Our waitress was generally disengaged aside from when she was trying to rush us out of the bay when our final game ended (this was after we extended multiple times and continued to order food and drinks). As soon as we started wrapping things up, she was suddenly present every 1-2 minutes to remind us that she left the check at the table, offer to-go boxes for food we were still eating, and warn us that a new group would be arriving at the bay in 5 minutes. Went here for my girlfriends birthday on a Saturday night and we had to wait almost a half hour just to get a table. Let me start out with a birthday get together yesterday July 18th 2020..we got a spot on the top floor..I've only been there one other time..we were all having a good time we came in knowing we were gonna spend money with drinks etc too. credit cards on file for the tab asap as yes that is normal and we arent cheap ..well thats what the servers thought clearly. After about an hour and a half ..The new manager came out and said well are you done my servers are saying you are disrespectful to them ..umm what are you talking about?? A few friends and I went to Topgolf last night, while we had a fun time, and ate some good food, the service was absolutely horrible. It took over an hour and a half to be able to order a burger, as they greeted us and then proceeded to completely ignore me. Then when it was time to split up the cost of golf, we were discussing how we were going to pay, as we were unsure if we were going half and half or in thirds because i had not golfed. While we were attempting to discuss it, the attendant snapped at me about how I was the one giving the wrong directions, and made me seem like the bad guy in front of new friends. We were simply trying to discuss payment, and he blew it up much more than need be. Personally, I will not be going back, as I spent the most in food and was treated horribly like I was a burden (when I had been very polite as always)! read more

I have come here two times now and both have been pretty good experiences over all. When you walk in they check your ID if you want to drink. If you are 21 and over you get a wrist band so you can order alcohol if you like. You then go to the desk and get a baby if you would like, or just go and get a table if you just want to eat. I have not gotten any food here yet so I wont comment on that. The cool thing is that if they are busy, they get your phone number and you get a text when a baby is open for you. This way you can go outside or go to the bar if you like. Once you get a message you just walk to your bay and boom, ready to go. You get to your bay and they sign you up and tell you how things work. Its pretty fun to be honest! You hit the balls into the targets and they are tracked so you get points depending on what game you select. They good thing is they charge per bay per hour, not per person. This way you can split it to save some money if you have a group. Pro tip: come during the day if you can, its WAY cheaper! The good about this place is that once you are in, it's all good and you can play without interruption. They bad is that ther service here tends to go down hill once you are set up. The first time we where here I did have to track down a server a few times to order a few beers and get some refills on the non alcoholic drinks. The second time I was here it was better, but still had to wait more then I would have liked. All in all though it is a lot of fun no joke. Even if you dont know how to play, we all have a blast. Never been so ignored. We had a group of 4 and we decided to sit at the bar. Minutes later, we got our bartender help all of us out asking what we wanted to drink. We got drinks and decided to get menus And we all decided to get something to eat. Bartender came 10mins later and ask only 2 out of 4 of the party if they were ready to order. I figured she would ask me and my friend if we were ready to order. 5 minutes passed by and nothing. 10 mins and nothing. At this point my other half of my friends received there order. So i waited another 10 minutes and nothing. So we asked another worker to see if we could get helped with our order. So at this point my friends were already finishing there food. So one of my friends flagged the bartender that we haven't been helped. So the bartender decided only helped the 3rd person of my group. So i was like maybe she would helped me after. Even one of my friends from the group said "hey you missed his order" the bartender said " oh okay!" Then 5 minutes passed and nothing. So at this point i gave up and mentioned to my friend that " I'm just not going to eat since all you guys are finished" and i accidentally said it didn't realizing she was nearby. So she decided to come up and ask for my order. At this point i didn't realize my other half of the party went to complaint regarding the service we were getting. So i had the Supervisor I believe her name was Vanessa had come up to me regarding the complaint that was brought to her attention. Now My problem that made me feel uncomfortable and awkward that she started to explained the complaint and that she was going to comp our order but Vanessa did