Crunch exterior batter and chewy squid interior. The funghi salad was definitely an interesting but good taste. The chewy funghi contrasts the crunchy lettuce. The cheese also adds a bit of a different flavor. Finally the garganelli gepetto. It was slightly creamy and had a slight spice to it, which I liked.
