I put another on top of my slice of broccoli white pizza. A negative in my opinion: there was too much melted mozzarella cheese on top of the dinner. I prefer less mozzarella. However, no one else noticed. I added two slices of broccoli white pizza from the case to my order along with a "broccoli ricotta foldover" for tomorrow. There were many other offerings available in the case if you had not preordered or wanted to pick your own variety of pizza slices, foldovers, or knots. The helpful server offered to heat it in oven, if wanted. The several sweets I saw in the case looked very tempting, but I resisted today. Half the pizza had artichokes and kalamata olives, the other half was topped with fresh sliced mushrooms and vegan sausage. No canned mushrooms here! I think its great that they know their ingredients. The Vegan cheese is always browned and properly melted. You don't have to tell them extra crispy or well done, they aren't going to give you a pizza that does look and taste delicious! Why was it so good? I got the 10" Chicken Ricotta, and the flavor was on point, perfectly seasoned, and the crust was so fresh. Not doughy, but that good fire pizza fresh. I'm also a sucker for anything that resembles pasta, so when I saw pasta on a pizza, it was a must try. I'm heading back to Albany right now, and this will be the first thing I order to my hotel.
