I popped in here on a whim, and I am so glad I did. What an absolute joyful experience. I was just going to buy a single pastry to stack on, but I walked out with several because I couldn't choose. Beautiful croissants, pastries of all varieties, baguettes, and sourdough. The chef will come out and serve you himself, and he is genuinely so excited and hospitable. Do not miss this little spot, it is well tucked away and an absolute gem.

A local French bakery spot I discovered. The space it self isn't anything special but it's all about the pastries. I ordered the following: Regular Crossiant $5.25 Sable cookies $2.65 Madeleine $1.75 Turkey and cheese croissants $6.25 The regular crossiant was good. Soft and airy, I wish the outside was crispy though. The sable cookies are so good, it reminded me of the shortbread cookies filled with strawberry jams. The Turkey and cheese crossiant was very good and crispy on the outside. Pricing is pretty reasonable for the bakery. The guy that was working there was nice. I will definitely be coming back!

We had plain croissant, canele and pear tart. The prices are $6-$7. Croissant is so soft and chewy. I wish the crust is crispier. Th canele is very moist and has nice crust. The crust is sticky but crisp. Very nice one. The pear tart is very refreshing. Love the flaky almond crust.

this is one of the best croissants I have ever had. Very high quality butter can taste the sweet terroir aftertaste from the butter after biting into the pastry. butter and flour imported from France. Completely different aftertaste than any other bakery croissant. Like a slight grassy undertone taste which lingers in the mouth. Nobody does this because of the cost of the imported butter. Costco croissants are the worst. No flavor. Other croissants are oily, they leave a residue if left sitting in a paper bag. This croissant is technically as close to perfect as I have seen. Better than most of the ones in france. Came here to check out the bakery after having his croissant at the vienna cafe.

Of all the bakeries I have tried across the country, the pastries here were unbelievable! They were very artistic but without any negative impact to the taste and textures. The croissants blew us away. The texture, flavor, and aroma were beyond anything I have ever had! All I can say is the gentleman was super friendly. Get there when they open. This guy needs to have a large bakery so everyone can try. Yum! I don't joke around when it comes to pastries...

I stopped in to Touba in search of fruit tarts for my dad's birthday. The man behind the counter was very kind, he even gave me an extra pastry for free! He made some great recommendations as well. Not too expensive either. The tarts were light, and the fruit was fresh. The lemon meringue tart was the star of the show for me- tart, creamy and delicious. It was a hit! We'll definitely be back!

Small neighbourhood gem serving up some delicious bakery items including giant Palmier cookies, tarts, croissants and more! Usually not busy and quick service.

To me, this is the perfect bakery! Everything I've had here was impeccably handcrafted. The apricot danish was the highlight. The price is very reasonable for the quality. Everything was fresh. The gentleman at the counter was super friendly and the decor inside is inviting. Give this place a try! I highly recommend it.

I'm not sure I agree with all the hype and the countless 5 star reviews, but I did not have any viennoiserie, so I might change my mind in my next visit. I actually decided to try this because of the viennoiserie, but when I inspected the array of pastries I was derailed and distracted by the pear tart, so I got the tart and a canele, since I felt like getting a croissant would be too much. Anyway, I digress. The place is pretty bare bone, not exactly welcoming, it doesn't seem like they put a lot of effort in general presentation and ambiance. The pastry cases are all different from each other and arranged on the side with no particular attention. The place is kind of spacious, but completely empty. Just a few tables on the right side, no decorations to be seen. The separation between the kitchen and the counter area is basically a big hanging carpet, seems like a temporary solution. All in all the ambiance is not particularly inviting. The pastries all look very good, especially the viennoiserie. The pear tart was delicious, the tart crust was crunchy as I like it, perfectly blended with the frangipane filling. Not at the level of Belle Pastries's pear almond tart, but delicious nonetheless. The canele was very good, crunchy outside and soft and moist inside. The crust was a bit sticky, but very good. Overall very good, but a bit underwhelming both from an ambiance and food amazingness perspectives. I'll be back to try the viennoiserie.

I stopped by Touba Bakery on a Sunday morning and was greeted with a sweet aroma of fresh baked French pastries and desserts. It was heavenly. LOCATION: Touba Bakery is located in a business plaza with nearest cross streets of Pacific Ave and 112th St SW in Everett, WA. SERVICE: The service from the young lady at the bakery was good. Although she didn't make any recommendations, there were enough sweets (and a variety of them) in the display case to entice us with our picks. MENU OFFERINGS: We went with the Pain Au Chocolate (Chocolate Croissant), 2 Canale, Lemon Meringue Tart, and a couple Turkey & Cheese Croissants for something savory. All were delicious but my favorite was the Canale! A very close second was the Lemon Meringue Tart. Scratch that - it's a tie for both! Equally delicious! AMBIANCE: I'm not sure if they were renovating the inside of the shop (I visited in May 2023) but it looked a bit cluttered inside. Not a big deal for me as we just picked up pastries to go. Overall, I was impressed with this small bakery: they had variety of pastries and desserts to choose from, and some savory items as well. I highly recommend stopping by and picking up a treat or two - oh, why not just make it a box of goodies? :)

This little bakery is still rocking it. Amazing and beautiful pastries of all types. Wow! Extremely friendly owner almost always on duty. And a beautiful clean space as well. I have nothing else to update really--just more accolades for the quality and service that this bakery provides.

Dubai chocolate croissant, turkey and cheese croissant and everything cream cheese croissant.

