Unimpressed. Have been here a couple of times (forced to - the boss seems to think this is a better "team meeting" location than our conference room in the office, which I strongly disagree with). Music too loud during the brief spurts when either the waitress or a patron turns it on. Food takes too long to come out. Food barely average. Cougar waitress loves to try and sell you on their giant tabletop-sized pizza concept. No thanks. Also, too many TVs - all on one wall and all TVs were tuned to different channels, reminding me of Adrian Veidt's world monitor wall (in the Watchmen graphic novel). Don't listen to Abby R. This place is clean and accommodates all their guests. Been coming to tosos for years now and there's no where I'd rather eat wings, pizza, and watch the Pats. Locally owned and the staff makes you feel like part of the family. Will continue to support this amazing local bar. read more

Unfortunately I have to take my rating down from 4 stars to 3 on account of us going here twice and being told "We don't have a cook so all we can do are these very limited items like chicken wings". This is supposed to be a bar and restaurant... it seems it's only a restaurant on the weekends after 6pm. Not sure what's going on with this place. read more

Our friends and I had a fantasy football draft at this bar a few days ago I started off by asking for some coffee. The waitress than told me they don't serve coffee at that bar while I was standing next to the cream and sugar a simple we don't make coffee this late or a truthful answer would have been nice so I just ordered a water to start instead, well the water never came...... She ignored my table so finally as she was walking by I said I'll take a coke as she walk off she said very quietly so I guess I would hear but I did "I'll have a coke please". After that a table next to me was talking to this waitress she than said I know some people can be so rude pointed at me and told them he ordered a coke and couldn't even say please. By far the worse costumer service I've ever had at any sports bar in Arizona I would suggest to go anywhere else besides here!!! read more

Came here for the first time to enjoy playoffs games with my friends. Ordered food and had to complain 5 times regarding our food and finally recieved our orders 2 hours later. Not bad food actually. But my friend had to go to the nearest pizza place because we were that hungry. No joke. Not coming back. read more

My brother found this place- being a huge Patriot's fan- we started coming every Sunday to watch football. Now- we will never be back again. Wings were good- service was decent for being packed on football Sunday. However-- today we were in - and my brother - having bought tickets for the raffle several times - made a passing/half serious comment about how they must not stir up the raffle tickets enough, because for how much he has bought he never gets picked. It was not a serious complaint, and was spoken to others at our table- more like a joke. Someone overheard and must have told the TREASURER of the New England Patriot's fan club- because she came up later and caused a huge scene. She was yelling at us - saying that she was very insulted and took great offense to something that was not meant to be offensive. I could understand if she was upset ---HOWEVER that is NOT how you treat a customer. To yell and verbally attack someone is NEVER the answer --especially someone who is PAYING into your raffle and fan club and the restaurant you are being affiliated with. It was embarrassing not just for us--- but definitely for the owner of the bar as well. Because of this, we will never be back -- and will not recommend others to go there. Sorry :( read more

Went on a Monday night. We had a great time. It was free pool and darts. The wings were on special so we decided to try some. They were delicious. The bartender was by herself which was a little odd so she was also the cook. She seemed fine with it. She was very friendly and attentive to everyone. Then to top it off they give a discount to people that work in the industry. Great Place! read more

In general this place does not have the best service, especially since they're to cheap to keep on full time kitchen staff and the bartenders have to help customers and make all the food. Multiple times I've come here and have felt like ordering food has completely annoyed the usually only single employee working the entire bar. Today there was only maybe 8-10 people in the entire place when I asked for their lunch special 8 inch pizza and before I could even finish ordering I received a huge sigh of annoyance from the bartender Tiffany. She then said ugh I have so much other stuff to do and food to cook. I said well I'd also like the chicken strips and fries which was followed with another sigh of annoyance. I asked if I should go eat somewhere else since I was clearly such an inconvenience but she assured me I should stay... the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. When I asked for buffalo sauce, another sigh of annoyance. I've come here on and off for almost 10 years and will not be returning. There's to many other fully staffed, friendly, dive bars in this area to ever waste my money at this place again. read more

