I placed a doordash order and didn't know they charged my card, went to chatham tap to pick up and gave the girl $30 for my entire order. She takes the money doesn't say a word and walks away. Didn't give me any change so I thought she just needed the extra $1.20 I returned when I noticed the mistake, I spoke to a guy and woman. They said that no girl worked there under the description I gave them, said a different girl worked there. I asked when she'll return, the lady said she won't be returning and walked away from me. Service is always great. Food continues to get worse. Management needs to fix some things including the Chicago Dog, Tur Bacon Burger, and Blackened fish sandwich- all have experienced serious shrinkage. The last time I ordered the Tur Bacon burger and fish sandwich- it was all bun or bread. Looks like the Chicago dog is the next victim. They are cutting corners and what once were my favorites are not worth ever ordering again. $12 for the saddest Chicago Dog I have ever had. We came here for a football (soccer) match, a bite, and a pint. This is a British themed pub, one would surmise British pubs to make decent British foods. Nope, not here. The Fish & Chips we stoggy, as if the batter was a tough dough. These were NOT light, NOT crisp, NOT airy. They did NOT taste fresh-from-fryer, but more like they were premade, frozen, then heated in an oven/microwave or air fryer. Maybe these were made for another order earlier , then they served them to us a few hours later. I'm so glad this place is up in Fishers!!! We've been coming here since last year so here's my review. First off I love the ambiance. I love that wood and brick is everywhere, which gives it a cozy feeling. Next, I love that soccer (football for the rest of the world) scarves are adorned all over the walls. It definitely gives it an authentic English pub feel. Now on to the food. The pizza is my favorite!! Not to be vulgar but it's Crack....in pizza form. I would go on to say it's in my top 5 pizzas in the Indianapolis area. The wings are incredible as well. Juicy and the sauces are on point. Time and time again we find ourselves at the Chatham Tap bar. The food, the rail, the abundance of hockey games on the tv in the events. It's easily become our favorite spot to satisfy the pizza and wings craving. As much as we may want to try another flavor of wing we continue to go back to the signature, it's a perfect blend of greatness. The bartenders are always fun and are very welcoming to their guests. This place had to have changed mgt. We used to go there 3-4 times per month and especially during Lent. We have been frequenting this place for 15 years and will never go back. We went as a family and service was horrible, food is skimpy and bad, Reuben sandwich had 2 slices of corned beef. Very disappointing, at one time they had a killer tenderloin but the one I received reminded me of a frozen patty. About the size of a 1/4 pound burger and the same shape. We Stopped going to 116th. This place calls its self a soccer bar. Hilarious and couldn't be further from the truth! Used to go (over dozens of times) and before we'd even enter, we'd jokingly bet on their not being any soccer on the tellys. First of all it calls its self a sports bar and it has the least number of tvs of any sports bar that I've ever been in but they never... not once had a soccer game on....not one time. On any of the TVs. Look I get it I'm a sports fan also....and I expect the colts, Pacers, Fever games on when they're playing but if you call yourself a soccer bar....best have at least one tv with soccer on. Don't care if it's live or not....mens or women's.....futsal or indoor. You're not a soccer bar if not! So take the banners off the walls. It's like the fan wearing a Manchester jersey.....you ask them cool who's your favorite Man United player....and they say IDK......how about Rooney....its on the back of your out dated shirt you tart. One of the dozen times we went in not only was there no soccer on the TVs but the main large tv was airing a F*€king game show. I guess they fit the American soccer public.....full of it! This is a family friendly sports pub that we've been to many times. The service is good & the food is usually good. The onion rings are great. We got a pizza yesterday with red onions, peppers and spinach toppings. When it arrived, it had raw spinach piled high on top like a salad (never seen that before). We told our friendly server this wasn't good, and she convinced us to have it redone with the spinach baked on it. Fifteen min. later, a guy brought it back out & didn't look pleased, so he likely had to redo it. This time it was somewhat better but had less than half the original amount of spinach and some of the crust was a bit soggy. Suffice to say, we won't have pizza here again. read more

We were celebrating my mom's birthday, and decided to try a spot we haven't been to yet. My mom likes Fish and Chips, and Chatham is supposed to have some of the best around. For our appetizers we ordered nachos and the Greenleaf Thai wraps with portobello mushrooms. My mom ordered the fish and chips. My sister ordered a veggie burger, and I ordered the salmon burger. Overall, the quality of the food in my opinion, is just ok. The fish and chips are made with cod,as they should be, but didn't have much flavor. I'm glad we ordered takeout because the establishment is a little noisier than I would prefer. Overall, I would say the food is slightly above average, but their service and turnaround time for our order was great. read more

