I didn't expect to enjoy this place as much as I did. There was plenty of parking and the facility is huge. My group of 4 put our names down and hung out at the bar and arcade while we waited. This made the wait time feel pretty short because we were called to our bay shortly. It seemed kinda pricey but when split amongst everyone, the price was pretty fair. I like that they have different games you can play and many golf clubs to choose from. If the prices were lower I could see myself coming here more often. It's a fun experience with a group of friends. read more

The facility is nice, although I prefer the holes in the ground. The management of this place is sadly lacking, however; it's almost like they're TRYING to be unhelpful. Can't make a reservation for two bays without getting roped into a $200 food & drink minimum. Can't call to make a day-of reservation or get on the wait list. Will stick you in adjacent bays that have a partition between them when the bay on the other side (sans partition) is open and, worst of all, won't make any effort to fix it and instead will tell you "how lucky you are that you could even get two bays near each other" (when it's before noon and there are a ton of open bays). This place is a joke! We came with a party of nine, the ninth being a three year old toddler. The guy told us we had to rent a second bay because the toddler who pretty much sat in a chair and doesn't know how to play golf was going to exceed the eight person limit on the bay. I will never support this place. Such a joke. You just come to Colorado Springs and you're blaming Covid for all the mandates of eight people plus a toddler on your golf bay. We went to Topgolf for the first time yesterday on a date night. The food was great, loved the menu items the pretzel bites and the Mac n cheese bites were great! The serving staff was amazing and extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. Very professional and consistently asked if we needed anything. The bay staff member we started out with however, was snarky and short. She seemed to like to flirt with the gentleman in the bay next to us rather than being attentive to all her assigned bays. She would frequently sit down at the table with them appearing to ignore her duties. Just not very professional and discourages us from wanting to come back. That is the main reason for the three stars instead of four. Other than that, the facility itself was very pleasant and welcoming. read more

Booked their package of 2 bays/2 hours side by side bays for $150. I confirmed twice since my confirmation email stated 1 bay but both staff (one from corp and event planner onsite) stated on their end it does state 2 bays and "dont worry". The event planner even asked me to send her the email i received so that they can correct it. We are a party of 12 and half of our party drove from Denver for a 6:30 pm reservation on a weeknight. When we got there, they gave us one bay. After 30 minutes of just talking to management and trying to figure out our reservation, we finally got started. The assistant manager basically said "be glad you got two bays as there is currently a 2 hour wait for walk-ins" which is a moot point because we made reservations and paid 1/2 in advance. They said it was a computer glitch. They gave us two bays with a partition in the middle which is NOT what we wanted!! We asked if we could be moved if the bay next to us opened up and she said "no". After we expressed our dissatisfaction, she said she would give us an extra hour (but it really was only 30 mins because we started late) and gave us 30% off the booked price of the bays. In any case, our fun family experience turned out to be stressful and not much fun. However, our wait staff was wonderful, she tried to make it pleasant even with her management being super rude! Despite being listed at the top of the YELP list of public golf courses in Colorado Springs...IT IS NOT A GOLF COURSE...not even close. Fun place, like a full-sized video game using golf clubs and golf balls, but is not really a place for serious golfers. Average food quality, way too many people, screaming and noise. Great for family parties. This is NOT a place where if you are serious about golf you will learn proper golf etiquette, technique, etc. Quite the contrary. read more

I'm not a golfer, just tagged along with friends, I'm not able to swing a club on doctor's advice. They need to work a little on getting the service up to snuff. They appeared to have plenty of staff, just need more training and direction. Appetizers didn't come quickly, someone else's cheeseburger arrived same time even though pretzel bites were ordered first. Film on dipping sauce indicates that it spent time waiting to be brought to table. Drinks got mixed up, one of the guys consistently didn't get his beer until he asked where it was--several times, several beers. Maybe they didn't like him. Cheeseburger was good, nothing special. We were never given utensils, figured out how to eat everything without them. Fortunately the napkins were cloth and large. We were all impressed with the computers/video system that tracked the balls in flight and did scoring. Some of the guys who had visited Topgolf in Denver said that the seating here was not as comfortable as that found in the bays in Denver. After our session of driving, we looked for soft seats and quiet, found some on first floor but had to look for it, most seating on first floor was hard and it was NOISY. We enjoyed the more private area with cushioned seating until about 6:30 when they turned the music up and a loud family with louder toddlers joined us. I was surprised that when our party ordered drinks downstairs I asked for a glass of ice water--I'd had enough alcohol, server brought drinks but not water. I had to go to bar and get my own and it took awhile. read more

