Okay so we had a projectile vomit nightmare incident happen in the front seat of my car. I wanted to just burn the car. I couldn't imagine it ever being driveable again. Desperate to get it cleaned my husband called the mobile detailer his company uses regularly. When I went to pick up my car after they 'cleaned' it I was horrified that there was streaks on vomit on the doors still and the car stunk so bad I burst in tears. (Mind you I was having the worst week imaginable and this was the 15th thing to go wrong). Then my husband called tornado mobile detailing and they came to work promptly when they said they would. I was super skeptical and told them to just leave now if they couldn't help me. The assured me I would be satisfied and said I wouldn't have to pay if I wasn't. Sounded good to me! They spent 2 hours meticulously cleaning my car and steam cleaning the floor (which the other company didn't). I still can't believe it's as clean as it is. It looks brand new like nothing happened in it!!! I keep looking for something they missed and I can't find anything. I mean I can't recommend them enough. I needed work on my Mazda3, and they came swooped in like first responders. Car was dirty from sitting at a dealership which, lots of dust and dirt build up but it wasn't that bad. Although they cleaned up my car and restored it to practically nearly brand new. Their usual is $150 but adjusted it to just $100 since my car wasn't that bad, although don't compare your baby barf to my dirt build up from sitting. Wayne and his wife did an amazing job! Extremely worth the quote they had given us. They worked for nearly two hours on my car, and I have to say, I haven't seen it look this good since I bought it when it was new. Even my sloppy coffee stains inside looked like they never happened. All the door jams were cleared, and they even were able to buff out some scuff marks I had gotten from wayward shopping carts. Even my bumper was finally free of the buildup of sand and bugs from those long, cross-country trips my wife and I take. To top it off, Wayne and his wife were extremely awesome to deal with. Very good people who seem to be extremely earnest in their dealings, and that's something that's hard to find sometimes in the valley. The provider was nice, but not only did they show up an hour late, the service was not an auto detailing, it was barely a wash. I could have gotten the same quality outcome myself at a DIY car wash. There's still a bug splat on my windshield that I saw when I came back out and the "sap" he claimed he couldn't get off because it would ruin my paint, came off with my fingernail. Definitely not worth the $200 quote. I shouldn't have paid a penny over $100. Would not recommend and will not use again. read more

To be clear, I did not use the services of this business. When I asked for quotes, this company quoted me an expensive price and stated that they would price match any written offer. I immediately responded with a screenshot of a conversation with another company quoting me a significantly reduced price and asked if they would match. A week went by and I did not get a response. My only issue is, don't state "we will match any written offer" if you don't intend to honor it. read more
