Finally! I've been wanting to go to Topgolf for 3 years and one finally opened up in Oregon. It was everything I had hoped it would be. Good food and drinks, entertaining golf concept, good music, mostly friendly staff. I'll be coming back every weekend. The one issue I had was with one of the guest services employees. We had a problem with our timer starting before we were ready to play. The guest service employee said there was nothing he could do about it. Excuse me? I'm spending $400, I think you can find a way to fix this minor mistake. After explaining the situation in much greater detail than was necessary, he added 15 minutes back. Went here on a Friday night and the place was packed with a 2 hour wait so we left. Ended up going back on a Saturday afternoon around 3. My friends and I had such a wonderful time here, so much fun and time flies when you are here it's so incredibly fun, besides that I had my baby with me & our waitress was just the nicest lady ever, she actually took such good care of us. Finally had a chance to come up here on vacation and my cousins took me here to grab drinks and play golf. It was really busy for late on a Saturday night (I'm talking like 11:00 pm) so we had to wait about 45 minutes to play. Thank goodness for the heat lamps everywhere otherwise I would have froze to death outside!! After a few drinks it was our turn up to the bay. Unfortunately we were on the ground floor so it was slightly less fun, but that's what you get when you go on most likely the most popular day and time of the week. My husband and I have walked out on two occasions because we have sat for a long period of time without being approached... waiters screwing around within reach. Nice facility! Limited kids food menu but we were able to find stuff for them. This is a great place for social gatherings with friends and family. We brought our own clubs but they have some for use as well. It's like bowling but golf. The service is ok...the servers are too all up in our faces every 5 minutes. The music was insanely loud. To the point of impossible for me to stay there any longer. I complained, and there was blessed silence for 5 minutes, but then they turned it on again. I came here with a group of friends on a Friday night and we only had to wait 15 minutes for a bay on the 1st floor. The employees here were much nicer than the Topgolf in Vegas. The wait was also much shorter. It was most of our first time there and we enjoyed our experience in the driving range. Our server was a young teenage boy and he was very attentive. He helped us when we needed to restart our game and came around to take our order and serve us. I would recommend this place if you want to go somewhere and relax. read more

Walked in on a Thursday around 4pm. Was able to get a stall in 20 mins. Had lots of fun playing the various beginners game. Clubs getting a little weathered. Playing Top Golf is a lot cooler at night when they turn on the lights. Will try to go again. read more

I have to say I am super excited about this place. Framily from Austin has always raved (and bragged) about their TG, so when I heard we were getting one of our own I was ecstatic. Although I'm *not* a golfer, I am a huge socializer, so this place is great. It still is relatively new, so I feel like they may be still figuring everything out on how to serve their customers best. Since it has been SUCH a hit I am sure they are completely overwhelmed at all times -- and it definitely shows. I have been a few different times and each time I have waited for food and drinks for long periods, but knowing full well this was most likely going to be the case. Once I have gotten both food and drinks, they have been uh-may-zing. I've tried the burger, and I think the pepperoni flat bread. My friends have had the house salad (I believe), pulled pork sliders, and chicken sandwich. We also have tried the doughnut holes that you get to stuff yourself... ladies and gentlemen.. YUM and fun in one. The drinks from the bar I had was the orange creamsicle one (cannot remember the name for the life of me), dangerous as all hell, and my all time favorite blue moon. I like the downstairs bar area, but I feel like it's a little bit crowded -- especially when you are sitting right next to the bar and people have to walk by you, you feel like you are in their way. The rooftop bar is next level (literally and figuratively). I absolutely love the rooftop bar. On summer nights it's perfect to sit out, drink a beer, listen to music, and hang out with some friends -- I'm not sure how well it's gonna do when it starts to rain for 9 months out of the year though. My friends and I have found ourselves multiple times planning different occasions to go back, because it's been so much fun every time we have gone. You're bound to run into people you know because everyone loves going and it is huge, so there is tons of people there at all times. Good golf good beer! This was a fun atmosphere with a fun game of golf. It's like hanging out on a fancy driving range where you can eat good food and drink alcohol. The place had comfortable couches and a good heater in our area so despite it being ball-freezing weather, we were still comfortably warm. This was a good experience. read more