Update to the below - Topgolf reached out to follow up on the issue at hand immediately when I posted and was really helpful. Like I said - the group had a great time and we will happily be back. Mistakes happen to us all and we appreciate TopGolf making it great for us! Second week that Top Golf is open, we had a bday party and had 12 guests - we reserved a couple of bays, got food reserved and everything there is state of the art. It costs a wee bit more than it should but whatever - it's fun. Rule one of customer service is to make it right. A couple platters of food are supposed to come out at 730. They arrived a little after that and I realized everything was way too cold - but given that everyone was hungry, I couldn't send it back. I told the host, who sent the manager over. At this point it's maybe 750. They did ask what they could do but to put that back on me is silly. Even a nominal amount off the bill, a small gift card, anything to acknowledge a screwup makes me not write this. But they didn't and so now The internet will learn - if you preorder food, there's a very good chance it will sit for 30 min in the back, show up with crusty bread on cold sliders, cold hot dogs, cold chicken tenders cold meatballs and cold cheese dip. The group had a great time and the facility was wonderful, but the staff is inexperienced in terms of providing a premium solution to a problem at a premium venue. We will be back at some point (golf for sure!) but likely after this is ironed out. read more

This place was a blast! We went for my son's birthday on a Tuesday so the experience was half price. We played some of the available games since none of us are golfers and it was a lot of fun. We had appetizers and drinks that were all tasty. Our server was excellent - friendly and professional. Definitely worth trying out of you're looking for something fun to do with a group. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. They seated our party then mid-way through told us we needed to rent another bay for $42/hour in order to eat the food we ordered. So they are willing to sell overpriced food but unable to accommodate groups over 8. They brought a single beer when a pitcher was ordered- instead of acknowledging their error that was pointed out upon delivery- charged us for a beer that wasn't consumed. We were told multiple reasons why including Covid and fire restrictions- probably need to come up with an alibi before enforcing arbitrary rules. Worst top golf experience ever. I went to get in some early season swings. I saw on their website that you could hit unlimited balls for $15. When I arrived the clerks didnt really understand what I wanted to do, and kept trying to get me to pay $40 for a "bay" for an hour. When I finally got through to them they assigned me a bay and said a "bay host" would look after me, okay. After I signed in on the iPad I started to hit balls. I seemed to waste half my time getting the sensor to register and release the balls one at a time (i figured out the best thing to do is to keep waving the club by the sensor so you get a dozen or so at once). The balls are like rocks and flighted so they only fly about 75% of a normal ball, so the kinestic feedback is limited. The tracking feature is cool, but given the quality of the balls its hard to relate it to actual golf ball flight. Although I told the bay host when I started I was there to practice and didn't want any food or drinks, she continually kept interrupting me asking if I wanted anything, even asking me in the middle of my downswing. The golf ball release machine stopped after 45 minutes, and it took me 10 minutes to find someone to start it again, and they kept asking me if I wanted to by more time and didn't understand that I just wanted the time I was paying for. When the machine started and I had lost 10 minutes they wouldnt add that back. So when I was just about to finish the bay host dropped off the bill and it said $40! I went to the front desk and told them that i had signed up for the $15/hour special (of which I only got 50 minutes). They took the bill to the bay host and came back with a new bill for $15 which I signed. When I got home and checked my credit card it was billed $40! So they either are totally incompetent or crooks at this location. So if you are going to eat and drink I guess this is okay, but as for golf forget it, hit a real driving range run by adults. read more

