The whole process took hardly any time at all and they were extremely friendly and our new windshield is installed and looks beautiful. They were so quick and easy to deal with. Tried arranging a repair eith Safelite in the Phoenix area, but no appointments were available. Easily made an appointment for Monday morning. Was impressed how much this location kept reminding me of my appointment. Arrived a few minutes early. Wendy greeted me and wslked me to my car to examine the crack. I dud send them a picture ahead of time, but they need to make sure it hadn't grown. I was there less than 30 minutes and tge crack was repaired. You have to know what you are looking for to even see where the crack had been. My car insurance covered 100% of the repair.