it right next to the bartender that my other half of my party had complaint about. So i explained to her that i Didn't really want my order anymore and wanted to keep my answer short since the bartender was listening to both the supervisor vanessa and i having this conversation. Next thing the bartender was taken to the back by Vanessa telling her to come with her. Bartender comes back with a face like she just got chewed out. So at this point I'm feeling uncomfortable So i asked my friends what was the complaint and they said that it wasn't right how the service is going and how your not being attended. So at this point Vanessa is helping my other friend by reimbursement by being some club member. Im here just waiting to pay for my 1 beer to leave but at the same time wasn't eager to pay for my beer since the bartender is still handling the area and a face that was not approachable anymore. So i walked all the way to the front desk to ask "umm can i pay my drink with you? So they supervisor comes back with my receipt and adds and extra charge of some vodka. I guess my friends drink that was on the other side (2nd person not helped) was added to my account. So at this point i just wanted to leave and said "thats fine ill pay for her drink" and she tried to get me at the end with some membership and i was " Sorry! But I don't expect to come to this place anytime soon again the bartender needed some training so it is what it is". So i personally didn't feel that i should have paid for my drink but i did. Lastly, i would like to point out that although that 4 people in my group received poor service i personally felt i was ignored the most because of the color of my skin as i stated above she continued to ignored me multiple times when my friends kept telling her she forgot me. I am very disappointed with the customer service that is displayed at this location. A couple of friends and I wanted to enjoy a night at TopGolf but upon calling and waiting on hold for 13 minutes before speaking to someone we were told that [verbatim, male-like voice] "let me check... there is no wait right now". Then, when were pleased by that response we went straight to the location. Upon speaking to an associate they discredited everything we were telling them that the operator had told us. "We have a female [call person] right now" (assuming gender to only discredit a claim, inappropriate). And then the man continued to discredit our claims about the no wait time. My boyfriend and I decided to take a drive from Phx to Tucson for the day. On the way back we stopped at Topgolf for a late lunch. We were both so glad we did. We were greeted promptly by the staff and the wait staff as well. We both ordered burgers and they were very good, every ingredient was fresh. The fries were good and so were the drinks. We absolutely live this place! Even if you hate Golf or are terrible at it, the game itself is a total blast. There are 8-10 gameplay options that let you try a lot of different skills throughout the game. Surprisingly, we have loved everything we have ever ordered off the menu. We figured the food would be below average, but we would absolutely come to this place as a restaurant without the gameplay. Drink selection is good as well. Good beer options, however, I would like to see them have more local options available. Lastly, the staff are always extremely friendly and help make the experience enjoyable. The food was good in flavor but the service was not great and I personally find the Golfing fee per person overpriced...we got one meal an hour before the rest of our entrees came out and then they tried to give us two of the same dish saying we ordered it twice when we did not. One of the servers just brought another persons food to our table and the other waiter who brought the food insisted it was our fault until our waiter came over and confirmed we did not order two of the same plate. They forgot to bring a slice of tomatoe ( which we had to ask for because they forgot to put it on one of our burgers ) as well as ketchup and they brought it to us an hour and a half later as we were leaving even though we asked for it 3 times ... not to mention they diced it??. Don't think I'll be going back any time soon just because of the hassle of the food service I hope others have had a better experience. read more

Worst experience ever! Dishonest staff and poor customer service. Called them about expensive sunglasses I left on table. Told they don't have them, which is interesting given they pride themselves for deep cleaning tables and spaces. If the space was cleaned after I left they would have found the glasses. I was later emailed after I gave them a bad survey review. After two weeks of emailing back and forth with an Ashley, asking me to describe sunglasses, I finally send them a picture and they tell me they don't have them. Ashley is an admin assistant and I can't even be contacted by a member of management. I won't be back. Moreover, as an executive at a large health system I'll be sharing my experience of poor customer service and their misalignment to deep cleaning after customers depart; they would have clearly found my glasses.
