    Chicken Fajita taco + avocado

Food is splendid. My fav taco is the brushfire! Service is pretty quick. I didnt have a lot of 1:1 with the staff since I used the kiosk, but they all seemed really friendly. They have a full bar, and there was light chatter and a jovial vibe to this lovely joint. Outdoor, covered seating for a lovely summer day. Shared parking lot at the Foothills Mall.

Definitely one of the better Torchy's in Colorado. Food was hot, fresh and tasty. Great ambiance there with plenty of space to sit inside or out on their patio as well. Recommend to anyone visiting Fort Collins and looking for some great tacos and chips/queso. Also, the baja shrimp taco is always elite.

Wow. Literally such good tacos. Love how they're so creative with the different tacos (and the fun names). Both the tipsy chick and brushfire were delicious and HUGE. They had a ton of protein so for $5 a taco, it's worth it. I wish the cheese on the tacos was melted or just not cold but it didn't ruin the taste. The queso here is fire, maybe some of the best I've had so do not skip out on the chips and queso. This place was so busy on an early weekend evening but they have plenty of tables. The interior was really nice too.

Run of the mill Tex Mex chain for tacos. Stopped by on a Monday evening around 7:30pm with no line. Ordered, and sat outside with our meal buzzer. Tables outside had taco remnants, but nothing a napkin couldn't fix. Queso came out first - highly recommend this. Between two people, it was a hefty opponent, but we killed the chips and had a few remaining scoops of queso. Tacos were quite average, and seasoned below average. There was a smoky orange sauce that really helped flesh out some flavors. Fried Avocado was very tasty, and the Trashy Trailer Park was alright, both on the low-sodium, blander side. Along with the queso, the tacos were very filling. Overall, a chain that serves standard Tex Mex fare that is consistent and predictable.

Tacos are awesome and so are the chips and queso! Overall great experience and great place.

I like Torchy's. This was a quick dinner before a concert. I got the Grande Burrito with chicken. It includes refried beans, rice, pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole, and cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla. Delicious. This location is on the edge of the Foothills Mall in Fort Collins so parking is a non-issue. It was dinner rush, but there is plenty of seating. The food came out fairly fast. I'll keep this spot in mind for future stops.

Came in to Torchy's on a Friday night in the hopes of something quick on our way to a Christmas event. I had heard good things about Torchy's so we decided to give them a try. When we came in they told us the front registers were only able to accept cash, which was fine with us. I guess that was why they weren't as busy as usual. The cashier (Alondra) that helped us order was extremely friendly and helpful in her suggestions. They have a decent sized menu with a ton of options! The restaurant itself was large with a ton of seating. It was very casual and well lit. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and smiling. Overall a great experience. For the food... amazing! The damn good tots were just that - damn good! So much flavor, crispy even with the queso. The green chile queso was flavorful with the perfect amount of spice. For tacos, I chose the democrat and they were also just fantastic! They were cooked perfectly with amazing complimentary flavors. Overall, a damn good experience and we will absolutely be back!

Shrimp tacos, good flavor but also not cheap.

Overpriced and overcrowded. The highlight of their menu is putting queso on a taco, so go to Qdoba i guess? Damn Good Tacos is much better.

Disappointed in the tacos at DGT. I've heard good things so I was excited to try this place out…read more I usually order corn tortillas, but the staff at the front said she recommends the flour tortillas instead. I ordered two tacos total and decided to opt for one taco of the month with the corn tortilla and one cajun chicken taco with the flour tortilla. I also ordered the spicy chocolate horchata. The filling in both tacos was sparse. There was hardly any filling in both of the tacos so that was a bad start to the meal as the server placed the tacos in front of me. The filling in the taco of the month had good flavor, but the corn tortilla was hard and inedible. I threw away the whole corn tortilla it was so bad. The cajun chicken taco fill was not appealing to me. It was mid at best, but at least the flour tortilla was edible? The spicy chocolate horchata reminds me more of a Mexican hot chocolate served cold than an horchata. That was the best part of my meal. My friend ordered one of the power bowls and she really enjoyed her lunch. She ate about a third of it and took the rest home for leftovers; The portions are generous. The staff was friendly which is always appreciated so that was the best part of my experience at DGT, but the tacos were terrible so I don't think I'll return.

It was rich, creamy, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. Every bite was packed with delicious flavors, making it the perfect way to start our meal. For the main course, we got the Barbacoa de Picanha, along with two tacos--the Taco de Ribeye and the Duck Taco. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The meats were tender, juicy, and full of flavor. We also ordered two drinks: the Sabina Safe and the Martini Manzana. Both were excellent--refreshing, flavorful, and crafted perfectly. They paired wonderfully with the food and added even more to the overall experience. A special shoutout goes to our server, Allen. He was incredibly friendly, hospitable, and knowledgeable. We followed several of his recommendations, and every single one was spot on. His attentive service truly elevated our dining experience. To top it all off, Allen surprised us with two complimentary shots at the end of the meal. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of them, but they were honestly the most delicious shots I've ever had. They had a beautiful purple creamy foam on top and were absolutely incredible--smooth, unique, and unforgettable. Overall, everything was outstanding: the food, the drinks, the service, and the atmosphere. This was a truly memorable dining experience, and I will definitely be coming back whenever I'm in the area. Highly recommended!