Nothing bad about it. The food is exactly what one would expect from a British pub. The drinks are what you'd want. The prices are what you've paid before and will pay again when you decide to go to a British pub, here or somewhere else, a year or so from now. So it's ok. The fish and chips are good. Went again for Monday night trivia which is so fun and tonight it was packed. We shared the garlic and cheese chips which are delicious. My husband got a pepperoni and mushroom pizza which I don't care for their pizza here. I think it always needs cooked longer but he likes it. Their mushrooms are delicious though. If you ever thought about coming here.....I would say don't. The staff was very friendly and greeted me as soon as I came in, but that was as about the end of the pleasantness. I ordered a tequila based drink some sort of dragon fruit something and it was terrible! I mean it was like drinking some watered down slightly flavored something. Mi Amor ordered their lemon tequila drink and he said it was equally bad; I didn't even want to taste to find out. Let's just say out second drinks were on the rocks so we would have no issues. For food I ordered wings (apricot habanero) and the mushroom fries, mi amor ordered wings and fries. He tried their signature sauce which seemed to be a mix of teriyaki and spicy. The disappointing part of the food is it came out cold; and if you have ever tried to eat cold wings......it's not good. The crazy part is the place wasn't crowded at all; so it's not like they were busy. There was maybe 10 people inside. I will say the mushroom fries had some great flavor and would've been bomb had they come out hot. Same as the apricot habanero sauce, great flavor but sucked because the wings were cold. I don't know if it's allowed but you might want to order a few drinks at a time. Not sure if they were short staffed or the bar waitress was too busy taking shots to keep coming back (and yes we saw her pouring herself and other bartender shots); to pay attention but there is a pretty long gap with being waited on, and we were sitting at the bar. Only one server for the whole restaurant on a Saturday at lunch. Took forever to place our order but food came out quick and as you can see in the photo it's because the burger was raw. Never got refills because she never came back around. Music was too loud for conversation. Was definitely a one and done for us. Not impressed at all. Very good sandwiches, St George Philly (though I'm thinking the classic Reuben next time), Spicy Chicken with a modification (bathed in the hot buffalo sauce), and very good breaded tenderloins. Sides of fruit, slaw and fries were all good. Pizza, on the other hand, though very cheesy & flavorful was atop a doughy, undercooked crust. The Speckled Hen beer on tap was great and who doesn't love a Heileman's Old Style, except it was in a can vs. on tap. All in all, it met our hunger needs. read more

I was in search of the Hoosier delicacy known as thr fried pork tenderloin sandwich. I joined a Facebook group for recommendations and it turned out my first choice was closed on the weekend? WHY? At least be open on Saturdays. I was also in a time crunch so I had to pick a recommendation out of closest distance. This is where Chatham comes in. I was also in a time crunch with about 45 minutes for lunch. If you are in a time crunch, do not...DO NOT go to Chatham! First of all, there is a sign that says please sit yourself. The restaurant was packed but I found an empty table in the corner. I sat at that table for at least 10 minutes before a waitress came to me. I even flagged a guy down before hand to let him know that I'm here and it was still another 6 or 7 minutes before a waitress came to me. The problem was most likely there was a bartender and I believe 2 waitresses working and that was not enough. The good news though was that my food came out within 10 minutes. I chose the garlic breaded tenderloin sandwich with onion rings. The only tenderloin sandwich I have had is from the place of origin in Huntington at Nick's Kitchen. Nick's Kitchen really sat a high bar...too high for Chatham to meet. But the one I had at Chatham was good. The best part to me was the Garlic Ranch that I ordered on the side. It went really well with the tenderloin.. The bun was buttered and the tenderloin was tender, but could have used a little more pounding. The onion rings were hand-battered and a good compliment to the sandwich. Besides the long wait at the beginning, the food was really good and came out hot and fresh. The scotch eggs were tasty but pretty small for "jumbo" (two tiny eggs, they really should add in another to make it "jumbo" - especially since they are served cut up and not whole.) and are more of a thin crust that a thicker sausage wrap that some others are. Came here for a quick bite with a party of 6. We were sat fairly quickly considering the place was busy for a Sunday. The menu had some interesting choices but went with something easy. Got the Earls Club grilled with fries on the side. The sandwich was pretty dry and underwhelming. Granted the meat was just turkey with two slices of bacon. I would of liked a bit more fries as well. Kudos to Katie, our waitress. 12 ladies with separate checks for lunch and she handled it like a pro. Only one order problem and it was a miscommunication. I had the Gorgonzola Pear Melt sandwich and it was a messy one. Very thin slices of soft pear, no bacon, and a sloppy sauce. The saving grace was the ciabatta bread. Two stars for this one. If I ever return I will try something else, Several ladies had salads, which were a generous size. Being a Fishers resident, our family has long been a great local option. Unfortunately, the last half dozen or so, the service has left much to be desired. Slow (whether or not during busy service hours), inattentive and distracted by the regulars...too many employee shots, trips out front to smoke and employee party atmosphere have seeped into the culture of the service. On most occasions, the cooks have held up the Irish pub standard, so that's not the problem. But you couldn't be sure a friend would have good service experience if you recommended Chatham.