We went to Topgolf for the first time today to play golf and get dinner and drinks. We had a great time playing golf, but some of our food was cold when served. We also told the server we wanted the $11 dollar margarita..we had 3. When he brought us the bill, he had up charged our margaritas to $15 each! We never asked for this, and he didn't tell us he was charging us $15 per margarita. I clearly told him the $11 margarita. We also told him the cauliflower flat bread pizza was cold but he didn't seem to care so we ate some and asked him to take it away (even though we paid for it). We were very disappointed in the food and drink experience and I really hope this is not a normal thing for Topgolf. I don't like giving bad reviews but we reached out to the company several times and they will not respond. read more

I've been to other top golf locations and this has been the worst experience out of all my visits. I reserved a bay for the first time as it was my husbands 30th birthday and I did not want our party to have to wait. I arrived at the venue about 18 minutes before my reservation (email stated to be there 15 minutes prior-$25 to reserve a bay) and was given a snide joke about how early we were. We brought our baby with us and I informed the front host we only brought in a tumbler of hot water, just WATER, to warm up my baby's milk as it was in the 30s that night and was basically told that I would be threatened to dump it out if I didn't hide it instead of being understanding and accommodating to a family with a young baby. When we arrived at our bay, the game host did not acknowledge us. My husband had to initiate the encounter and then he referred my husband to the screen with no explanation and awkwardly watched us as we typed in our info. Quick explanation of how to get a ball out and then dipped. Half of my guests had never been to a top golf before and it had been a bit since our last visit and nothing was explained. Service was slow and my guests were constantly having to flag down our waitress for refills after patiently waiting for attention. Oh in addition, the heaters turn off after 30minutes and no one showed us where or how to turn them back on after we were wondering why it got so cold for 15 minutes. Would expect if it was a forecasted cold night that this would be explained. Highly disappointing. read more

This experience at this location was the worst that I've ever experienced at any top golf- EVER. I've been to many from all over the west coast including AZ. The hospitality manager in Colorado Springs when we went today was the worst that I've ever experienced. Not only did this individual never check on our party of 12 (which is a decent check for them) when we were clearly having technical issues setting up for over thirty minutes, he also gave a ton of attitude when it was brought to his attention when he finally showed up at the tail end of the game. He acted like it wasn't his problem- which obviously it's literally what he's paid for -AKA hospitality manager duties. I highly discourage going to this top golf if Austin/dustin is still working at this location. He literally shut down the game without hesitation for the kids in our party without any discussion or prelude with the adults in our party. He was extremely disrespectful when it was brought to his attention (rolling his eyes, being dismissive and having a tone) and literally walked away from me when I was talking to him about it. I'm surprised that Top golf as a company would ever hire such an individual to be part of their team. Truly disgusted by my experience at Colorado Springs and question ever frequenting their establishment back home.If it's not made right by the company-I think that speaks for itself about the culture that they hold dear. There's a lot of other driving ranges with similar tech , cheaper prices,and significantly superior hospitality. Families be warned. Kids are clearly not welcome or given any grace here. Adults be cautious when you reserve at this location with this specific manager on duty and call ahead to see if this individual is still working here. He literally ruined the whole experience. Most 4 hour rounds of golf at nice courses are cheaper than an hour and a half here. I don't think I can pay $60 to hit a bucket of balls again so I'll stick to simulator golf in the winter I think. If I played an actual digital course here I think it would cost 3-4 times as much than if you went and played the course in real life. The machine also can't register the distance if it hits the back net so if you can carry over 200, then the machine can't tell you how far you hit it. Was expecting waaaay more from the hype I've heard honestly. I'm not really sure if I'd really go again at all. read more

