When I checked in, no one notified me she would be running late. They have pedicure menu options upwards of $75. Laughable. My gel pedicure was $75. I asked my pedicurist to do my pedicure with hot water. They had no hot water. THEY HAD NO HOT WATER!!!!! So my entire pedicure was done in cold water. I let the owner know and she said it was because they have been doing head spas all day. Again, laughable. My pedicurist insured me that she was going to give me a discount. At this point, I didn't care I just wanted to be finished. When I go to pay, the lady at the cash register hands me a gift card for $10. I asked her what that was for and she said that was my discount. I said why the hell would I want a gift card for $10? The service you provided was terrible. Why would I wanna come back here and how is this at all the compensation for waiting 45 minutes and then having to do a pedicure in cold water?
