I have been receiving lymph drainage and massage treatments from Julie for over a year now and am so grateful to be the recipient of her services. As other reviewers have mentioned she is very thorough at each session, takes the time to address any issues that may have surfaced since my previous appointment. Seeing Julie has allowed me to stay on top of any potential lymph fluid backup issues in my arm and surrounding areas. She has also been able to give me great relief with the breakdown of scar tissue and fluid buildup in my abdomen. This area is tough for me as I received reconstructive surgery after a double mastectomy. She was also able to address and alleviate some pain I was experiencing with sciatica. When I showed it, the woman just shook her head at me and said no, $40. Credit card fee is $4 - yikes! So, lesson learned, don't forget the cash. I walked in and said I wanted 30 minutes (mostly because of the offer, but, moving on...). I was immediately shown a room, no further direction. I undressed, and put the rolled up towel over me. Soon a woman came in, she confirmed the time and asked, "strong or medium". She started massaging me under the towel, which I had seen in other reviews. I never care for this. I hoped it was a warm up, but then it went on for a long time. But then to my delight, the towel was pulled back and oil came out - yay! From there the massage was intense and very good. My body really needed some tough love and it certainly got it. Communication is not great, the owners don't seem the best, but the massage was quite good!