Not bad, it is cheers This is the escape from Anthem we have been looking for. Short drive south of my neighborhood down the I-17 and they even have a car to take you home if you have a bit too much to drink. The food is priced right and the bartenders slings a mean pour. So disappointing ! Went there today to War he the Patriots game as it is the the"home of the Patriots AZ fan club...grab a high top table at the bar and got the bartenders attention after about 10 minutes ordered and Ice tea for me and my wife ordered a Coke . She quickly told me the ice tea was flavored which I appreciated so I ordered a water. They showed up 10 minutes later. We waited another 15 minutes to get a good order in . We ordered a bucket of beers (4) for $10 because we did not think we are going to be able to get her later so at least we would have them cold at the table when the food showed up. The beers were at the table in minutes.we ordered wings , nachos and fries..she apologized for the wait stating she was the only bartender on...there were two servers also working the room...after waiting 40 minutes the food finally hit the table the fries being the only thing that was hot. Everything else was Luke warm. We said something about it and was told what do you want me to do. We asked to speak to the manager she said the owner . She came back saying he was too busy. I told her that I would pay for the soda that we drank she said don't bother and we left. The biggest issue for me is they really just couldn't care less read more

Love coming here to watch football. Every game is on and they have three huge screens. The service there is usually friendly, I've never had any problems but sometimes my friend thinks the ladies are a little rude. Never esteem here but the drinks are pretty strong. Sadly when we started coming here it was not so bad. We were super excited to have a Patriots bar close and had great service until the last 4 times. In particular the past 2. Last week waited over 3, yes THREE hours for our food to come out. Asked several times and were told kitchen behind about an hour (I guess multiplied by 3). When it finally came out it was cold and tasted like had been sitting on the pass for a bit. That night the owner came and spoke with us and didn't take any responsibility for the errors and was very condescending on his demeanor. This week was an improvement and only waited 1 1/2 hours for food.. the wait staff is friendly and hard working I'm not sure where the break down is but dang!! Let me also add that the owner today came out and made no mention to us. You might want to thank upset customers (and long time customers at that) for giving you another shot at making things right. Oh Toso's. Great beer, great cocktails, great food. Customer service is.......lacking. I called to order some food to go. I realize ordering food from a bar is hit or miss. We have ordered before and have always had a frickin delicious pizza. Nine times out of ten food is kick ass. However when I called to place a pick up order today s&!@ went down hill. I guess they were busy for happy hour but when the lady who answered the phone told me to "hold on" and talked to some one else's I knew pizza was not in my future. I heard them converse intensely and the fella told the lady " just hang up on them". Well shoot. I really wanted pizza. They have great pizza! I handed my husband the phone and after another few minutes wait, she came back and, upon telling her what I had heard, said "he was just kidding around". Ok....we'll take a large pizza for carry out. "Uh, well, no large pizza dough, only small." Wtf? Can you not put dough together into bigger and bigger pizzas? Always love the food here, but it's a pain in the ass to get it. In the end we had pizza and wings from another very delicious establishment. 35th Ave and thunderbird. Napoli FTW! read more

This is a stereotypical dive bar. But the burgers are out of this world, and the drinks are real cheap. So if all you feel like is a burger and beer, I would recommend this place. read more

I own a Townhome next door to Toso.s and had an opportunity to finally stay in my own place for a couple of months (had put my folks up there prior). when my wife and I went to Toso's the first time they didn't have the Liqour that I prefer. After telling them that I would be a customer regularly for two to three months they had my liquor on hand the next day. MANY THANKS FOR THAT! The wings were fabulous, the dinner salad huge and the Bartenders: Sheila and Ericka were fabulous also-made us feel like family.
