What a great first time experience! I've never really golfed before (with the exception of mini golf) so this was an awesome place to learn. They charge by the hour ($30-50) and the rates are higher depending on what time of day you go. This location has three levels, the higher obviously being the most desirable, so if you're looking to get on the 2nd or 3rd level expect a wait. Even though they have a ton of lanes on each floor this is a very popular new spot and the wait around 10am for these was about 30 minutes for the higher floors. The ambiance is great, think World of Beer meets your local driving range. They have high top tables and some have lounge areas with couches depending on the lane you get. The lanes have TV's and set of clubs for men and women but you can bring your own clubs if you have them. The concierge staff person will show you to your lane will go through the rules and how-to's if you ask. Then it's game on! A server will come around to take your order for food and drink (they have a full bar) which we did not partake on this occasion. The have different holes with point markers you're supposed to hit the golf balls into - if you're that good. You can play all different types of games that are preloaded on to the computer screen. Kind of reminded me of a super high tech bowling alley console but it automatically records your scores. The balls are somehow tracked for distance, height, speed; it's honestly very very cool. Despite not being very good I had a blast. They have a full restaurant with bar on their main floor if golfing isn't your thing. This location also had an outside rooftop bar area with fire pits and your traditional bar games like corn hole and table bocce ball making this a great spot for a group event or even date night. This was my first time at Topgolf and I do plan to be back! We went with a party of 9 and they were able to arrange for us to have two bays next to each other. I felt the staff gave us a good introduction and brief summary of the game and how it works. However, we did have a large party and other members of our party did not get the same service at their bay. It was the day after Christmas so it was a busy night. We had an hour wait but time flew by. We took pictures and gifs at their photo booth station. We also headed upstairs to the rooftop terrace lounge. They have fire pits out there, full service bar, and jumbo jenga! Which is always a good time. While waiting I had the spiked strawberry lemonade drink under their classic menu. It was delicious! The price was around $9 which is to be expected for a drink on iDrive. Once we got to the bay we ordered some more bites. The steak nachos were really good and my brother had the burger, which he enjoyed. For golfing they have three floors of bays. At each bay you and your party get 20 balls each per hour. They recommended 5 balls per turn. On weekdays the bays are a less expensive that the weekends. There is one flat rate for the bay and then $5 per player (if it is your first time). Orlando Top Golf - SKIP THIS LOCATION. They have misleading business policy where you make a reservation and that is an ADD ON Charge. What business in the US has this practice, this is not a uniform practice for the top golf in my area. After spending $350, it wasn't until we got home we noticed that the additional "reservation" charge was not credited to our play. What a rip off. I had an amazing experience! My husband reserved a bay in advance for my birthday, when we arrived the entire area was very nice, bright, and clean. The staff was very helpful and our bay was ready within five minutes of us arriving. We were able to hit unlimited balls for 1 hour in our bay with a little couch and table for drinks/food. The view was everything. Afterward we went inside and enjoyed lunch. I had the sunrise burger with tater tots, my husband had a turkey avocado wrap, and my daughter had kids chicken tenders. All of the food was excellent, we also split a pineapple golf bag margarita which was amazing and we got to keep the cup and golf straws. At the end of my meal our waiter handed me a birthday card that was decorated and signed by all the staff. I just wanted to thank them all for making my birthday a memorable one!!! So I came for a soft opening and man was this a fun experience! We came in to play for an hour and took turns chucking gold balls to targets! I joined for a $5 year long membership and that came with an hour of golfing. You pay for the duration along with food and alcohol. Each round you have 20 shots per person, and I recommend doing trials with each club before getting comfortable. My group grabbed some appetizer and drinks and just paid at the end of our game. There are three levels of golfing and no matter what level you're on, you can reach any distance. If you're an avid player, you can even bring your own club's to use. I highly recommend coming with friends and enjoying the field. Think of it as bowling with golf, without any putting. So save the putt putt for miniature golf and come ready to swing for the fences! My wife, who doesn't even golf, loved it and actually beat me the first round. This could be great family fun as 6 people are allowed in each bay. Topgolf has finally opened in Orlando!!! I came during the week at night while