For a place to do something on a date, or take the kids DURING THE DAY, (I wouldn't take them with all the partyers and late night date drinking crowd) this place can be fun. For 25 bucks you can take the family for an hour...(After forking over five bucks to "join" for each person which is unnecessary, basically you are paying THEM to give them the info to market to YOU.) The prices are actually not as high as I expected for a place where you are only able to get their food...and it was okay. Typical bar food. First impressions of TopGolf. Hit ATM on the way there because this place is expensive. Cost money to set reservation just to be put in "front of line". Walking in on busy day can be frustrating. Hourly rate is too much and buying food and drinks will break the bank. The games are confusing as heck and no one helped our 6 person group try to understand what to play. By the time we picked a game, entered all names and got ready it cost us 20 minutes of play time. Food was marginal at best. Beer is beer but too costly. We wrapped up our time limit and went to pay and told to go back upstairs because server handles bill. That dude was never around anyway. TopGolf needs people to greet you, explain games in detail, set you up and not to start the clock until the TopGolf person knows everyone is ready. I know from others our experience maybe was not the norm and there are games that can be challenging for skill level golfers. I guess it would be wise to go with someone that has been there before or demand that TopGolf representatives greet you and explain everything before the clock starts. read more

Worst internal communication I've ever experienced. I called ahead of time as I wasn't able to make a reservation for same day, the lady I spoke to on the phone advised it's not a busy day, and a walk in would not be an issue. Drove 45mins with 4 kids in tow, when we arrived we were then advised there are multiple events and no openings, we can be put on the list in case there were cancellations but it would likely be a 4 hour wait... ummm, ok, you would be closed by the time we get in. read more

Ridiculous. MONEY HUNGRY and INCONSIDERATE. Pushy from the moment you get there. We were pressured to get our time started immediately. Its an expensive place so we like to take a couple practice swings and get our drinks going before starting (since in the past the availability and quickness of getting our order in has been very poor to say the least). Then after our time ends we sit and finish our beers. My boyfriend decided to use the bathroom for a couple minutes and im almost done with my beer. While there is several bays around us that have been open from the time we started to the time we left I figured we'd be ok and not get kicked out. We hadn't been more than 5 minutes past our end time for golfing and the hostess tells me I need to move all my stuff into the bar since the spot has been assigned. Before we I get all our stuff a family walks up and takes over our spot. In the meantime the several spots that have been open the whole time are still vacant. I am extremely upset at the system. I fealt like my experience was horrible, did not feel like the customer service is great on the staffs part and i feel like merely an object of money and less of a customer trying to have a good time. I think next time we will stick to the golf range and have a couple beers for a fraction of the price. I love getting to go and have a great time at Top Golf with my family and friends. I like to try and go earlier in the day when it is cheaper and there are less people there. In the evenings it can be busy. One of the things I like is that they do offer a gluten free crust for their pizza. I know that there is risk of cross contamination but so far I've not had a problem. If you are looking for a fun date night or just a great way to spend some time with friends or family consider spending an hour or two here. When you break down the hourly fee by the amount of people you have in your group it can be reasonable. Also don't be afraid to go if the weather is bad, they have bay heaters that will help keep you warm. read more

Wasn't the best or worst place I've ever been to. Went with my team as a team builder. The food was pretty decent, albeit expensive. I got the vegetarian burger, which I'd recommend! I didn't actually play so I can't comment on that, but my co-workers really enjoyed their time playing. read more

So, I am very happy that Top Golf has made its way to the Pacific North West. I saw one of their locations on a trip to Las Vegas but was too busy to stop in. They are a brand new facility and everything is immaculate. I am giving them 5-stars with the understanding that there are always start up glitches. With very few people in line it took over 10 minutes to have us issued our cards to use at the hitting bays largely due to computer issues. One rather strange practice they seem to have is allowing the doors to open prior to opening but keep the customers outside in the waiting area (10-min before opening). My personal opinion... If you would like to keep the customers outside the facility, keep the doors locked and maybe a separate entrance process for employees so they're not walking past all the customers on their way into work. Now, the food was awesome (chorizo sliders and bloody Mary's), and games are top notch. It is really great how they track precisely where your ball lands in the targets. You don't have to be an amazing golfer to have a great time! I am sure that over the coming weeks they will work out the kinks, but I will definitely be back! read more