First of all his pastry's NEVER disappoint; they are sooo delicious! Especially the turkey cheese croissant (it's my fav). I stop by whenever I am around. Second off, his personality is so bright, cheerful and outgoing. He always makes my day better coming in to a positive attitude and good eats! *I've been obsessed with all things Dubai chocolate lately and I am on my way home to try his new Dubai chocolate croissant*

The almond croissant was amazing! So flaky and crunchy. Probably my favorite item we had here. Great selection and everything tasted really fresh! Husband bought 5 items and it was around $26, reasonably priced for the quality of items. They do offer coffee too but we didn't get a chance to try this time. 100% would come again.

Even with a line, the service was fast, and everything came out fresh. We tried the cheese pastries and a chocolate croissant, and they were phenomenal. The pastries were perfectly flaky, buttery, and baked to perfection, with rich, delicious fillings that made every bite worth it. One tip: go early! They sell out of many of their popular items because they're just that good. It's easy to see why people keep coming back. If you're looking for an amazing pastry bakery with outstanding service and incredible food, I highly recommend stopping by. We'll definitely be back!

11:30 am on Saturday and we were 10 people deep in queue with a lot more waiting for their orders…read more Lots of empty trays, a few containers of yogurt and kunafa, but a supply of samoon and pita breads. Staff were very busy making breads and manakish ( pizza type). Lucked out on the last available filled croissant and some baklava that were nicely packaged in a box. Glad they didn't just put them in a paper bag like some places in Seattle. Would have loved to have added more to the empty spaces. Got a bag of samoon bread too. The croissant's exterior was flaky and light with good aroma of butter, but not greasy to touch. The coconut pastry cream was well balanced, not too sweet, with distinctive coconut flavor providing a delicious and satisfying bite. Its only flaw was the runny consistency. This was a well made croissant with a slight tang to the pastry dough. ($8) 4.5/5 Baklava with pistachio ($2.50) was buttery, flaky, not too sweet, but needed more filling and moisture. It was kinda dry. 3.5/5 Samoon bread ($4) came 4 large sized pitas . 1 pita cut in half, easily made 2 stuffed sandwiches. This type of bread had neutral flavor with slight chewiness. It did not dry out even after 2 days at room temperature. It's great with dips, eaten with stews, or toasted and buttered. 4/5 If you enjoy exotic breads, desserts, and pastries, pick something up here before going to any of the international eateries in the plaza. Looking forward to being there early next time to try the other croissants and special treats.

Wow, what a god send of a bakery! A complete GF bakery?!?! Yayyyy!!…read more I am so excited when I found out they make vegan, dairy free pastries. Double checked...Dairy free means no milk, cream, yogurt, butter etc. so I look for labels that says DV, V. Everything is automatically certified gluten free and there is no worry on cross contamination. They don't use run of the mill commercial grade high gluten flour the website tells all. There's also paleo, keto options. As someone who hasn't been eating butter based pastries due to doctor's orders, this bakery is like finding gold. Our favorite after 2 visits are their vegan dairy free sea salt chocolate chunk cookie, their classic GF big chocolate chip cookie, vegan dairy free banana macadamia nut muffin, and my absolute favorite is their dairy free vegan sweet strawberry scone (with rhubarb, flax and coconut). I typically find scones to be bland and dry. Not these! I enjoyed these so much they were so moist and delicious but what I love most is the chewy bits on the edge. My hubby is a chocolate fiend but he usually get sluggish and sick to his stomach after inhaling a large chocolate pastry from other bakery. He ate their large size classic chocolate chip cookie and it didn't bother him. Tasted amazing too! Their sourdough is one of a kind. It's piping hot and available on a daily basis while supplies last. Nobody offers gluten free artisan sourdough fresh out of the oven on a walk in basis. It stayed hot for hours after I brought it home because it was such a dense dough. When I think about how much more time and work went into these special loaves (not mass produced) and loaded with nutrition, the $23.50 is worth it! The sourdough is super moist if you don't toast it there's almost a slight tacky feel to it. Once toasted, it is the best artisan toast eating experience. This am, I enjoyed an open faced peanut butter and blackberry jam toast. Appreciate also they provide on the package specific care instructions for the best experience. For the price, I made sure we wash our hands and did all the suggested prep needed. My only critique would be transparency on pricing in store and on website. It was mildly shocking when the register total was in the $80 range after 2 sourdough loaves and 6 pastries before tip. After eating it, we realized it's actually worth every penny. Good at a different level. Maybe if they have a daily special would be nice to bring in more people? Well, we will come back regardless! Love this new bakery find!!

I liked this place. It would be on my list of places to walk into when I am in the area. A variety…read moreof baked goods, drinks, offerings. Upon entering, i immediately noticed baked goods display and the drink menu. The case was filled with a bunch of interesting types of baked goods. On top of the rose cardamom latte, brioche tart and cardamom twist. We also got a savory scone and another item that escapes me. I enjoyed the savory scone the most. It had chives and bacon amongst other things. Great texture and not too dry. The brioche tart was a meal all on its own. Heavy and will put you to sleep. The cheese I think that was in there was gruyere but I could be wrong. I enjoyed it but definitely will splooge out if you down eat it on a plate with utensils. Eventually it does get monotonous for me. Recommend sharing it. Cardamom twist was the least favorite item. I'm not sure what it was but there was an essence of something in the background that threw the flavor off for me. I can't seem to describe it. The twist was slightly doughy/stodgy for me. Maybe part of an off batch. I typically do like cardamom centered things. This wasn't my favorite is all I can say. One suggestion I would hope gets implemented is cost of goods displayed for each item. I can say I was surprised at the total during check out. I do go to a lot of bakeries, cafes and artisanal shops. I always felt more at ease knowing what I was getting into from a financial standpoint. Tip is to look at their discounted items. They are a steal. They also have a rewards program that gets you a drink with every new sign up paired with a purchase I wish I had known prior to purchase as I was only able to spot signage at the register.
