Came in on a Saturday night and again on a Sunday night. Bar has a great atmosphere, great service, and the staff did a really good job taking care of everyone. The only issue people kept bringing up was the air conditioning. It was probably over 90° inside, and a lot of customers were talking about how hot it was. From what everyone was saying, it didn't seem like the employees had any control over the AC situation, but I still wanted to give honest feedback because the service itself was excellent. read more

Good Ole comfortable bar with 4 pool tables, a solid food menu, good tap selection, a crowd that you might think is all biker but it's really pretty diverse. Plenty of TVs for sport venues. Sooooo disappointed...I now have to change my once 4-star rating to a 1-star. Not because of one isolated instance but a culmination of issues. 1 cracked-out bartender (Annette I believe) and 1 oblivious owner who by all rights is a really nice guy and a Seahawk fan (Go Hawks!). I think Annette is there as a piece of ass because she's surely not an icon for customer service. Either mentally deficient or obviously incapacitated from "blue" or another illicit substance. I expect the industry to have its "highs" and lows but come on. The skinny...over the course of 3 recent visits I point out the following: Annette asked for a debit or credit card 6 times in an hour - I gave it to her when we walked in. I reminded her of that every time. Mind you, there is about 10 people in the whole place. Annette kept going to 2 other guys at the table next to us asking if they were "Paul." I started calling myself Mohammed when she finally asked if I was Paul. Must have thought I was serious because she kept looking for me. Back to back visits she ordered my wife's food but mine...oh you're Paul right??? There's only 1 item in the system. NO S**T because you only entered 1 item! Today I asked for a refill on my Bud Light (twice). She was aimlessly staring into the POS system. Was there YouTube on it or something I dunno!?!? I left and went to the pool table. Any other female patron came up and asked for a beer. Don't you know Annette turned around and grabbed my empty beer glass and filled it with this lady's beer of choice and served it to her!! WTF??? Last week came by the table and unexpectedly put her hands on my shoulders and whispered "hey before you order anything else come see me first." Huh?? She's the bartender and server who else would I order from?? Meanwhile on 2 of these occasions the owner was present and playing games (bowling I think) with friends. Like I said he's a nice guy we like him. But to miss the continuation of issues and not respond leads me to say WTF again! Maybe he's sleeping with her? Family? She's blackmailing him? Lol I dunno. In the end, other than her, the place is clean, the tables are nice, the crowd is good. The food is great. But this one woman is going to keep us and others away. read more

I walked in try to joke with the bartender. She was very rude and then I'm sitting here talking to a customer. He had to argue to get his change back for 50 and then the top matters off. She goes back and says where's my tip she demanded a tip I have never heard bar staff Ask for a tip that's ridiculous. A nice quiet place to have breakfast and a drink during a Saturday morning ride. I had a spicy Bloody Mary, eggs over easy with hash browns, bacon and sausage. Dahvia had an Irish Coffee, biscuits & gravy with hash browns and eggs over easy. Well, our eggs came out fried hard.... When we informed our waitress, she was sincerely apologetic and the owner deducted one of the meals from the bill. I wasn't expecting that, considering that I didn't think it was anything major. There was a pool tournament happening with music and TVs all throughout the bar (great for game days!) this bar is FAMOUS for their incredible bloody Mary's and they did not disappoint!