they were having their soft opening. They have a huge parking lot and I found parking to be plentiful, but it also wasn't that busy. There are multiple bars to hangout at inside. This is great especially if you're on a long wait for a bay. My favorite bar is on the top floor with an open patio for that rooftop bar feel. They have Top 40 type music playing throughout the whole place. The bays are on different levels. Some have high top tables and some have lounge style patio furniture (my preference). You can change your tv channel on the touchscreen panel. There are chargers at every bay Incase you need to charge your phone. A server comes around to take your food and drink orders. Their menu has a good variety from salads to burgers to flatbreads. Try the Mushi! It's like a burrito as sushi! It's one of my favorites. I've been to a good amount of other Topgolf locations. This location by far has given me the best service! I know they are so new, but I hope the excellent service stays! Someone offered to carry our clubs up to our bay (we like to bring our own clubs), which no one has ever offered to do at any of the other locations I've been at. Went to the Orlando location last night and where told there was a 2 hr wait .we where inside for 30 minutes and decided we had a long day and we would head out back to our condo . This was aT 6:30 pm so we head to our rental van to find our van wAs broken into and cash and signed Nfl Probowl apparel and footballs where stolen .A employee of Top Golf came out really was not sympathetic at all with our kids oR family . I had the best time at Top Golf with my hubby and some friends. I had already heard some great things but my experience definitely exceeded my expectations. I'm no where near golf savvy but I was able to learn a lot about it while having fun. This place gets really packed on weekends so expect to have to make a reservation an hour or two in advance. Luckily for us, a friend of ours had already gotten there an hour before us and we were able to group up in the same bay with him. The bigger your group, the better so you can split the costs of the game, and of course, these things are always more fun with more people. We also ordered appetizers and drinks. I had the pretzel bites which were so good and pretty addicting with their special beer cheese. The drinks are also pretty good and nothing is ridiculously priced. As someone who had never golfed before, I didn't know what to expect. It turned out to be a lot of fun! I made a reservation online because they were having a 4th of July special that waived the reservation fee. $50 for a weekend reservation fee is pretty steep, so I was hesitant to do it before. I did notice on the way out that they do have a bar/restaurant inside, so that's a good option if you don't want to pay $50 and you're willing to wait. Also, you'll have to sign up for a $5 membership card/person the first time you go. So since I was a novice, I was convinced I wouldn't be able to get the ball to go more than five feet, if it left the tee at all. After a few tips from my husband, I ended up getting the highest score in two out of three games! Even if I hadn't won (which, again, I did), I still would have enjoyed myself. The entire staff was very nice and helpful from beginning to end. As newbies, they walked us through the setup and explained the game and rules. The only thing I didn't like was the cost. Depending on the time of day, an hour will cost $30-$50. When you add in drinks, memberships, and tip. Our total for two hours ended up costing $150. However, if you split that amongst three people, it works out to $50/person. That's not terrible, but it's probably not something we would do frequently. FYI - if you go during the summer, be prepared to sweat a lot because the fans don't really do much. However, you should probably expect that from an outdoors activity in Florida. read more

Such a fun place to hang out! Great food, great staff! You don't have to know anything about golf to have fun here! How it works: you rent a driving range/ lounge spot for increments of an hour. Think of it as a bowling alley lane thats all yours for an hour. They have different games you can play or you can just hit the ball and it will track how far and show you a replay of where it lands! Its all on touch screen that is very user friendly. Play as many games as you can fit into an hour. You can add time if you like when your time is running low. They have mens and womens clubs at each spot so you don't need clubs but you can bring your own if you like. Great fun for anyone! Food/Service: First off the service is top notch! Kaitlin was super nice and always right there to help us with more of anything, and it seemed like that way everywhere. We never once had to ask for refills on drinks they were there before they were needed. I had the fried chicken sandwich with tater tots and it was all cooked to perfection! Nailed it! Me, and two friends came here for some fun and left with an unforgettable experience. Upon arriving we realized that the bathrooms were extremely cleans and that was a major plus during this corona virus pandemic. Then the staff were extremely friendly and open to any and all questions which was cool as well. When we started, we had a decent instructor show