I called MULTIPLE TIMES to ask a question that the chat bot could NOT answer. I tried everything to speak with a live representative and no matter what I said or what button I pressed it it kept reverting back to the bot. This ultimately pissed me off so much that now I don't want to go there anymore or spend my money there. I will happily go somewhere where people answer their phones!!! read more

First time at Top Golf, well playing "golf" in general, and I absolutely love the whole experience. My friends and I visited the venue around lunch time during the weekday so it was not crowded at all. The bar was pretty open so service was on point. Though that may be, I had an internal meltdown when the bartender, who is super friendly and easy going by the way, said that their fryer was "temporarily" out of service but luckily Top Golf resolved that situation quickly. The foods were delicious. Us trio ordered a few plates of finger foods - classic American dishes with a little twist - to share which includes Warm Pretzel Bites, Queso Blanco and Chips, Chicken Nacho Average Nachos, and Cheesy Macaroni Bites. Hands down, the flavors and the seasoning were top notch with every bites. The service were phenomenal in and out. The bay areas are clean tidy. Overall, I totally recommend Top Golf. The venue is perfect for hanging out with friends, spending quality fun time with family, celebrating birthday or any special occasions. read more

This is one of the best Topgolf locations I've been to! Our server Brent was funny, helpful, attentive, and provided great service getting my party everything we needed and more! He even brought out an ice cream sunday to celebrate my sisters' birthday. I like how this topgolf automatically rotates players for each turn rather than having to do it manually. Not sure if that's a new thing for this year or specific to this site but I like it! Overall, 5/5 and looking forward to visiting again in the future. read more

How is the golf? Is this a great place to host an event? What's it like to watch the big game at the bar with so many TV's? I don't know any of these answers! Sorry. I came here from the convention center for lunch because it was as close as the Denny's and looked much better. It's a short walk. Gets the blood flowing. Lunch was excellent! The Cobb salad was chock full of deliciousness. Upon its arrival, I was worried it was a thin layer above a sea of lettuce, but there was plenty of taste all the way down. Service was good. TopGolf is one of our family's favorite places for a fun day out. We always have a blast playing their different games (i.e., angry birds) and time goes by fast. We tend to spend no less than two hours here, especially when it's my family of five here together. The food and beverages are upscale "bar food fare", but pretty good! Our bay attendant recommended the chips with guacamole, Queso, and salsa, which was a great choice because chips refills are complimentary. Heads up that the pricing adds up -- at Orlando, each bay is (per hour) $37 until noon, $47 from 12-5pm, and $59 from 5pm to close, so be sure to budget accordingly by the time you add food, drinks, and gratuity. They have midweek promotions available, which we have not been able to try, but they look like great pricing specials! We've come here for birthday celebrations and Father's Day, so it's always been a fun and worthwhile time here. Highly recommend! read more

Topgolf is definitely a good time. Be sure you do your research so you don't get sticker shock once you get the bill - at certain times of the day it can be pretty pricy. If you can, try to get a stall on the higher levels. The lower level doesn't have the thrill that happens on the higher level, but it's still fun. Even more surprisingly, the food at Topgolf is very good. I'm not sure I would go just for the food. But, it's definitely better than most "bar food" and there are plenty of options, including some more healthy ones. read more

Such great fun! It costs $47 for an hour for a booth that fits up to 6 people. This was my first top golf experience ever, so I don't have anything to compare it to as far as prices go, but I felt it was reasonable pricing, especially if you visit with friends and split the cost. Lots of different games to play and a wide selection of food and drinks (the Aperol spritz I had was on point!). I didn't get a chance to try any bites since I went just prior to brunch, but I noticed neighboring booths having their food delivered and everything looked really yummy - They have a ton of options here! I visited on a Sunday, but it's half price on a Tuesday so would be worth going then if you can. Even though it was a busy weekend, I was still able to walk in without a reservation with a very short wait. This was a blast and I can't wait for my second visit! read more

