Delivery in the time of COVID, what a challenge, right? Sometimes, you just don't want to get in your vehicle and drive somewhere to get food. Then you begin to consider your food options and how to get it delivered. You want your food fresh, affordable and with quality ingredients. . This place has received very high reviews on the FB page @ Waterside so I decided to give them a try. It's so easy to complete their on-line registration. The site is easy to navigate and once you place your order, you get an immediate update right on your computer screen of the progress. From order to delivery on a Tuesday evening, was about 20 minutes. You have the option of leaving a tip on-line as well. The delivery charge is about $5 bucks. Sadly, ALL of their wing options indicated they are 'breaded'...nope, I like my wings but not with the bread. I ordered the Nashville Chicken TopperStix which were tasty but not terrific. Not the best healthy food option but they are quick, efficient and reasonably priced. read more

The staff is always friendly, but tonight my order was extra delicious, and on top of that when I went to pick it up, the guy at the counter, (wish I could remember his name) added a special I wasn't aware of, that save me quite a bit off the bill!! Toppers makes some fantastic pizzas and they usually have some great deals. We stopped in to get one of their phenomenal Loaded Tot-zza's that's got tons of cheese and Tater Tots! Love it. Just by chance they had a 2 Large Pizzas for $9.99 deal so we got their Toppers Classic with Mushrooms, Pepperoni, and Green Peppers. Another keeper. Not only are the pizzas a great value, you get to choose the type of crust and they throw in a dipping sauce: Nice. I love Pizza and Toppers is a great choice when you can make the trek to a high-end sit down Italian Pizza joint. This place is horrible! Has no idea what pizza is! Overpriced garbage. Ordered one thin crust 14 inch pie cheese only to have premade cardboard crust. Dry as all get out. The entire time that they have been open we have ordered from them consistently and they are always kind and have great customer service! Once they messed up our order and when we called they delivered the correct pizza to our door, free of charge! This may look like any average small pizza place on the corner but the atmosphere is much different. Toppers carrie's such a warm and welcoming atmosphere with very kind and attentive service. The food is absolutely to die for and there is an endless amount of options. They have vegan options in every category and the cheese is the perfect amount of cheesy. We had to order carry out since our address is still new, they could not deliver which we are use to. Very glad we weren't able to order delivery because these guys were higher than a kite on a windy day. We ordered the California pizza and Taco topper sticks. VERY disappointed, the taco sticks were lacking in all the toppings and the pizza lacked toppings too and was tough to even chew. After attempting a second slice I discovered a long bronze curly hair graciously tangled in the cheese. Husband said that it looked just like the kids hair who cashed him out. When they first opened we were like, this is a great alternative to the others. Pizza was good, orders were complete. Fast forward to today, order took over 1 hour 45 minutes, pizza was COLD, wings were soggy and we were missing our sauces. This has happened on the last two orders. We called to speak to a manager about our dissatisfaction and how this has happened two times in a row and the manager proceeded to call my wife "Rude". No empathy at all. We love our pizza so it can be difficult to find a place that has new, different, out of the box toppings. This place nailed it! We got their loaded tot-zza, which is their most popular, and toppers classic. I absolutely fell in love with the loaded tot-zza as I LOVE my tater tots. They have a crazy amount of sauces to choose from and three kinds of crusts. They also have gluten free options. You can tell they take pride in their work and believe in quality, not just getting pizzas out the door. Cute place, friendly polite staff, and delicious pizza. They are only take out or delivery. I ordered two pizzas on the 25th at this toppers pizza and was charged $15 for the gluten free crust with vegan cheese and olives on it. Then I ordered a cheese pizza which was large and my bill was 20.10. So when I got my gluten free pizza home the vegan pizza was cooked hard and dried out! I don't know why they gave that one to me and much less charged me $15 for a medium glutenfree pizza! The cheese was a good one for my granddaughters but I do believe that they didn't know what they were doing when they cooked mine. read more

We have been eating Toppers for 6 months or more. We love the sticks and vegetarian pizza. (Also get cheese pizza for grandkids). We have had a couple of problems but the staff does everything they can to make it right. One time they were short drivers and the manager brought our food. read more

We have been ordering from here frequently lately, and never have had a problem until today. According to the order tracker, our delivery time kept getting later and later while the pizza was out for delivery. The last time we got was 6:56pm....at 7:15 we still had no pizza. When it came one of the pizzas was different from what we ordered and another was cold, which would make sense since according to the restaurant the driver had been out for 39 minutes when I called. I have loved all of the different pizzas we have gotten from Toppers! So much better and FRESHER than the other "chain" delivery places! (And definitely better than Digorno! LOL!) The BBQ chicken pizza is one of our faves! They have some unique and innovative flavors of pizzas too. I adore the thin crust style! My experience today was a good one. This was my first ever Toppers pizza. I was only the sixth customer of the day, I arrived after 2pm, but still the lone worker made me a really good pie. The Ragin' Pepperoni Myzza on a thin crust. The pizza was the best chain/franchise/fast food pizza I have ever eaten. Absolute horrible experience at this store. Ordered two pizzas, drinks and breadsticks at 4:20 on Halloween. Would expect a longer than usual delay because of the holiday, but after calling twice to check on the status of the order and being told that it was in process the first time, second time was told that it was on its way. 25 minutes later, called and asked for the manager at which point we were told that the order had not been completed or delivered. Now we're late for Halloween activities and have a house full of hungry kids and adults. Completely unacceptable! Manager offered to try in make this right, but I'm sorry not possible. I have to say, flavor wise, it's pretty good. Wasn't hot upon delivery which is saddening (nothing worse than a lukewarm pizza ) Ordering was very pleasant. The person taking the order was helpful, offered a variety of dipping sauces and was courteous, not very common these days. The delivery person was just as nice! We were regular customers when they first opened the food was great. But we quit ordering when the food quality went down hill fast! We would order our pizza with extra sauce and they would have hardly any sauce or cheese. Toppings used to be on the pizza's quite generously but now hardly any at all. We took a chance and decided to give them one more chance after many months. We ordered a medium Taco pizza extra sauce and and a create your own with extra sauce. Both came so dry. Taco pizza had some brown lettuce on it and my other pizza had maybe 1/3 cup of cheese. I firmly believe in supporting local businesses but this is one that I will no longer waste my money on. read more
