They have everything from beer and wine to a wide variety of sake. They also have non-alcoholic beverages if that's what you choose to do with your life! Lol. I'm a huge fan of Total Wine. It's my main go to when I need to restock my bar or pick up a bottle for a special occasion. This store opened in March of this year. It's not near me, but I specifically made the drive out here to attend a wine class. I typically go to the ones in Pasadena or Glendale because they are closer to home but wine expert Freddy Troya teaches the classes here now, so it was worth the drive. Freddy is so knowledgeable when it comes to wine. I lean so much and his enthusiasm is contagious! His classes are always entertaining, educational, and I always end up buying a bottle of something new. I also did some shopping after the class because I needed to replenish my stock. The layout of the store makes it easy to find what you are looking for, and if you can't the associates are eager to assist. They have a vast selection of wine, beer, & spirits in addition to cigars and other essentials. The staff here are all friendly and welcoming. *Underground parking lot located on Pico. read more

I am too a huge fan on Total Wine and More in Bev Hills. I took the wine classes a few times and Freddy does not disappoint. He is very good at his job meaning very knowledgeable and keeps the class awake. Always informative on the products we are learning about and I always feel like I learned so much more than what I paid. Fun time no matter what. I do highly suggest everyone should try a class there. The wine selections are great and sometimes there is even an extra discount after the class. The store itself is nice and a newer location. Location is small but everything is available and even if not they can assist in finding it for you. Parking lot is free under store. About 45 spots available I think for the small plaza. I don't think I've rated any Total Wine stores yet, and I also don't think there are any Total Wine stores that deserve less than 4-stars. Let's start with selection: their selection blows BevMo out of the water (as well as others like Specs in other cities). They offer unique items in pretty much every category, from the "high-roller" to the "I'm going to regret drinking this" options. Even the options for sour beers (one of my faves is stellar) Staff is generally friendly, and always eager to help. Most of the staff is well trained and generally knowledgeable. If one staff member can't answer a Q, they'll try to find someone who can. Parking is downstairs and ADA accessible with an elevator. However, don't expect handicap scooters like at Trader Joes. read more

I go to the wine tasting classes at Total Wine & More almost every week and absolutely love them! They're fun, informative, and a great way to actually learn about wine in a relaxed setting. A great spot right off Pico & Beverly if you're on the westside near Bev. Hills or Century City and need to get some drinks. The selection here is unmatched as everything is neatly organized into section by the type of spirit and they have so many options, if you can't find it here, it may not exist. They also make it easy to check on their website if a particular item is in stock so you can make sure before driving over, which is very convenient. This review is for the Beverly Hills location on pico. I've been to three total wines. I've been to Culver City, Redondo Beach, and this was Beverly Hills. Well I went to a that's a Moore wine tasting so it was a pizza and more wine tasting with Italian wines and bubbles. First of all, I have to say I believe that this is my favorite location simply because there is parking underground and I don't know. I think I like the way this one is set up. All of the classes that I have been to at the total wines and more have been just absolutely so much fun so much learning and sharing and enjoying trying new wines without having to buy a bottle and not liking it you know so I have to say that I've been very pleased with the classes and I have said so on my feedback to them This location I favor because I feel like the acoustics are probably the least echoey. Although I do have to say there were two girls to the left of me that would not shut up so word to the wise folks... If you are going to one of these tastings when he's talking shush. Cause I'm trying to listen to what he has to say. I'm actually there to learn be a little more knowledgeable about wine and about how to pair it. The people on the floor seemed nice although not knowledgeable. What gets the 1 star is their General Manager her name is Julie. She's incredibly rude and arrogant. She stepped in the help her employee answer our questions - reluctantly. She also spoke to her floor employees in front of us very rudely and was totally disrespectful to them which is horrible but especially right in front of us! Wow.. We couldn't believe they allow such a low class, tyrannical manager to run that place. Completely turned us off from ever coming back. read more

I have been a fairly regular customer to the store and I love the selection and the help from the staff stocking the aisles. I went in on February 5 to buy wine and beer for a party and was thrilled to see that there was a 20% off all purchases sale. I scanned the QR code and activated the coupon on my royalty account. But when I checked out, the discount didn't appear. The cashier called over the manager, who glanced at the screen and asked if I'd activated the coupon. I said yes. He said, on the app? I said, no, I didn't have the app, I did it online. He said, well, you need the app, and walked away. Really? I've got a $150 plus order and you're treating a customer like that? So, Total Wine is great if you just want to pick up some bottles, but don't expect any kind of courtesy from the management. read more

Wonderful new store with incredible staff. I shopped there to fully stock the bar for my daughter's bat mitzvah last month and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Roseanne was very knowledgeable about kosher wines and made wonderful suggestions (all of my guests raved about the wines we served). I had broken my leg and was on a knee scooter so needed a lot of help and the staff went out of their way to help make the entire experience easy for me. It was a total pleasure to shop there - everyone who helped me was friendly and helpful. And they have the best prices around (I looked before going since I was making such a large purchase). They have an incredible selection and the store is very well organized. I've already been back since then to buy more and look forward to shopping there again. This is truly the BEST Total Wine location I've visited. The store is well-organized and well-stocked, but what makes it really shine is the incredible staff. Staff doesn't know their own rules, doesn't care to check ID's at the door but says that no one under 21 can enter? Rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Let us walk around the whole store just to tell us we cant buy the alcohol if the people accompanied by an adult showed an ID and then said we had to be their parents. If that's the case why aren't the other people with no IDs didn't have to show their ID with their accompanied adult when it's clearly not their parent. Trash ah store with a trash ah manager. I wanted to purchase an expensive bottle of wine and I asked the manager to help me and she just gave me a look and didn't want to help me. One of the associates that I asked for help he took me to $20 wine bottles and when I told him I want something more expensive he didn't even know the wines or anything.