This venue, in the Orlando I-Drive area, overall is a great venue for a small to large group evening fun time. Great atmosphere. The food and drinks are good and the service has normally been friendly and timely. We've had different servers each time and have not been disappointed. They offer typical American bar style food like Mac-n-Cheese bites, their version of Nachos which are good, and the wings are ok - this to name a few of the popular appetizers. For meals their burgers and chicken sandwiches are great - make sure to ask for your fries to be done crispy. Oh, and they've got good drinks. I normally get the "Cookie Butter Old Fashioned" and have not been disappointed. But... I'm disappointed in two areas: scheduling and tips...let me explain both. Be aware Top Golf has a 24hr Cancelation policy - the deposit will be lost if canceled within 24 hrs and there's no getting around it. Their scheduling system won't allow reschedules, only cancellations...really Topgolf??!!! What's the harm in updating your scheduling system and allowing customers to reschedule reservations and the deposit is still held until the day of the event. A time limit and a limited amount of reschedules can be implemented per reservation. Doing so is a win/win. Topgolf still holds the deposit and customers get some flexibility. My 2nd issue relates to the total bill. Be aware a 20-25% tip is "recommended" (more like expected) on the total bill which includes the remainder of the Bay Rental Fee which in most cases comes out to $50+ per hour - not insignificant...I'm no stranger to tipping well, especially for good service, but tips are for that exactly - service. The service a customer receives from the wait staff. Fees are paid expenditures and should not be included as part of the tip on the bill. No Bueno Top Golf... I was blown away by it food was great, really nice drinks, and our waitress (I don't remember her name sorry!) took really good care of us I play a lot of "regular golf" so I though this might be boring, but it was actually so much fun. the games and the video screens made it really cool. the whole group had a great time even the people that never really play golf. will come back for sure. read more

First time visiting and came as a team builder and had a great time. It was fun using a real club and hitting. My swing and distance improved as the time went on. The set up makes it easy for all players. Nick was an amazing and attentive server. We stayed for lunch afterwards and I had the breakfast burrito. We took my son to Top Golf while in Orlando. This place was great! It was very clean and very well maintained. The staff was very friendly and exceptionally attentive. We order some food (hot honey flatbread, patty melt, chips with queso, salsa and Guacamole) and it was delicious and hot when we got it. We love Topgolf, it's always a fun time for our family here. We love the Angry Birds game. So fun! The targets are lit up at night. This is perfect for friends, family, and even a date night. We went for my son's birthday and he had an amazing time. Our server was great, she was attentive. The food comes to the table quick and was good. We ordered pretzel bites, cheesy macaroni bites, and crispy chicken strips. Everything tasted good and was exactly what you would expect for American bar food. Came here for my bday with 12+ people 2 bays 2 hours ordered a ton of food and snacks was rushed out once game play was over while there were plenty of bays open. They literally brought the people waiting over while some of us were still eating our food and said "we have to clear this bay for these people" making it very awkward and very rude. Keep in mind this was after having already closed out our tab and leaving a 25% tip as usual (including on the game play) most people only tip on food and drinks. We tip on the whole bill. Stopped in here for a quick birthday celebration and it was a great time! Very easy access in the parking lot with various parking spaces and easy to get in. We came in a bit late so it was fairly quick given they close within the next 2 hours. We arrived at 11pm, but staff was still friendly and giving the best service they can. Really enjoyed the time here with great entertainment and some amazing food choices. I didn't eat any food for This check in, but I did have a drink which was a great twist of fruity, tangy and sweet. The prices are a bit on the higher end but, if you're playing with multiple people in a group, then it's not too bad (up to $50 per hour, 6 people per Bay Area). They have average-priced food and drinks, and provided a nice dessert (waffle cone ice cream) for my mom's birthday. This was a very nice touch to our outing. I ordered wings and flatbread, which were good but don't expect many wings. Our server was kind and attentive, and the cocktail drinks were made just right! Great location in the heart of Orlando. We came here for a party so we met with a group of people. It's a fun time to get some drinks and appetizer or food while you play. Hit golf balls into the colored targets on the field. Or play angry birds- knock the balls into the virtual set up and see who gets the highest score. This is a fun time for a group of friends! I looked online for as much information as possible and it seemed that the best thing to do was to reserve online when we were ready to leave our home about 20 minutes away. We had a bay ready when we arrived. They are so helpful setting everything up for you and guests. We ordered several appetizers and a burger. The nachos were 1/2 tostadas loaded with chicken and cheese. The burger was good. We also got boneless wings in hot, Parmesan garlic, & lemon pepper. All flavors were great. My first time to a Top Golf facility and my first time driving a golf ball; I'm more of a miniature golf kinda guy. It was busy when we visited so we sat at the bar and had a drink while they got our bay ready. A huge facility with three levels and a hundred plus bays. Fun atmosphere, yummy food, delicious drinks, great service. I's the perfect place to spend time as a family, with friends or even on a date. We were a party of 10, we didn't have reservations. We walked in and they were able to accommodate us and gave us 2 bays next to each other. Our server Alex provided excellent service, he made sure to check up on us often and helped us with anything we needed. He even accommodated us by playing a sports game on the TV's in our bay. We ordered: Mac & Cheese bites, Steak Nachos, Buffalo Chicken dip, Chips and Queso, Buffalo Wings, Asian Sesame Wings, All American Burger and Injectable Donut Holes. Everything was fresh and delicious. We also tried the Tropical frui Mai-Tai, yummy. The bays were clean and each have a Bar Top table with 6 chairs. There are QR codes on the table so that you can access the menu. The Golf club area has a mens and womens gold club section, if you need left handed clubs just ask and they will bring them to you. There is plenty of parking. The location has 3 floors of bays and there are restrooms on each floor. Had a reservation for 2 bays today to celebrate my son's birthday with some friends. We've always had a great experience with service until today. Our server was friendly and kind, however, it took almost an hour to receive the order of chicken tenders and fries for 6 hungry teenage boys. We received our flatbread pizzas about 30 minutes before they got their food and I had to keep reminding our server we were still waiting. I also had to ask for their sweet tea and Dr.Pepper that never came out before their food. Waters were not refilled. Just overall disappointed for what is being charged to reserve the bays and the service actually received. Went to Top Golf in Orlando with my husband and some friends and honestly we had such a good time. None of us are like real golfers or anything but you don't need to be which is the best part. The vibe was super chill and fun music playing the whole time. We got a bay upstairs and the view was really nice especially once the sun went down. The game setup is easy to figure out even after a couple drinks haha. Food surprised me too it was actually good I had the chicken and waffle sliders and now I crave them all the time. Drinks were a little pricey but kinda expected. Service was hit or miss our server was nice but we had to flag her down a few times. My friend had a platinum membership card through her apartment complex. When we checked in we showed the card and were assigned a bay. When our server, Sabrina M. came over we showed the card and asked her if she needed to swipe it and she said no. When we got our check we saw a charge for the bay for over $100. She said she believed the platinum member was after 5, but she would check with the manager. The manager came over to explain the policy, which we obviously weren't aware of and took accountability for. We explained that we showed the card to the front desk and server and her response was "our staff is not used to explaining the policy to platinum members", which we thought was extremely rude. We had ordered food, which included the turkey club and were given a bottle of mayonnaise. After eating we saw the mayonnaise was expired, so we told the manager about that as well. She simply grabbed the bottle said "oh" and walked away. During this time we had ten minutes of play left and Sabrina went up to the screen and cancelled our time. After the manager left, she came back and I asked for the manager's name which she replied "Chiggles". I asked her to spell it and she said her name is Kristen. I don't know if she tried to give us a fake name at first, but we found that odd. She then said we needed to leave to get the bay ready for the next guests. There were several bays available where we were on the 3rd floor and the bottom floor was completely open. Like I said we take accountability for getting the policy wrong, but I do believe the staff had multiple chances to tell us and the unprofessional nature of the manager Kristan was uncalled for. read more

