My mom and I went here on a Wednesday morning, and there were just a few other customers in the store. We were instantly greeted by a friendly employee. They had some great sales going on, so my mom and I started grabbing lots of things for me to try on. One of the employees noticed our arms getting full and offered to start a fitting room for me. She asked my name, and by the time I was ready to start trying everything on, my room was labeled and waiting for me. I grabbed a TON of clothes to try on, and I don't think I've ever had so much success in one shopping trip. I feel like usually I ended up not loving a majority of the things I try on, but everything looked SO cute! I couldn't believe it! The clothing items are high quality, and you can actually feel that they'll hold up for a long time. My mom and I were shopping in the store for hours, and time flew by. I ended up walking out of there with over 10 new clothing items, and let's just say the savings stacked up big time. The young lady who checked us out was unbelievably sweet and personable. In the store I was told that we do not do this sort of thing here when I requestsd a bra fitting as a trans woman. I was further told to tell others like me this. When we interacted there were multiple opportunities to deny service that didn't include blatant transphobia, but this is the approach that was chosen. I went on to email the owner about this Awful service s I received. My concerns were dismissed. I was gas lit regarding them not providing the service. Their website clearly states that they do measurements for bra fitting. The attendant was willing to assist me until she asked that I was trans. The email also stated that they had other customers they were focused on. Their tone was incredibly dismissive of my concerns. If they were busy maybe there would be grounds for this. Unfortunately for their narrative there were two customers in the store counting me. If you are a trans woman if an ally, please avoid these people. They are wildly unprofessional. And frankly transphobic. Nothing about my interaction was pleasant. Tldr I was denied service based on being trans. They are incredibly rude the entire time I've tried to reconcile this. Avoid them.
