So I visited again this week, and although my friends and I had a lot of fun, there were several disappointments. There seemed to be plenty of staff on hand, but service in the bar area wasn't very good. Also, the bathrooms were disgusting and had paper towels overflowing out of the garbage and onto the floor. When I exited the bathroom, there were three staff members leaning against the window just talking to each other. After we were finished with our bay rental, we had a few beers to finish in our bucket... however we were forced to exit our bay to "make available to other guests".. which is totally understandable except there were 6 empty bays all around us. I'm giving it a 4 because typically it's a great experience. When it first opened I would have given it 5 stars every time! Service was top notch and sometimes even over the top even with the long waits! However, the past 2 times I've been the service has been really bad it seems like it's nothing but kids working there who could care less about good customer service. We have been to this top golf multiple times. Tonight however there must have been a mixup and we didn't get our drinks or left handed clubs till 30 mins. After our start time. The experience is alway fun. Unfortunately I was there on October 3 the server charged my card the wrong amount, they canceled the charge and apologized and said i will see the charge drop in a couple of days. Today is October 31 and I still do not have my refund. After a week i was concerned because I still did not have a refund. I called and talk to a person named Diane she assured me that I will have my refund within 10 business days I still do not have it and I've emailed her twice and not have heard back. 3/15/2018 Actual date of event in Fishers, IN Had a department team building event here. We had a good time even if most of us had no previous golfing experience. We ordered food and beers from a menu from the golfing area but also had some catered food provided near our 4-5 bays. Only negative we were on the very last bay with the wall to the right and we found that location not to be idea. would have loved to be at least 5 bays away from the ends with the way the field is setup. I recommend that others give it a try. Definitely more fun than bowling that we did for a team event the year prior. read more

Dissappointing new restaurant .... Waited 17 minutes for my waitress to take my cocktail & meal order. Then another 3 minutes for water. Then another 15 minutes for food to arrive. Then another 15 minutes to remind my waitress that I still have no cocktail. Over the next 2 minutes, my waitress goes to bar, gets my drink from bar, then goes back to bar, and then SOMEONE ELSE brings my cocktail to the table. Then over the next 20 minutes she is gone until she finally returns TO THE NEXT TABLE, who taunt her, "Did you go on break?, we saw there were at least 11 people waiting, and still lots of empty tables around". They complain for another 6 minutes, until she finally comes back to me & I ask for my check. After another 9 minutes, SOMEONE ELSE AGAIN comes to clear my dirty dishes from the table. After another more 6 minutes, she finally comes back with my check. And then takes another 9 minutes to come back with my credit card. A typical 45 minute meal drug on for an unnecessary 113 minutes, for an overpriced $22 less than average bloodymary, burger & fries. Pick up the pace, sweetthang! read more

Caring staff but they need to pay more attention.....If you are ordering food or drinks and have separate or additional tabs....make sure your waiter is aware of everything. Double check?! I work at a facility with at-risk youth. They had never golfed before. I contacted Topgolf to reserve a bay on a Tuesday, June 4th. The customer service rep who answered the phone suggested we just walk in, since we were coming in at around 2:30 PM. We came to Topgolf with 9 youth. They told us that it would take 45 minutes. We stood there for a while, there were some stares by the staff, because again we are with at-risk youth. The manager approached me and asked if we had been helped, I advised him yes, we were told our wait time would be 45 minutes. He looked up my name and said OK I am sorry for some reason they said that you preferred the third floor. I said I did not reserve the third floor. Long story short 45 minutes turned into an hour and hour turned into an 1 hour and 45 minutes. They were not busy at that time it was clear that they did not want to serve us because we were with at-risk youth. My advice is that if you have at-risk youth instead of ELITE youth, do not go to Top Golf. read more

Received food with 20 minutes left, couldn't finish within that time because I wanted to golf! Wanted to move me when I wanted to finish my food after my time remaining ran out to golf. Love this place!! I went here for the first time for my best friend's gender reveal party. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made sure this was a special time for the family. Topgolf even lit up all of the golf holes pink to reveal that she was having a girl. Later in the night, they sent out a free plate of donuts that said congrats and a gift bag full of free swag for the parents. I was so impressed with their service and of course we had a great time golfing! The food and drinks were also delicious and better than I anticipated for this type of activity. read more

Topgolf is always fun, but I always seem to have bad service. Took 10 minutes to get greeted when I sat down. Ordered drinks for the table of 3... Two came out one didn't. Service is just hit and miss here. Also as a side note there was water on the floor and a few people almost slipped and 2 servers did as well and instead of cleaning it up they just put a caution wet floor sign down and left it. read more

This is a great place, however I have been here a few times, each time our service has been subpar. The wait staff is slow and not attentive at all. It's the middle of the day on a Monday not a busy weekend or evenings. For as much as you pay per hour I would expect better service. I had to go and get my own drink, The bartender had to bring out drink over because out server was no where around. Fun but disappointing!! We visited here in early January of 2018 (it was about 8 degrees outside) but after about 15 minutes, I was very warm! Their heating system is impressive! Golfing was fun and their food is delicious. Good alcohol selection as well. I would recommend bringing some friends with you though as the bays are a bit pricey and they allow you to split the cost. read more

I'm no golfer, but this place is a blast. I've only been when it's really cold out, but the bay heaters (there are three) keep you really warm. The only downside about this place is the staff have been too eager to push food and drinks. I have been twice this winter to Topgolf and both times did not disappoint. It is a great place to play various game options with family or friends of all experience levels. There are three floors and many bays. They offer reservations as well and I highly recommend you do this. The staff are ALL friendly and will answer any and all questions. The lack of professionalism absolutely blew me away. I attended a 3 hour hiring event at this location, something that the staff has annoyingly renamed the "Ambition Mission" in which over 50 prospects were split into small groups to play games... the amount of time spent discussing the position and the job description was timed at about 3 minutes (I know this because it was set up like a round of speed dating). Not once did any of the hiring team accept my printed resume, even though having a resume is a requirement for the online application my paperwork was not even given 5 minutes of recognition. Can someone explain to me how games like Little Sally Walker, 2 Truths and a Lie, Down by the Banks, and guessing the plot of movie games are supposed to distinguish which person is best for the job? I have over 8 years of experience in hospitality, but they didn't seem to care about any of their prospects qualifications. Wasted 3 hours of my life and a quarter tank of gas for them not even to consider my application seriously. Did not feel as though my voice was heard and by the end of three hours I had a plethora of my own questions regarding the position (mainly bc it was almost never discussed) but the staff didn't seem to have the time to answer them. Told me they would answer my questions about the job IF I GOT IT...? Excuse me but I was under the impression that a job interview would be for both the employer and the prospect to come to a decision about whether or not it would be a good fit. At the end of it all we were told we would receive a phone call the next day with their decision, another prospect actually raised their hand and posed the question, "So when you call us is that when we do an interview?" Anyways, I wasn't sure where else to rant about the ridiculousness of this staff so keep that in mind when visiting. Remember that your bartender, server, caddie etc none of them were vetted properly and although they may have good Sally Walker dance moves their work history was most definitely not considered. read more

This place is a great time if you can get in. I went there for a company outing and we had a great time. I thought it would be great to take my kids so I went back today only to face a line of people going out the door with a minimum hour and a half wait. Not good on a 12 Degree day. Of course if I didn't have my kids with me I could have waited in the bar. I wanted to make a reservation before driving an hour to get there, but they dont take reservations.