Had such a fun time getting out of the house and enjoying the Florida sunshine in December. We've been locked up in our home for almost 2 years with the pandemic and this was just a perfect day for drinks, food, and to get back into the swing of things (pun intended ) The Mai Tai was perfect... filled to the rim and they were not skimpy with the booze. For starters, we ordered the pretzels with dipping sauces and margarita flatbread. For main course we went with their classic burger and of course I had to add an egg. Burgers were good and sloppy with my egg just how I like it. This review is solely based on service for golfing. I did not order any food. I would recommend downloading the App, and joining the waitlist if you're planning on stopping in. You can also reserve bays at specific times. Each bay can hold up to 6 players. The pricing changes throughout the day. It will go by 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 1.5 hours. You have the opportunity to extend your playing time at the bay once it gets below 15 minutes. TopGolf is great for birthdays, company parties, or just a solid hang out time with friends. The more people you have - the more affordable it is. I came during the noon-5pm time, so the pricing was $47 per hour. Tuesdays they offer half off, which is AMAZING, but it does tend to get busy. You can bring your own clubs, but they have clubs available for you at each bay. They also have left handed clubs if you need them. The service is also great (I had Henry this time, and he was amazing), as the servers are always ready to answer any questions, help with troubleshooting, and overall give you a fun experience. I love the games that they recommend - angry birds is my favorite currently. They also have a full service bar inside with TVs, so you can come hang once your time is up and watch a game or just hang. I will say that they standout of my visit was recognizing how ADA accessible they are. They are a ale to accommodate anyone in a chair - even to golf. They change the tee off mat to accommodate a wheelchair (motorized or not). I thought that was so cool. I would definitely recommend this location if you're in the area. read more

Fun games, hit and miss food, terrible drinks. We had tons of fun playing several different games during our time here on half price Tuesday. The place is clean, and staff was right there to help get us started. We ordered dinner, tres steak tacos and the smokehouse burger, as well as a few drinks. I ordered the bourbon mule, and am 95% certain there wasn't any alcohol. I would have asked for a new one, but unfortunitly didn't see our server for quite some time so I just drank my ginger soda. The burger and fries were delicious, but the the tacos were about as flavorful as a cardboard box and after waiting for some time to see our server I decided to just eat it. I think our experience would have been better with our server more present and I could have let them know some of the issues with the food and drinks. read more
