    Recently had the pleasure of working with Phil at Pleasant Valley Auto Body…read more While driving my car, my wheel well cover shredded and bumper came loose. My wife took the car to a local tire/auto place, and when they found out that we had a particular insurance, quoted us $725 (just above our deductible) for a new bumper, new well cover, and a host of other things. Thinking ahead, she went to Pleasant Valley for a second quote, where Phil told her that the bumper needed new clips and the well cover needed to be replaced, for a grand total of $80. Tires on second car were starting to slip on snowy roads, went back and had it checked out. Found it could wait another two-three months as tread level was still above half. Got tires replaced anyhow when a leak sprang up, and again Phil was happy to use tires ordered from the internet (even though his tires were the same price, but would take an extra day to receive.) In the three times we've gone to Phil, he's been exceptionally helpful and honest, which is rare in his line of work. A shop not just trying to make a quick buck, don't hesitate to take your car there.

He also buffed out the keying scratches on both side panels of my car. Between the re-painting and buffing, my car looked like new! Best of all, his fee was $400 less than the quote form the dealership. I highly recommend Pleasant Valley Auto Body!

He expressed confidence that all would work out fine and indeed it did! The work was completed in a timely manner and the car looks great! This auto body shop has a long history of providing quality workmanship and responsive customer service ... all at a great value. Ryan's advice made an easy decision to save on costs and actually speed the repair time. What a great stress reliever! I'd also like to thank the lady (sorry I didn't get your name) at the desk for making the initial process of turning in the car fast and painless. Everything was explained to me in an understanding and friendly manner. Thank you so much! Finally, when I picked up the car, Sean was great with providing me everything I needed to know about the car and did not hesitate to tell me that should I have any questions I should feel free to give him a call. I have expressed my strong disappointment with your poor business ethics and will pass that along to my sphere of influence. Unfortunately that means that I will advertise to not use Crash Champions rather than to utilize Crash Champions. As a customer, I was recommended to you, came in to you, was estimated by you, and set forth to repair with you. Circumstances in our unpredictable family life came along. We communicated about reschedules and then 2.5 weeks ago re-initiated repairs. Within 18 days Crash Champions still did not have 1 part ordered or had any schedule to repair our vehicle that was already on file. The parts had been on site, sent back, and then NOT re-ordered. The worst business part was how, as manager, Ryan Gibson did not communicate ANY of this until he had emotionally told an unvalued customer that he felt "hung out to dry" (accusatory wording). Furthermore, as an excuse Ryan Gibson and therefore ALL of Crash Champions refused service and issued refunds without notifying the customer that Crash Champions allegedly "couldn't get parts". Crash Champions has 1 job and customer service obligations that go along with fixing cars. Crash Champions Manager,-Ryan Gibson your leadership grade is an F- Dr. Howard
