Only issue which was not directly related to the business itself was the amount of unsupervised kids running around spilling sugar water and sugar packets everywhere in the course. They left 5 minutes later. The tv on our lane didn't work. The pins kept fowling. We informed the worker that our lane wasn't working properly and we were eventually moved to the lane next to us, only for that lane to be broken too. When I informed another worker about it, I was told that all the lanes are broken and there's nothing they can really do. My husband and I were very upset about this because paying for 5 people to bowl, plus the obligatory $5 per person for shoes isn't cheap. A bowling alley should have working lanes, right?... Half of the arcade games were broken or just straight up took the credits off your card without letting you play the game. The restrooms were filthy and most of the stalls had no toilet paper. The whole time we were there they weren't cleaned 1 time. We were there about 4 hours. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I wanted my son's 10th birthday to be a fun one. For the amount of money we spent for bowling, games, and food, we expected a better experience. We won't be going back to this location.