Foods decent, drinks are good, but dear god is the system used to reserve a lane horrendous. You give them your number and they are supposed to text you. Half the time they don't text you, they miss quote wait times (we waited 2 hours instead of the 1). Meanwhile there are 10+ lanes open. You get several texts but not the actual one needed for a lane when you do get them. The system used to register your name is confusing and convoluted, server is no help, and you have to pay extra hidden fees to register your self. There's no reason my kids need to have a phone number put in. We have been multiple times, hoping it would get better, but it has not. The teens working the front desk are utterly useless. We will never come again, and will let all our friends know to stay away. Also, the bar tenders completely ignored us. There were 4 other people at the bar, 3 bar tenders, none would even make eye contact with us despite trying to get their attention. My cousin and I have been going here numerous times ever since the Colorado Springs location opened. Our very recent visit of 20231908 resulted in a bad experience for us as we were celebrating my cousin's birthday. We reserved 1 bay at 1745 for 2 hours of play. Everything was fine until we had 30 minutes left of our designated time. At 1913, 2 of the managers came up to our bay asking the reason why we were there (which first seemed a little bit odd at the end of our reservation). They then pulled my trans-girlfriend aside and told her that a worker at the location noticed her clothing was not right for a family-friendly environment and requested her to put on a shirt that they handed her, denying to put the shirt on we asked to address the same thing to a couple of females we noticed a couple of bays away from us wearing even less than my girlfriend was, the managers said they would walk across all the bays and see. As I watched them walk across the bays I noticed neither one of the managers said a word to any of the other females that were in less clothing than my girlfriend, one of them was wearing a bra. At 1927 one of the managers approached us again asking us to leave the premises for not being compliant with their dress code. We left since we only had 17 minutes left at our bay feeling that we were wrongfully done. They asked us to close out the tab and one of us had asked how we would go about that, being this didn't seem like a usual circumstance. The manager walked away without saying anything, so we proceeded to head to the bar to see if they would be willing to help us out. One manager then proceeded to yell at us for not closing the tab and threatened to add more charges as the second manager use the card on file to close our tab. Overall this experience was horrendous, we were treated horribly, sure seemed like we were being hindered. In my opinion, I feel like we were targeted by transphobic employees, they were body shaming and we felt there was a tad of racism in the mix as well, three out of our party of nine were Hispanics. We are normally used to being looked at as odd or different, but this establishment took it to a whole new level of disrespect. Ruining my cousin's birthday and ruining a first-time experience for the rest of our party. According to the Top Golf website "Technically, we do not have a formal/golf dress code. Fashion is a fun way of expressing yourself, and it wouldn't be cool of us to HINDER that. Just keep in mind, we're still a public establishment." So I guess wearing a tank top and shorts is inappropriate to their standards, but wearing a sports bra is totally ok. read more

The manager Dustin or Justin was a total arrogant prick towards us and our group, i feel like he thinks he's special because he manages a top golf or something and uses his arrogance towards customers, I'll go to Denver from now even though it's a further drive. Absolute joke of a service industry place. Went in with four of my friends and to be honest, two of my friends got in argument, which happens sometime as human beings. This loser was annoyed that we were making noise and yelled at us. Not a big deal at all we obviously talked back to him to stand up for ourselves but we were ready to drop it from there. To be fair the girl in our group chirped little bit more I think she called the guy a jerk and this man proceeds to call my good friend a "cunt". Never heard this word he shouted out loud in public before so naturally I was taken aback. No fear, I thought Topgolf is a nationwide chain that has surely dealt with issues like this and surely the person screaming profanities at parties would be escorted out. That was a mistake on my part for thinking so logical. Apparently the man who clearly has a self-esteem issue is a "platinum customer" so apparently that gives him the right to verbally assault women who he feels are smaller and don't matter. Sounds like he is a confidence issue and I would loveeeeee love love to see him outside of the restaurant setting to teach him how to talk to woman. The funniest part is that the staff actually stuck up for this man they said word for word "if you guys want to fight you totally can just not on property. Basically saying that the staff agrees with us the member is acting out of control but because he has platinum member status he will be allowed to stay and you will be forced to leave due to him calling a female a dint.