up a terrific manner in which to swing the club to get better hit results and boy did it work! We were all thankful and played terrific, competitive games. Now the entrees wasn't much but they were awesome as well. I particularly liked the macaroni bits! Those were very flavorful and amazing. Went for the first time and had a pretty rough experience. We were told an hour and half wait time. And that they would text us when our bay was ready. No problem. So we get a text after about 90 minutes saying our bay was "almost ready." Great we were close by and so we rushed back. I then approached the check in desk and said "Hi I think our bay is ready." The Lady then snapped back with attitude and said "No it's not. It says Almost Ready." Uumm ok sorry. My first time here. And so we're waiting and waiting and waiting thinking it's "almost ready" right? We'll another 40 minutes later is when we get the text saying our bay is finally ready. My first visit to Topgolf and experience was very pleasant. Came around 11 and wanted to do 2 hours of golfing. We didn't have to wait long at all for a bay. The facility is very big and there are 3 levels to choose from to golf on. Each floor also has a large full bar. I found the place to be really clean and the employees all helpful and friendly. After checking in, we waited about 15 mins until we received a a text that our bay was ready. We were then taken to our bay and given a run through since it was my first time. We ordered a pitcher of beer, but we didn't end up getting any food. Our server was very attentive always checking on us to see if we needed anything. Some nachos, beer, etc. but GUYS. The food and drinks here are amazeballs. The drink pictured is a summer seasonal called Mai Colada. It's a take on a mai tai with some coconut cream in the form of an ice pop. It is the best drink I've ever had. If you like sweet and tropical drinks, you cannot go wrong. The biggest craze is Top Golf! I'm not a golfer but couldn't wait to check this place out. The venue is huge with a large seating area and bar if golfing is not your forte. The wait can be long to get a section to golf but reservations can be made prior to your arrival. Top Golf has three floors to choice a bay to golf on. The bay consist of Once a bay is available the representative will bring you the bay. Each bay has a table with chairs to eat and drink while playing. The clubs are located in the bay area as well so no need to go far. Everyone in the group can sign up individually to keep track of their scores. The food is great as well. I suggest getting the Golf Bag- Pineapple punch to drink. It is a drink to be shared. The Pulled Pork and Grilled Chicken sandwich is delicious. When playing at the bay each set is timed, if your group wants to play a longer run more money will need to be applied to extend the play time. Beginner or expert it's a great time out for everyone. The only concern was the pressure to rush and add more money to continue or leave the bay section. I understood other customers were coming but I would prefer a smoother transition. read more

First time at this Orlando Topgolf and its a great place to go have fun and eat. Somehow we ended up in bay with no table behind the bay, so we had to eat using the smaller table by the hitting area. Kind of awkward to eat with 4 people's food crammed on the table, but we made it work somehow. Had the brisket grilled cheese which tasted great, although a little too crunchy. The tots were very solid. We also shared chips, salsa, and queso while playing. Chips I believe are refilled for free which was a nice touch. Service was pretty good too. As for the golf itself, as a golfer, I prefer to have my own clubs. I was traveling so my clubs were home, but they do have clubs to use. However, they are truly for the beginner (graphite shaft, oversized clubheads, only 6 clubs to choose from, and not to mention the balls don't fly very far haha). For example a quick review of Top Golf web page (attached below) just discusses masks and no party size restrictions. Could this be because Top Golf understands this would impact its business? Hmmm? Such a simple fix. Worse, is the restaurant has same policy and while all bays can accomodate 8 players the restaurant only has 2 tables that accomodate groups of 6. Further patrons can not move tables or add chairs. I wont explain the insipid and lame excuse given during our experience but will say someone failed basic algebra. Shameful. Anyway, do a better job. Teach your employees how to use common sense vs blindly following policy. That's not how the Marines work...improvise, adapt, overcome. Or close down.... Very fun! The bar is very nice and the service was also very pleasant. Our bartender Charise was so nice and made the drinks very strong. When our pod was ready our waiter Ray was excellent, he explained how to play and switch between games and even gave us pointers since all we've ever played was mini golf lol I can't wait to go back :) We got 2 drinks and an app and put total was $24 and since we played at night the pod was $50. Whether you like golf or not, you will like Topgolf! I will comment on both of my experiences here(food and driving range). The food is great! They have your regular bar foods such as: wings, burgers, quesadillas, nachos, etc. They