    Lunaria Sparkling Pinot Grigio

I was searching for a particular Italian Pinot Grigio Sparkling Wine (Lunaria) and found it here! It turned out to be the ideal accompaniment to the seafood linguine I made at home. Browsed through the aisles and left with more than I intended (mini bottles of Rumchata, as well as specialty foods such as Kalamata Olive Spread and Red Pepper Dip)but well worth it. Javae was the cashier. Friendly, courteous, and helpful. Will happily return to this location.

I'm from Cali where we have BevMo which would be the equivalent to Total Wine & More, however the prices here are much lower, and very reasonable. And unlike BevMo Total Wine has a rewards program that actually rewards you! Total Wine is my go to for all of my wine and Spirit needs. They have tastings every once in awhile which is how I stumbled upon my new favorite Wild Roots Vodka. Also you can load up on tons of alcohol and no one judges you! You certainly will get glares and stares at the supermarket!

2019 Yelp 120 Challenge #50 Total Wine & More has all your drink needs in one convent location. This was my first time visiting this location and it defiantly will not be my last. You're welcome to sample different drinks throughout the entire store and there is a helpful sales associate on each aisle. Aisles are labeled similar to a grocery store with Whiskey, Tequila, Scotch, Rum, Vodka and Rum to name a few. They offer a variety of wine types from red wine, white wine, sparking wine, champagne, sake, fruit wine and kosher. Their beer selection is even more specteular with local craft beer, imported beers, seasonally, ciders, variety packs and special releases. Total wine is one of America's largest independent fine wine retailers with 197 stores across 23 different states. I recommend signing up for their rewards program to earn points with every purchase and received special discount promotions.

Great store for all your liquor needs, smacked right in between Frisco and Plano. There is always a sample tasting going on. Large selection on different wines, beers and spirits, great affordable prices too. Workers are very approachable, helpful and knowledgeable about the different wine selection every time I asked. I love the tiny bottles of wines they sell, I always leave with too much because they are so easy to give away as little gifts.

Overwhelmed by the sales associates. A lot of great attention and very helpful knowledgeable staff. Selection is very good as everyone knows. We found some rare wine that we've not found in other shops. Overall a great experience.

As I've gotten older, I have come to appreciate wine with foods. The intenseness it can add to sweets, the savory tastes that come out in an entree or the enjoyment that comes from a light tastes with an appetizer have moved my drink selection up from one every couple of years. Yes, I know I don't drink a-lot, so that is why each taste has to be worth it. Total wine has samples like Costco, Variety like Walmart, Selection like Amazon and Experts like Central Market. Their people have a way of listening to what you are looking for and bring the expertise to find it. I found the right sparkling wine for a toast and the perfect giveaway bottle. I even found a good holiday non-alcoholic mixer idea. I know I am not the one that is going to keep TW in business but I think they like those of us that venture in with the regulars because its an opportunity to make a connection. Always busy on the weekends (I know because I frequent the Michaels near it) but it never seems long to get through the line when I visit.

Best day and worst day to come here: Saturday. Best because you leave with a free buzz of all the samples!! Worst because it is packed. However they have a lot of staff in the floor to help. Right now they have all the cute holiday's presents, you know wine with cheese and crackers! You can't beat their prices either. Definitely this is the place to go to fill your bar at home. Or get ready for a party!!

Total Wine & More is the best place to get any type of alcoholic beverage for a great price. We always stop here 2nd every time we're in town visiting. Lol! The employees here are so helpful and so friendly. They have multiple taste testings all the time. We tried a new whisky the employee offered us, and purchased that also. They do have wine tastings available here that I saw posted.

I'm from California and a grand reserve member at Total Wines. Came to Texas with my sister to visit and she wanted to purchase some alcohol as gifts to give to her friends. I recommended to go "Total Wines". Now I'm very disappointed with this store in particular. Accompanying my sister to buy alcohol, while standing in line to pay with her, the cash register "Julia" asked to check both of our ID's. Why does she need to check 2 of our IDs'? I understand to check the purchaser which is my sister, but why me too? There's a customer of 3 that was in front of us and she didn't ask for 3 only the purchaser. I asked her... is this your normal procedure and did she check the people in front of us? She said yes, she will check what is necessary. What does that mean to check if necessary? Agreed for purchasers.. However, knowing the fact she didn't with the consumers that purchased before us. That means the consumer in front that left had to provide 3 IDs, and I didn't hear that she asked for 3 IDs. She literally lied... the only reason I could think of is that she did this was because she's racist and we are CHINESE. Never ever had I encountered this incident before. Again, I'm a grand reserve. Many of my friends and my teenager son accompanied me to multiple Total Wines locations and never once been asked to check ID's except (me) the purchaser. If this isn't racism I don't know what else it is! Definitely not a protocol to check everyone's ID(s) if they are not buying. FYI: this happened on May 14, 2022 @ 5:27 pm. The amount my sister spent was over $400.00 for 2 bottles of liquors.

Pretty surprised I couldn't find a listing for the Frisco location on Yelp…read more My regular shop has always been Retro in Plano (never been a real fan of The Gas Pipe). But I work in Frisco, and don't live anywhere near Retro anymore; figured I'd stop in. Retro does has a bigger selection (and more square footage in general), but this place is much more convenient for me, overall quality seems quite a bit better, and the prices appear to be similar. They also seem to focus on glass, though they do have a reasonable selection of alternatives. The store also feels a bit more open compared to Retro, or even some Gas Pipe locations, despite its relatively small size. I purchased a glass item today, very similar to one I purchased from Retro several years ago in design and size (only real difference is the color), for about what I paid at Retro. If anything, what I got today is a bit more hefty. Not sure who the blower was, but they did a great job. I didn't expect to find this in Frisco; it was a pretty random (and much welcomed) discovery on my way home from work. The one staff member I dealt with in the store was friendly and knowledgeable, and as soon as I finished telling her my price point and what I wanted, she had lead me to a shelf full of exactly what I was looking for. Also showed me which replacement parts I'll likely need in the future, along with pricing for them. All in all, reasonable pricing for a local shop, good selection of good glass (I didn't see any super flimsy super cheap stuff), modest selection of really high end stuff, friendly staff. I'd like to see maybe a bit more clothes. I didn't look around the front enough to see how much they had in terms of body jewelry, but if they don't have much, it'd be nice to get more.

Your one stop shop for everything you need. They are also helpful and knowledgeable with…read moreeverything there.
