Amazing tacos I love this place the brush fire is my absolute favorite I can't get enough of it I highly recommend this place

I've only been here once but ever since then it's been on my mind to go back which is always a good sign - especially with a sea of other restaurants that serve tacos in town. They put an american twist on their tacos but it works. I got some sort of buffalo shrimp taco and some other taco that tasted like a reuben. It sounds strange but it was so great! The tacos were very filling too and being half hispanic I can usually eat my fair share of tacos. It has a great vibrant atmosphere too. I would like to come back and hang out at their bar sometime. Although they offer take-out don't dare do it. You'll wait, and wait and wait while other diners are served. Not a well designed plan for those who want to order food to go. I ordered a burrito and although the seasoning was nice the tortilla was hard as a rock. It literally cracked and fell apart like a cracker. Staff was friendly. Will not go back. read more

HOORAY to TT's for a great alternative to mediocre breakfast burritos that exist all over town. These breakfast tacos are finger licking good, priced right and done right. I tried the Migas & the Monk --- amazing! Also amazed at how busy the bartender was at 7:10 in the morning! Can't wait to return for somethings off of the lunch/dinner menu. I have always been satisfied with the food here, a bit pricey. But the reason I am only giving 3/5 stars is because of the HORRIBLE service. There was a female worker who was honestly so disrespectful and rude. While taking our order she was so short and rude, and then later on she brought our food and just dropped it off and left, without saying anything at all. Lastly, as we were heading out she accidentally ran into us and did not at all apologize or excuse herself and just walked off. I don't care if it's a busy day, does not give permission to being rude and disrespectful to paying customers. Disappointed to say the least. read more

Ehh. Definitely not the best taco spot in town by a country mile. Very Americanized. Cutesy names for the tacos but the hot sauces are super watery and lacking flavor. My partner and I ordered 3 different tacos each and we were extremely underwhelmed if not turned off by all of them. The restaurant was so packed on a Monday but the food came out really fast so that the only redeemable part. We will not be back to torchys as americanized Mexican is a very saturated market in fort collins. Try damn good tacos instead. read more

Loved the tacos at this new Fort Collins Hot Spot! Although it is a chain, the unique selection of tacos and salsa is super tasty! The staff is friendly and very knowledgable about their menu. The cashier was an adorable brunette who walked us through her favorite items on the menu. Even though they were slightly short staffed, the wait to find a table was worth it! The fried avocado taco is to die for, so is the democrat taco. I will definitely be back. Loved this place!! read more

I used to love them but they are nothing like how they were when they first opened! Visited with friends at 2:30pm on a Thursday (not a busy time at all) and I was the first to place my order. My food came out after the other orders and was wrong. The guy double checked the receipt (I assume to say I ordered it wrong) but the ticket was correct! So he took the wrong food back and I waited while everyone else ate. When he brought my food out, AGAIN it was wrong! I pointed it out again and the guy took the food back and sent out the manager. Manager was unprofessional and rude. Meanwhile my friends are all done eating and my food comes out while the manager is at the table. He couldn't care less and the guy dropped (and I mean dropped from an extended height) the food on the table. The manager offered no apologies or anything. Literally, he asked me if the 3rd set of tacos that were dropped on the table were made correct. I said yes and he turned and walked off. Like why even come out? Only made the whole experience that much worse. Next time I'm going to Fuzzy's. read more

Torchy's is a great spot if you are looking for some quick and delicious tacos, chips and queso, or margs. I think Torchy's has the best queso in town personally. I would highly recommend! read more

Great green pork chili taco freshly made and one was plenty for my small appetite! The iced tea was freshly brewed as well, a win! Good beer selections for another visit. Torchys tacos has the best tacos in all of Fort Collins hand down. Being from Texas it was so nice to see a piece of Texas here in the area. The queso is amazing and you should try the Mad Cow. It's unbelievable! read more

First time going to a Torchy's was probably one of the more pivotal points in my life. Their guac was hand crafted by angels and flavored by "salt bae" himself. If their was 10 stars possible I would give Torchy's 11. If you want your life changed forget church, go to Torchy's. read more

This place lived up to the hype for sure! I have been twice now and had the Green Chili Pork and Fried Avocado taco both times - yes, I need to branch out and try different flavors ;). The Green Chili was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The Fried Avo was good but could use a kick. Service was quick and with not only a smile, but with helpful and on point recommendations. The place is also clean and has ample seating. My only recommendation is to choose flour tortillas over the corn ones because the corn ones disintegrated leaving me having to use a fork to finish. Honestly, I was hesitant to try this place, but went on a recommendation, and it was soooo good. The portions are fantastic and each of my three tacos had unique flavoring. I could only eat two there though, because they were bigger than I anticipated. Also, the menu was so diverse and the prices were spot on. Lastly, the restaurant was designed in a really hip way. I've heard great things and couldn't wait to try. The line is always out the door. We stood in line for 20 minutes and waited for our food for 45. Ultimately, it took almost 2 hours to have dinner (not worth it). The staff was nice, but unapologetic. The manager said they couldn't help it because they had a catering event. PLEASE, warn people when there is going to be a 45 minute wait for 3 tacos. The table next to us asked for chips and salsa since they had waited so long and were told to get back in line if they wanted chips. It was overall just terrible service. This place is absolutely not somewhere you want to be if you are seeking mexican food. Very tex mex. BUT the tacos are great. Easy menu, easy ordering, fast service. I dig this place. Super surprised and happy that their diablo sauce that came with the brushfire taco was actually hot! Additionally, the dirty sanchez taco has very unique flavors that melded together perfectly. The other part of my party really enjoyed the trailer park taco, with and without the queso. Although we were hoping for more chicken tacos and/or a "make your own taco." I think this place is excellent! Food is excellent! I would say the tacos are American fusion. Service is fine. I've been there 2 times, on a Sunday and Thursday night around 745pm. Both of my orders took around 15-20 minutes. I got 6 different types of tacos, green Chile queso, and the corn appetizer. All were excellent. Sauces are excellent, especially the diablo. Staff and atmosphere aren't anything special. Same generic thing with most semi-fast food restaurants. I would recommend a to go order. Location is crap and will be ridiculously bad if the new mall complex ever opens. To sum it up....Great food, generic setting, crappy location. Go for the food! read more

I loved this place!! The space is clean, urban- cool and spacious. Lots of indoor or outdoor options. There is a bar section as well, serving beers and drinks. The sodas are a nice and refreshing change from the usual offerings. Their customer service was friendly and helpful... and the food!!!! FANTASTIC!! I loved this place, my wife thought it was a little strange. The democrat is one tasty taco. The republican was a little weird. The sign indicated that this is a sausage taco. I thought that meant a sausage diced up, sort of like chorizo or something. When it came, it was literally a hot dog style sausage wrapped in a taco shell instead of a bun. So again, not really my choice for a taco. But overall, I really enjoyed the food and the ambience. Totally eat here. read more