also added some twists to the regular items, I tried the Mac Daddy, which is a burger with green chili Mac and Cheese... it was delicious! My S/O had the fried chicken sandwich which was quite good as well. We liked the mac n cheese from my burger so much, that we decided to try the Bacon Mac n Cheese spring rolls too. They were delicious, i just wish the crust a little thinner, it reminded more of a pastry than a spring roll. Because there's 3 different bars we had no issue in sitting down as soon as we got there. For the range is an entire different story, so I would definitely recommend putting your name down in the golf list before you go to eat. Now for the driving range part of the review: It's honestly great, whether you've ever held a club or not, it's a lot of fun! Our experience started out a little rocky at the check-in area, but thanks to Gabrielle and Russ they made up for the confusion, and everything went smoothly after that.. impeccable customer service. After we were seated, our server Conlor(I think I'm getting his name wrong)was very attentive and super friendly! Topgolf has a fantastic concept that is poorly implemented. The online reservation process is quick and straightforward, but that process becomes cloudy and less than customer-centric on arrival. The reliance on text messaging is not great as the system seems slow and finicky at best. Asking staff about status was not impressive either, with them saying you should have a text message. When pressed, they looked on their system and immediately provided a bay number - again, not great customer service. The bay was comfortable, but the table service was slow and mostly poor. The food was not much better, being overpriced and less than palate-pleasing. The golfing was fine, but the rest of the experience left me with no desire ever to return. There are lots of things to do in this area - Topgolf is not one of them! read more

I was invited to the VIP Grand Opening, and brought a friend and some co-workers to join. Let me just tell you, this place is first class all the way. Upon entering, you will immediately see the golf bays and driving range. To your left is an open bar with tons of flat screen TV's and a lounge area. The decor is modern and done tastefully. to your right is the elevator, stairs and a club shop. On the second floor (main) there is a Private Dinning Area complete with its own bar and partition to turn it into two separate rooms. All three floors offer something a little bit different, but mainly the same services. The top floor (my favorite!) has an open air patio lounge with full bar, tons of TV's, plenty of comfy seating, fire pits, and a DJ stand. I can easily see myself watching football out there, enjoying some cold ones, and hitting some golf balls. There is also a foosball table near the top of the stairs. The bottom floor, which is where I spent most of the night, opens up to a large bar and lounge to the left after coming down the stairs. They have a shuffle board table as well. Walking out towards the bays, you will see a private club area to the right complete with four private bays, tables, TV's and sliding glass doors that open up to a lounge that faces out from the entrance. This is where it gets crazy. This TopGolf is the first in the world to have GPS chips in the ball that track your velocity, spin, distance, height, etc. It's pretty amazing! There are large displays at each bay to show you and your friends how good (or bad in my case) you are! The bays all have the same amenities on each floor, some have high tops and others have couches. The food that was served was delish! They had roast beef with horseradish, a wonderful green salad with house dressing (didn't have it), freshly breaded chicken tenders (they were my favorite), blackened shrimp over Gouda grits (ok I lied, that was my fav), and a host of other snacks. I would go there just to eat the food, and its a bit of a drive from where I live, it was that good. There is so much more to type, but its all positive. I would HIGHLY recommend planning on waiting for a few hours as they are booked for months. My friend I brought with me said she would make a reservation, then go down to I-Drive and walk around or get a drink somewhere. I thought that was a great idea! Topgolf does an amazing job of making the atmosphere feel super relaxed. The seating around each bay is very comfortable, even in the warm months (thankful for their fans), and the serving staff are very quick and attentive. We always opt for food and drinks during our visit and haven't been disappointed yet with the quality of either! The pricing for each bay is very fair, especially if you go in a group and split the cost. My family did and we had a great time. While you might complain that they have a limited food menu, you would be hard pressed to find another driving range that your kids can lay around on a couch and snack on fries while you hit balls. They have set up the driving range experience where it plays like a bowling alley. It is really fun, my family took turns hitting balls trying to hit targets on the range. I come here for a special out with the friends or family. They have an amazing deal on Tuesdays that make it also worth coming. Their food is not so great but drinks are good!!
