This business makes there own Beer, wine and alcohol products where the diversity of what they make is kind of amazing considering the footprint/size of their facility. Relative to the tastings, these are free of charge where customers are encouraged to tip instead to show their appreciation for what they have been served. Duriing our trip here we tasted numerous spirits to include their house made gin, rum, vodka, Brandy, Bourbon and various flavored moonshines. I thought the liquors with the exception of the Moonshines were just OK but the moonshines were surprisingly quite good. These 60 proof drinks come across like a liquor based on the alcohol by volume content with a similar creamy texture. The flavor profiles are quite unique to anything I have ever tasted before where their flavors include Grandma's Apple Pie, Salted Caramel, Orange Slice and Lemon Drop shine to name just some of them. Every Moonshine bottle we tasted was so tasty where I was really enamored with all of them and at the end of the day ended up buying the Lemon Drop and salted Caramel although it was hard to stop at just these two. Relative to the facility it has a non descript outer view where the inside comes across more of a typical bar venue more so than a winery/distillery which is a bit deceiving in my mind considering how much product they make here. No stacked wine barrels or a sneak peak of the Distillery or Barrel rooms to reinforce what this business is and add the cute ambiance you get at many of the wineries I visit. Relative to Staff, They were exceptionally friendly and good on the repours for our free tasting which definately added a lot to our tasting event. Overall a very pleasant time was had by our group where I see myself returning again in the future and sampling their other ware's and probably buying more moonshine!

The interactions with the restaurant team were fantastic - everyone was friendly, engaging, and genuinely welcoming. For dinner, the braised short rib risotto was the standout dish for us - absolutely delicious. We're already recommended this to friends! We can't wait to come back to check out the renovated winery area and the new tasting room in Cedarburg!

She's been ranting and raving about the salads and pizzas (which are now no longer on the menu). Finally, we made it today after going to Flora Fields for Mother's Day weekend. We did the wine flight of dry red wines and they all were great. Really well selected. We ordered the duck flatbread and some fries for the kiddos. Unfortunately, the food was pretty awful. The flatbread had no flavor, or as if all the ingredients just meshed together in a blender and the crust was overcooked or cooked more than once? I was looking for any kind of flavor punch but it just fell flat (pun not intended). Maybe it was previously frozen as that would explain everything. But it was topped with some microgreens to look better than frozen. Can't really mess up fries, but I guess you can when you don't change the oil they're fried in after awhile. Felt like there was a fish fry on the fries minus the fish. The service and the atmosphere were all great. I would say if you go, go for the wine and atmosphere, not the food.

It allowed me to purchase a white and red I knew we would enjoy later. You then stand in line to order your food. We started with a meatball and breadsticks appetizer followed shortly with the beet salad. Both were delicious. The meat balls were steaming hot. The breadsticks were more like fresh parm cheese bread. Both were delicious. The meatballs were in a nice flavorful tomato sauce to add to your meal. We chose a build your own pizza choosing pepperoni, sausage and black olives. The pizza was wood fire cooked so thin with nice crisp edges. So good. There is a lovely covered patio to enjoy the green vines and farmland. Staff brings your ordered food to your table. The staff was friendly and quick with all that was ordered as well as wonderful about clearing off dishes as we finished. Such a great experience! Can't wait to try my new wines.

My husband and I did the wine tasting. $5 for 5 pours. Kids got sprecher rootbeer on tap for $2 so they were happy! We enjoyed a bottle of the LaCrescent, a good white wine that was easy to drink. Food was available at 4:00 pm and we ordered a GF princess mushroom pizza, hummus plate with beets and caramel apple strudel dessert. Everything was delicious! They had games and we chose to play Spotit and it was a great time! They have live music Friday and Saturday nights too
