I love the concept of a healthy natural eatery but this area seems to struggle with getting the right people to execute it seamlessly. Today i tried the chicken Cobb salad. Top marks for fresh leafy greens (at least three other types of luscious greens they offer if you decide to build your own salad) and a really vibrant selection of accompanying vegetables to choose from. I substituted corn for radish and wasn't disappointed by the freshness of it. The sliced egg was ok. It was hard boiled and one can't possibly screw that up. Then it was downhill from here. The chicken, although generously sized and aplenty, lacked aesthetics. They were big, knobby and misshapen dull meat that looked boiled. If you closed your eyes and ignored the hideousness, it tasted fine. My huge gripe would be the avocado. Prettily sliced, its texture resembled gelatinous briny slime. I shouldn't have expected otherwise seeing that it had been pre- skinned, sealed and taken from the fridge. There is a lot of potential in this place but having someone who knows how to grill chicken or serve it in a less daunting way would be a start. And always ALWAYS use fresh avocados. A salad should look both appealing and taste like heaven. This place will not take you to nirvana. read more

Stop by tossed on a Saturday afternoon walking. Beautiful spring weekend with very nice weather. We sat outside and enjoyed the California roll bowl and a wrap. Food came out quickly and the taste is nice and comforting. Will visit again to explore other dishes on the menu. read more

This is a great place. It was busy and the owner was taking charge and making sure customers were acknowledged and helped. Salad was great, fresh, all natural. Huge serving also, enough for two meals. Considering the large portion size price is more than fair. Great health options and classic Greek dishes also. We stopped here on our way home to Bethlehem PA. The vegan options and 5 star's attracted us. The place was jammed when we got here. Their ordering system was a bit strange. About 6 folks we're standing along the counter for awhile until someone said 'who needs to order? They trust you to pay after you are done! Didn't take long to get our food and it was delicious. Had the pleasure of visiting Tossed for the 1st time today, and I wasn't disappointed! They offer breakfast bagels, gyros, pitas, wraps, and salads. You can "design" a custom salad for $9.00, which includes a variety of "lettuce" offerings including kale and baby spinach. From there you can choose from the many topping offerings from your basic tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, etc., to more exotic toppings including pumpkin seeds, strawberries, beers, kalamata olives, edamame, and so much more! Feta, blue cheese, whole eggs, and chicken is $1-2 extra. You may also choose from several pre-designed salads such as Crystal City Cobb, or Caesar. I designed my own salad and added feta cheese and antibiotic-free chicken, and had the white balsamic shallot vinaigrette. The salad was HUGE and delicious! Also offered are a variety of items served on a pita or as a wrap including California, Buffalo Chicken, Greek, vegan, and tuna, chicken, and egg salads. The menu also says they will be offering a soup du jour so I am looking forward to having some warm soup on a chilly day! The owners were there working behind the counter, and were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend Tossed, and can't wait to try a pita or wrap! -Update! Went to Tossed again and had a great lunch! Tried the Greek Gyro Pita and it was awesome! They also had homemade Chicken & Biscuit soup which was delicious! They make homemade soups from scratch! I went here for the first time a few weeks ago and I was amazed at how excellent my food was. I'm not a huge fan of salads or rice bowls but oh my gosh!! I ended up just "winging it" at what I was going to get. I got the firecracker bowl. It was one of the best things I've ever tasted AND it was so much I ate it for two meals! I highly recommend!!!!! First time at this little vegetarian spot. They have meat there too though so don't worry carnivores. My wife and I ended up getting the lamb gyros. They were very good. It was on a pita bread with some lamb and a bunch of greens and cheese. You definitely had to eat with a fork to get through it. The pita bread kept breaking about when I tried to eat it like a regular gyro. Otherwise it tasted wonderful. Would definitely come back next time read more

This place offers salads the size of a large pizza. Honestly it's the only time I have ever been full from eating a salad, plus I didn't regret all that food! They offer a lot of different meal choices along with ingredients for customizing. The staff is also amazing and will be super accommodating with ever customer. The rice bowls at Tossed are excellent! Really fresh, healthy, tasty ingredients with creative, vibrant sauces. If you want to go low carb, the custom salads had lots of unique ingredients to choose from. We come through Corning once or twice per year and we will absolutely be back! read more

Excellent stop on our way to Niagara Falls! Here you "build your own salad" with at least 30 fresh ingredients to choose from. It reminded us of "Chopped" in NYC with a home-town feel. Amazing addition to Market Street!! They have a lot of healthy options and everything we had was delicious. They also have plenty of gluten free options and their chicken is anti biotic free. They have a few menu item salads and wraps that you can order(such as a cesear) or you can make it yourself, like a subway but just for salads and wraps. The best salads hands down. You can make your own with the large selection of items to add, choose a signature salad or eat a sandwich. The service is always excellent, warm and friendly.
