I bring my Honda there for everything from oil and filter changes, new tires, and any mechanical work my car needs. Every experience has been wonderful. Their prices are always fair, and they have never once tried to take advantage of me or upsell unnecessary work. As a woman, that level of honesty and respect means a lot. Last week, I went in for a routine oil and filter change. I usually wait there because they have a comfortable waiting area with coffee and TV. I had been extremely busy with work and running on very little sleep. After I left, I must have accidentally dropped my credit card outside their building. Not long after I left, they called me to let me know they had found my credit card outside and safely held onto it until I could come back and pick it up. That kind of honesty and kindness is rare these days. Thank you so much to everyone at Ron's Tire & Service Shop for always taking such great care of both me and my car. I didn't choose the other store because they weren't able to change my tire until the following day. Also, I was not notified that they were not able to service my car until after 3pm that day... I had to call off work to get this done and still had to Uber to/from work the next day... The person at the front desk did not seem to care at all and said to call the manager. If lying and deceiving customers is what it takes to get business, you're doing great.

For instance, today, they change my oil, but forgot to give me the sticker, so I had to come back for it. Later, I had detected that they broke my glove box Replacing the cabin filter. Brought it back a third time, and they fixed it with a smile. Not a great world anymore, glad they are in it. Sean was great.

They finally called me at 3:30 to say they ran there diagnostic and said I needed an air filter and new wipers, I said that was fine. They finally called me at 4:45 to say the car was ready, they close at 5pm and I live 25 minutes away so I said I would pick it up the next day. When I got the first bill I was quoted 480.00 for the tires and alignment. I was surprised to get charged 682.00 so the wipers and air-filter cost $200 dollars more. The biggest surprise I got was when I started my car up and the engine light was on, which was not on when I dropped off on Sunday. I complained and the service manager continued to gas light me and say it came there with the light on which is bull. So I don't know if they thought if they turned on the light they could hose me for more money or they screwed up when they put the air filter in. But all they did was blame me. So not a nice place to go.
